I bought the Symphony Diet 12T for my bedroom and I’m seriously impressed! It’s compact, stylish, and perfect for small rooms. The cooling is fast and powerful for its size. I love the i-Pure Technology—the air feels fresh and clean. It runs quietly and doesn’t take up much space. Also, it doesn’t use much electricity, so it’s budget-friendly too. Ideal for summer heat in India! Highly recommend this if you’re looking for a personal air cooler

I recently purchased hi cool symphony cooler 31 litre for which one fin for swing was deformed manufacturing defect, often produces smell of rotten egg though I changed water everyday produces too much noise as compared big desert coolers one can't sleep when cooler is on though dealer told me that small cookers have low noise , no ice box available for the price below this product I was getting 55 litre with low noise this ds I presume is loss of money

I purchased a Symphony air cooler that arrived damaged. Despite multiple return pickup attempts, the company falsely claimed I cancelled all. I only cancelled once due to safety concerns. No refund, no resolution. Very disappointed with Symphony’s service. Not recommended.

This is very small in this range. And it's support team very walger. No fresh air in this item. And I suggest u don't like this.

Since i purchased it last year i am not getting after sale service.Air quality is not cool.Everytime some things happen and it stop cooling.Not dt all value for money.Not satisfied at all.The company Technicians will fool you in the name of service.Never buy Symphony cooler is a suggestion from me.

Worst service experience of company service stations jay gurudev electrical and electronics. He was called to change water pump but he damaged electronics circuit and blower fan.

I purchased Symphony Diet 3D 20i on April 22 2024. They deliverd used/ display unit. I called their customer care no. Calls dropped after 2-3 minutes. I sent email. No response. Posted on X. No response. Finally I could register my complaint on WhatsApp. So far no email no call no response at all. Feeling like Symphony is dead. After couple of days I started cooler. Fan is very very noisy and cooling is less. Advice not to purchase Symphony coolers. You will be frustrated.

I bought new symphony ice cube cooler in this session. I purchased cooler online website. But ice cube model is so small it's not for family only one single person use better. And air throw is not good. Air power is not good.and air cooler not good working in high room temperature. Please don't waste your money. Money wasted cooler.

There no service support post sales, you keep calling them. Nobody will take call.

Really pathetic service from a known brand.

Friendly work good and cheep work the product is also very good using it from last 5 years no complaint in using

One of the worst sevices I have seen until now

In May we purchased air cooler

But suddenly 1 month back it wasn't working as we came to know that water is not pumping and the motor was repaired

We tried via WhatsApp and call and mail everything

They were not even responding for everything it's been more than one month as we contacted them but no one visited yet

Then we tried via WhatsApp but there is no useful thing too

I'm giving this one star rating for the way they are treating their customers not for the product

I order the air cooler in summer season and i love the experience., nice cooling and good air.i will give 5 star rating in sound and cooling and also recommend to use symphony air coolers

Cant cooling even at 42°c.worst cooler and price are always higher then other cooler brand.dont buy this

I had purches New cooler witch have whater through problem from air no one is coming to solve this problem from symphony service center very bad experience by this symphony cooler. Customer care support is zero ??

Symphony is one of the best appliance amongst all the cooling appliances.

The customer service is good and friendly behavior they have.

Very good service given by symphony service center bhagalpur. My cooler is ok within 2 hours of complaints.
