I'm Vinay Sai Balaji Badarla pursuing my B.Tech degree at B.V.Raju Institute of Technology in ECE department. In my 3rd year, I was tensed about my placement preparation because I'm not so good in programming and also had less knowledge in it. At that point in time, one of my seniors talked about the Pega UAP program that is held by Talent Sprint in our college. Without any delay, I had browsed about Talent Sprint and also took inputs from other seniors about the program. I got good reviews everywhere and joined the program in March, 2023. As part of my CSA certification, Talent Sprint had planned a total of 135 hours of class work. Our trainer, Satyaveer Soma had a vast experience in Pega domain and is working with Talent Sprint from the past few years. He helped me in a lot of aspects. Talent Sprint has also conducted weekly assesments from Day-1 itself which are helpful for me in terms of my aptitude preparation. Talent Sprint has also supported me in clearing my CSA certification. As soon as my certification is done, I started to prepare for my interviews. Talent Sprint LMS platform is one such platform which has everything which is necessary for interview preparation. I used the platform for giving my weekend assesments, learning Pega topics. Talent Sprint has also conducted Interview preporatory sessions for 4 days which I made full use of. These sessions are actually the summaries of all concepts involved in Pega which were live sessions taken by Deepak T and Amirtha J. Finally after a combined hardwork of me and Talent Sprint, I was able to crack a good job. I would like to wholeheartedly thank the Talent Sprint team for their support.

I am Dileep Kumar, pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at BV Raju Institute of Technology. As a regular student in the IT department, I am involved in a lot of coding. However, I wanted to learn something beyond my regular academics. I had the opportunity to connect with my seniors, some of whom mentioned the Pega Uap program provided by TalentSprint.

I registered for this program, which includes two certifications. TalentSprint provided excellent training. I'm proud to have the opportunity to work in a new startup and an international company as a fresher. It's essential to work hard and gain practical knowledge in this situation. Learning PEGA has significantly improved my practical and technical skills. My trainer provides valuable daily instruction and hands-on practice, which is crucial for all newcomers in the training phase.

During this 6-month PEGA journey, all students have had the chance to enhance their skills. First of all when my college management organized a seminar with Talentsprint to tell us about an overview about Pega, I was really interested to know more about the Pega platform. So I started researching and asked my seniors about joining Pega UAP course conducted by Talentsprint and they gave me many wonderful experiences that they had while undergoing their learning. As the course began me and my friends were introduced to our trainer Venkatesh. He started to teach with the basics and step by step going into the depth of the Pega and we also worked on several usecases which helped to gain good experience. After the successful completion of the course, we attended the certification exam. After the Certification exam, in order to increase our experience even more in pega, Talentsprint organised bootcamp where we were separated as teams and assigned with projects and presented them. It was really fun learning throughout the camp. Weekend assessments and mock interviews which are conducted by Talentsprint helped me a lot to clear all rounds during interview process.I got two offers with the help of Talentsprint. I cleared the certification exam in the first attempt with good percentage. I am very much thankful to my friends and Talentsprint who made me join pega. Success, to me, has been more like a rollercoaster ride than a cakewalk, and I'm thrilled to have achieved it during these challenging times. It all began with my first year of B.Tech, where I struggled with coding skills due to the shift to online classes caused by the pandemic, and health issues further hindered my progress.

In my second year, I discovered Pega, a field that doesn't require extensive coding knowledge, sparking my interest. Senior students clarified what Pega was all about, and I eagerly awaited the opportunity to explore it. Finally, after almost two years, I passed the Pega written test and joined Talent Sprint as a Pega aspirant.

Despite missing some initial course days due to cricket tournaments, my trainer, Venkatesh, provided invaluable support upon my return to college. I have completed this course in 2022-23 batch from TalentSprint in collaboration with the International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad. It is a well-structured course covering the basics of Maths, Stats & Python, classic algorithms, neural networks and various advanced deep learning topics.

Primarily Live and interactive classes every Sat & Sun 1st Half of the day, 2nd half of the day will be labs with mentors. Professors are very patient in answering doubts in class. These will NOT be monotonous but very interactive, and professors encourage asking questions.

Lots of weekly hands-on labs, bi-weekly mini-hackathons, 2-day hackathons at the end of every unit, and finally 3 months of Capstone project.

It is the perfect course if you are planning to gain knowledge and not just a completion cert and you have to be ready to spend almost 1yrs of your weekends and some weekdays without which you won’t be able to gain knowledge.

I am incredibly proud to share my experience with the Women Engineers(WE) Scholar Program by TalentSprint, a journey that has transformed my career and aspirations.

Being selected as one of the top 200 candidates out of a staggering 27, 643 applicants from 2, 800 colleges was an honor in itself. Receiving a 100% free scholarship to this prestigious program was a dream come true. The WE Scholar Program, developed in collaboration with Google, is a 24-month immersive Professional Development Program.

I assessed the skills required for the role I aimed for and worked tirelessly to improve and acquire those skills.

I've completed the TCS placement test. I've attempted the test pretty well and was expecting to get shortlisted. Finally, after a long wait, I received an email regarding getting shortlisted for the interview process. I was glad and started preparing for my interview.

During my interview preparation, I found Talentsprint's LMS and Pega Academy to be valuable resources. I spent countless hours preparing for interviews by practicing common interview questions, researching the company's history and recent developments, and rehearsing my responses.

The day has finally come. I was the first one on the panel to get interviewed. I have exceeded my expectations regarding my interview performance. I was very well prepared to answer any sort of question and to handle any tough situation during my interview. I am incredibly grateful for the support of my trainers and mentors. I have completed my interview and was eagerly waiting for the result.

A few days have passed. One fine day, the results were out. I was very delighted to find my name in the final selected list. I had been offered a position at TCS. The moment was surreal, and I couldn't believe that my dream was becoming a reality. Getting placed in TCS has been a dream come true, but it is only the beginning of my journey. I am excited to contribute my best to the company and grow both personally and professionally. Initially, I was actually skeptical about joining the PEGA course offered by talentsprint . I hear a lot about PEGA from my seniors and they all said the same thing that if I didn't know coding I could join PEGA and succeed . As I was a person really enthusiastic about coding and had a lot of interest towards it, I initially never even thought about joining the PEGA course, but then suddenly I had the instinct to simply research a bit about PEGA, and mainly my Father told me that it looks like a good opportunity and asked me to go ahead and try, and thats when I decided to join PEGA . Initially it was a bit of theory and I didnt see anything new for me, but this all changed when we really started to learn the real concepts of PEGA . PEGA is a platform which gave both coders and non coders the privilege to make application development really easy . I thought I wouldn't be interested in pega as it is a low code platform, but it turned out to be the other way, I got really interested after diving deep into PEGA and exploring each and every concept . PEGA helped me to implement my coding knowledge as well which gave me a lot of freedom to work on new ideas . I would really like to express my gratitude to my Trainer Jagannathan A, who was very supportive in the entire journey . He used to clarify my doubts at any time in a day even during night times he used to ask me to come join a google meet and share my screen . Talentsprint arranged the external use case presentation which helped me a lot in showcasing my skills and to get valuable feedback from industry experts . Also the bootcamp arranged by Talentsprint was really helpful in having a clear revision of concepts and the interview preparation sessions very really helpful for me to be really confident before the selection process . The weekly aptitude test and mock tests were also really helpful to sharpen my aptitude skills which was the first step to clear . I am Anjana Priya, an Electronics and Communication Engineering student at V. R. Siddhartha Engineering College. This is Nikhil Krishna B from Rajalakshmi Engineering College, Chennai. I am part of the Pega UAP program as I want to learn a new skill with wide opportunities. With this skill I have an application development environment namely Pega, which can be used to develop digital solutions.

Talentsprint has played a great role in providing me the platform to learn, practice and understand the concepts in Pega. It also has provided me with the relevant job opportunities based on this skill. I would like to thank my trainer Mr.Jagannathan A for guiding me throughout the journey. He always helped me when I need clarity in the concepts learnt. He is a person with great level of patience and was a great Guru guiding me to reach where I am today.

Moving on to the placement preparation, I feel the weekly aptitude assessments is a great initiative from Talentsprint. It really helps in aptitude preparation as companies generally conduct their first round testing our aptitude skills. The six day bootcamp was a great opportunity to improve my communication skills, presentation skills and team work. The Hackathon which was a solo event, was a great test for my Pega skills and was a great learning experience too. The preparatory sessions held before the placement drive were a great revision as they summarised the concepts learnt.

Coming to the placement drive, in the first round we wrote an Aptitude+ Pega test for 165 minutes. The main challenge here was that we had a timer for each question and once that timer is exhausted, we will not be able to go back to that question. I feel this was the greatest test to my abilities and skills. I answered with all the knowledge I had and after about a week I was selected for the interview round. I After one week the results were published and I am happy to know that I have been selected.
