Very very Highly disappointed with the after sales service of Sunflame. The new gas stove had issues in burner hence had lodged a complaint on 981099770 on 19th Feb, 2025. The technician did not visit but the irony is I have received feedback calls for the same to rate the service rendered by technician. I tried to connect with area head Mr.Anshu Kumar 801088xxxx and also the service centre person no: 827375xxxx but both of them have also not been successful in arranging a technician visit. If anyone is planning to buy this product as per the brand please reconsider the decision and go for other options available. Never expected a company like Sunflame would not have an infrastructure to cater to the customer complaints.

Worst products and service. I took a Sunflame 4 burner auto ignition stove and within 8 months I had to request for more than 5 services the product has too many issues and they promise you lifetime service but no one turns up. You have to call them 1000 times to resolve one issue. Would highly recommend you stop buying their products. Absolute waste of money!
I ordered gas stove from real sunflame genuine website. Its been 2 months I have not received any deliver even after paying online, neither my money was returned ever till date. Dont order anything from sunflame.cheaters they are

We purchased Sunflame three burner Stainless Steel Gas Stoves and within few months, one of the three burners started becoming loose. During previous week, its nut and screw fully came out and the gas burner is no more attached to the stove. Similar thing resulted with the second burner and is unusable.We are afraid that the third one also might become loose over a period of time. A complaint was forwarded to customer care who committed that rectification will be done within 48 hours and no solution resulted. After having called several times, the concerned person replied, "I was out of station and would be back today".No mechanic came for further two days.We really were under the wrong impression that Sunflame service is good but now have realized that they are giving worst service and other lower statused companies are much better than it. We are so much frustrated and willing to run a case against this poor service by Sunflame.
Sunflame is selling very old model stoves and no quality checks, before selling products. Showrooms are delivering defective pieces to customers. Once you reach out to customer care people. They don't have any solution also.
So, Best decision is to choose any other brand that provides quality product with good services.
