So I am a student of swami shradhand college and today I am going to tell you the truth about this college

This college is named under freedom fighter and is a part of Delhi University but to be honest I don't know how or why but this college is just a image spoiler of Delhi University. College is having all the jaat and gujjars of haryana and up these students are not at all interested in studying and always bullying or bunking periods

The Management of this college takes least interest in solving students problem

This college have 2 block the new block is gor science students and the old one for commerce and arts students

Coming to point whether students should go for this college or not

My answer would be NO , please please don't eve think of taking admission in swami shradhanand college its just flooded with all kind of jaats and gujjars who will make your life miserable.

Swami sharaddhanand college is the part of delhi university. It was established in 1967, which was run by the delhi government. This college was nammed after the swami sharaddhanand- who was social reformer or social worker and also act as a teacher. He was the founder of arya samaj, where the arya samaj was divided between the gurukul section and DAV section.

The collge is located at alipur, north-west delhi . Since, this collge is seperate from north and south campus of delhi university , still it is considered as the important institutions of delhi university. It has qualified teachers. This is an arts and commerece collge with providing geography Honours also , which it quite rare in delhi university. Modes of transport through bus service only. Metro service is only provided till jhangirpuri. And the bus pass is provided through collge only with ₹; 510 bus pass valid for 5 months in every part of delhi.

Collge is divided into two parts - old and new building. Old building is for ba program and b. Com program only.

While new building provides- all honours subject with its lab facilities. And new building is quite better than old one.

This college is also quite good in sports especially in cricket and athletics.

So, I can suggest you if you secored around 75-85% , you can try in this college.

Worst College and even worse admin staff. People sitting on the reception don't even know were the rooms in their college are. You can't expect to find any help from staff. Its almost 10 km from the nearest metro station and its gonna take you almost half n hour to get you via bus.sometimes even more. For fooling the ward and their parents they take admission in the new building. the reality comes out when you have to attend classes. Half in the old Building and half in the new building. Indeed very bad college. I wouldn't suggest anyone to go here.

This university runs under the Trusteeship at Alipur, Delhi

We see jaat in every collage But at there we see more than any collage Both boys and girls misbehave with everyone None of them Talk with anyone In good way By staying there with those like people's a good student also can't focus on their study

This university have two buildings New one is for Science Streem students and an other old building is for Commerce and Arts students

You better Join any other university in Du campus

As everyone can see that this is the new topic on mouthshut.com requested by me to add for review, because it is my graduation college. UP's and haryana's jaat are in every DU's College but when it comes to swami shraddhanand college, Here it is like flood of jaat boys and girls. Boys are usually interested to abuse, fight and Bossing around. girls are usually interested in roaming around and tease other students.

when we talk about infrastructure, There are two buildings . Old building and new building, New building is especially for Science students and Old building for arts and commerce students. There was a news in the local newspaper that old building has snakes, rats, scorpion and other poisonous reptiles in the college, sometimes snakes entered to classroom and panic students.

But I am not saying this college is bad . No, this college has the basic and most important facility, which should be there in a college i.e. teachers. college has very good staff, faculty is too good. but ya sometimes staff started think that they are the principal her and principal thinks he is a just a care taker . because he doesn't care about students who don't want to fight and argue. especially Dr. S.K. kundra.

Lets talk about the famous personalities pass out from swami shraddhanand college. This college has only one star i.e. ashish vashist(DID season 5).
