I have been really enjoying my work culture and experience in this firm that I have been working for the past 6 years now. The outing that we have quarterly are very pleasant.

One of the worst policies that the company follows religiously is that the employees are not given any clear hint about their poor performance and this behaviour system needs to change.
There are many projects where the internal operations are highly improved in terms of their overall evaluation and final client delivery. The overall work delivered is very great and I have been a part of this project since 5 years.

The company is expected to showcase a positive learning culture just as how they project in their projector slides but it was when I joined did I realis that the training and the initial days of hands-on training is pathetic.
