Today I went to this store to liquidate my gold items purchased in this store 6years back. The store did valuation and agreed to pay approx. 19K rupees. My wife filled all personal and bank details in exchange form and signed it. At the time of payment store simply refuse to pay me in cash saying that their policy can't allow them to pay more than 10K in cash. Then my wife send them the photocopy of cheque I asked them to do a bank transfer, then were asking for cancelled cheque or bank statement to do the bank transfer as per "their policy". Then I asked them to pay me cheque or or DD, they simply refuse it. The staff is so manipulative &ignorant when I show them the exchange policy mentioned on invoice clearly says "refund upto 20K can be paid in cash & above 20K by Account payee cheque/Demand draft", they simply ignore me and asked either cancelled cheque and bank account statement. After spending 3 frustrating hours in the store I called Tanishq helpline and wasted my 2 hours. So the overall experience to liquidate gold purchased from Tanishq is so pathetic, Tanishq is very reluctant towards the customers who wants to exchange the gold for the money.

One of the most fraud store in kota

They forced to start there saving scheme and said will give you bonus but after term is over they only gave original invested amount

And when we asked that you said you will give bonus

Started misbehaving,

Please DO NOT GO FOR THERE SAVING SCHEME

THEY WILL EARN MONEY FROM YOUR MONEY FOR 10 MONTHS BUT YOU WILL GET NOTHING BUT INSULT.

It was nice experience in MG Road showroom. Here we got huge amount of collection with various designs to choose from and miss Geetanjali Dubey (retail sales officer)also cooperated in our purchase. She is also very humble and polite.
