Staff in hospital is very nice n old wing sisters are v cooperative too as my uncle was admit in semi ward.he was Fully satisfied with the treatment and doing fine now. Thankyou

I had Worst experience in old wing (spent just 4 days in the beginning) nobody cares anything except making noise. I already had sharp headache, neck pain, back bone pain and they provided us semi private roomin which nursing station was also included, they were not allowing to turn off the light neither closing the door, it was worst experience ever.

On the time of getting discharged, they wrote satisfactory under condition of discharge although patients condition was much worse then when got admitted and when i asked Dr Amit Mahajan why they have written this, he said cause patients condition is satisfied . Total bullshit .

So much disappointed after getting discharged.

Meanwhile infrastructure is way better, half of the stuff doesn't work.

My brother (Dhoom chand)got major heart attack on last sunday..his condition was very serious bt with help of doctors nd nurse ..He has survived . I m very satisfied with the amenities they provided to us. Thanx a lot to the whole staff .

Doctors are unable to diagnose diseases on time despite symptoms for a long time.

When a patient's situation gets worse, they try to make huge money as when the patient is admitted.

Doctors and nurses never counsel patient and patient's relatives. Even doctors don't behave well with patients attendant.

Their lab investigation reports had a discrepancy when my patient was admitted. I don't have faith in doctors working there. Their treatment does not show positive results.

So, overall I am not satisfied with this hospital.

The doctors at this hospital have atleast 18 years of experience and the doctor who was performing the surgery on my mom had 33 years of experience so we trusted them.

This hospital has a pharmacy in the hospital which charges much less for medicines compared to if you buy medicines from outside.

Tagore Hospital & Heart Care Centre, Durga Colony, Jalandhars 24 hour emergency center is great and they help to sort out all the emergency cases immediately. If it was not for this department probably my sister's case would have been really delayed.

This hospital has great doctors. We visited so many hospitals but no doctor was able to diagnose my mother's condition and treat it properl. But these doctors were able to do that and recommend surgery and my mother feels amazing now.
