It is the hotel with good facility and good service and I like in this hotel is price and price is very low in this hotel here hotels available in affordable prices and in this hotel parking is available for 2 and 4 wheelers.

And in this hotel wifi is free of cost and in this hotel travel desk is available for 24hrs and in this hotel tv was there in my room and in this hotel tv was good and my room was very clean and smell with fragrance and in this hotel I like food and south indian food is very good and in this hotel I eated masala dosa which gives me a delicious taste in this hotel and I finally advice to stay in this hotel

In hotel Swastik in Shillong near police bazaar we lodged and at peak season of Christmas almost miraculously without booking we found a room as the visitors that time discharged or checked out .We entered and became very happy.

It was 30 th Dec.The first problem we faced due to extreme cold blanket was not sufficient enough to make us feel warm .We asked for quilt and they had no quilt .They gave us another blanket later of dust was spotted to be existing .

The next day there was no water at the tank .We were getting ready for sightseeing .Though the hotel is famous and known to everyone but our dissatisfaction went on increasing .After asking for purified water they gave it after half an hour .

The geyser wasn't working properly .It was defective .Though TV, furniture , floor and bathroom had no problem .We were about to leave and asked to broom the room but there was no response .On the 31 st December around 11-20 the bearers and room boys seemed to be dancing heavily on the second floor just above our room as we stayed on a first floor room .Their dance and extremely loud music went on increasing .The entire building was shivering .We thought it would stop after 12 but it kept going on till 4 am on 1 st Jan.We couldn't sleep properly in peace .Therefore I don't have a very good impression for the hotel .
