SYSKA Insurance is fraud, because they are always reject all claim of there customer, it may be thief, physical damage or any re-season.  I have purchase Note-V, Samsung Mobile before 8th month and same day I take syska insurance but now they are reject physical damage claim without any reason.


I request to my country.s people for don't waste YOUR money for SYSKA, because they are never pass any claim of Mobile, I also advise please take other people's opinion of SYSKA also before waste money for SYSKA.

Experienced a very bad service from syska Gadget Sceure.Bought htc mobile n get insured from syska gadget secure with a hope that it would give me a good service whenever I need it. but did not happen.As one day I was riding my motorcycle n my phone fell down n its screen cracked.I immediately called the syska gadget n narrated the whole incident.when I asked me about the pickup location he said sorry you have to take it your own for the htc service centre.your location is not serviceable for us.Then I went to the service centre n gave my phone asked the expected date n he said when the syska gadget passed the insurnce we will repair it.I said ok and after 1 n half month I got my phone back so you can expect the service of this syska gadget as it takes only 1 day to change the screen so you can expect how much time they take to pass your claim.so very bad n horrible experienced

Kindly stop cheating all of us wise one day you will have to shut down youe company . Give me my claim wise it will be very difficult for you . Our money is precious and we wont leave it unless & untill we get wwhat was promised against it. You will make any kind of rules but we are not going to accept it. I was being cheated by this company saying they cannot process my claim. reason they are not ready to give & also the staff attitude is very bad. They thing customers are fool & will do nothing.

I have this product. but when I claim they say to send my mobile to company address. my phone is note 5. its value is 50000rs. mobile beck side is broken due to accident. its repairing cost is only 3000rs. but company say to send it pune. I say to send money to my account and I repair it to local costumer service center . but they say no. I ask him for how many days to go for repair. they doesnt have any answer for that. supplier say minimum 1 month to 4 month is require for that. hows its possible. my phone is in working condition . they tell about their terms and condition. what terms and condition. only for 3000 rs is their for repairing cost.i have to give mobile to them for 1month and more. its not possible. for paper they need cancel check. why they need it . if they doesnt give any payment to our account. too bad policy. do not buy it.

Syska gadget secure : - I wanna share my persnol exprience about this company and its not good I am puschase last time mobile and I am purchase also this company policy and after few days my mobile damage and when I am going to claim so they ignore me and not good action they always say that not today and say your request in process but still I am wait of claim 1 month but no claim last I am forget to think about this claim and its not good and its have no many plan for customers its not settel according to customers and its staff is so much lazy and attitude was not good and they ignore customers and not help of cutomer .its fully waste of money and its not good company in gadget insurace and its all are service is lie and fraude .its bad company.

I Bought syska gadget insurance plan with coupan code 58906358 on 30.01.2017


on 21.05.2017 I lost my phone in a Sabji Mandi. When I went to buy vegetables, someone snatched my phone from my backpack forcefully, I catched the person but he succeeded to run and I also tried to run behind him but the person disappeared in the crowd.


I called syska customer care right after the incident and told them that my phone is lost from my bag.


The registered claim complaint with CIN no. 91705211885 and next day sent me a message directly saying that my claim doesn't meet their eligibility criteria.


I tired hard to make them agree but they said they have already rejected the claim.


This is a fraud company, they insure the phone for theft cases also but at the time of claim they always deny telling you various policies.


It was really a bad experience with this fake company. Never ever buy any plan from this fraud company.


I have made my mind to take them to consumer court very soon.

Okay so this syska company is the same one which produces led bulbs & it often oftwn runs ayska gadget secure which is basically a gadgets insurance comapny.


By my experience


Around 8 months back my friend who is my office colleague also, vikram got new phone for his wife.it was a samsung galaxy on8.and he bought a syska gadget secure 1 year subscription.all these necessary things to be done like online registration and all.


Sadly after using mobile for 2 months its got damaged in some incidence.display was completely gone.


Now it is obvious that the insurance company should have to cover it all.so my friend registered an online claim.


Claims settlement


In first syska asked for invoice.it was given to them.


They often asked for some other documents.and told that they will contact soon.


After waiting for almost 15 days friend called them and had not good response from them.


He got only 70 percent reimbursement after more than 6 months.and got a hell lot disappointment.


So its never recommended to get secure your gadget with syska

they think we consumers are fools my claim got rejected without I being informed and my mobile was lost from my house when an uninvited person who is called thief came and took away my iphone 7 128 gb and my moms samsung j7


they said to write a FIR so I went to the police station do do so


even not knowing the case properly or studying the case they reject it it was ejected I just few hours fo its lodging


FRIENDS SO I WILL SAY NEVER EVER GO FOR IT EVEN IF THE RETAILER INSISTS YOU TO BUY IT DONT GO FOR IT


ITS JUST A TRAP TO RUN AWAY WITH CONSUMERS MONEY

I bought my iphone 5s on 17 Dec'2016 and unfortunately I got accident on 20 Dec'16. I have made complaint to syska regarding this.


Syska guys told me to submit some important document that I did on next day. On 3rd Jan'17 syska guy collect my phone from my office. Later on I made a lot of calls to syska about my phone; however they always gives me same repeated response of your mobile will be delivered to you soon.


I track for my mobile and found that on 17th Feb'17 apple service center repaired my mobile and on 23rd Feb'17 syska collected my mobile from apple store.


Till 15th May'17 I didn't get my mobile yet.


Apart from all this I have complaint about syska in consumer court and we were having our first hearing on 2nd May'17. Shocking thing that I found syska guys didn't took this seriously and no body from syska came to court.


Now I am only pray to god and request to Govt. to take serious action against such kind of companies.

I have lodged a complaint no 1612209618 to Syska for my Iphone 5S damage on 20/12/2016 today is 25/04/2018 and my claim has still not been settled.


Syska is One of the Worst Gadget Insurance Company. I will never recommend Syska to any of my friend and reletives Not even my enemies.


I am very frustrated and angry with the kind of service Syska is providing to its valued customer.


So dont be fool, never ever take insurance from Syska gadget secure.

Now I have Samsung Galaxy s7 edge, accidently damaged the screen, had baught a syska insurance too(initially was happy that I have a backup for my phone repair free of cost)


Now here is the shocking story that happened with me!


Called syska Call centre, was told to upload the documents on their website, the format of the documents was explained by them(not in detail), I uploaded the same.


Was told will get a 4 back in 2 days and handset would be picked up from your place.


Waited for 2 weeks, no call, had to call then again and check the status, was informed that the documents are shortfall, I said ok must be my mistake, asked them in complete details what do you require,


They said all other documents are completely fine and have been approved, only one document - declaration form need to be uploaded handwritten.


I uploaded the same the very next moment. Told him to check, he said maam you have to wait for next 2 days to get the approval for the same.


I was like okay let's wait, so this time dint receive a call for the next 16 days.


Got totally frustrated and called the company, asked them abt the status, this time they said - maam your all documents have been accepted, apart from the phone's clear photo with IMEI num.


I asked him whether the declaration letter was right, he said yes all fine, except the IMEI .


This time I just understood the way they fool people, by just mentioning one or the other shortfall in document.


Hence I decided to go forward with the same and see what do they have next in the box for us.


Third phone call to them happened immediately in next 2 days, same as expected, they came up with an excuse of some other document bearing a shortfall


This time no wonder I had no patience to deal with this non sense.


Guys they will fool you to the core, even after your insurance is approved they won't return your phone for 1 or 2 years.


The fraud company syska should be punished for the same and I am going to make sure rise this case and do a complaint against them so that others are not fooled henceforth.


Syska- A fraud company, fooling people for their own good of buying the products from them.

Don't ever buy syska gadget insurance company made fool and took money on the name of insurance I clamed for my samsung a7 2016 handset total loss & company settled the same but commitment to remit payment with in 90 to 120 days after 120 followup by me by email & call they reply we have forwarded your details to our concerned department and we will get back to you at the earliest almost 3 weeks goes after they confirm payment done 5-7 week after 7 week again reminder by me & then they say 2-3 week more & after 5 week i.e till today not received any payment

This is a Cheating Company. They are not even registered with Insurance Regulatory Authority.  Never spent your Money to insure with this company. My claim which was approved a year ago still not settled. Their customer service is pathetic.


Please dont waste your Money. If at all there is a theft and claim, you will not get anything other than you running around. On complaining, they had replied that they will settle the claim in Feb 2017. Now they are not even responding. a Clean Cleating Company. Never take this Insurance.

I am having complete injustice and that too almost now it is a year I am bearing for justice. I purchased Vivo v1 Mobile on 22.10.2015 which came with 1 Yr warranty & I purchased 1 Yr extended warranty having Syska Support which will cover till 22.10.2017. I have filed my insurance complaint on 16.07.2016 which is even under "standard warranty of device". As per initial communication, I was supposed to get new handset replaced by them. This was not done. Later they said, claim was rejected. I blasted them that time and then they approved. You, can guess here, how mean & cheat they are. If I would have not blasted, they would have easily wrapped up the matter stating - we have declared claim was rejected and customer didn't responded to it. Now as on 04-April-2017, they are saying they will give just 50% of claim made. They are just harassing me and taking for granted. I have filed a legal complaint under ministry of consumer affairs. I will make it sure they will regret dealing with me and cheating 1000s of customers like me and hopefully, Improve their QoS and Brand Image. As of now, they are just Shit!
