I have been working with Summitworks Technologies Pvt Ltd. for a very long time and the reason I am still with SummitWorks, because loyalty and honesty are appreciated here. I am managing a team of excellent pople and they all are very positive and sincere towards their job.

Pros:

Best working environment(Noida Office).

Good Salary appraisals.

Office Location

cons:

lack of recreational facilities - good, but no up to the mark.

I worked at Summitworks Technologies in 2012 but never happy with the organization.

Firstly, the workplace was always tried to remain politically correct which was not good for productivity.

The salary was comparatively low and had less opportunities for career growth and promotion.

But my biggest issue with the company was our boss.

He had a great knack of finding faults from nowhere and because of that had a terrible relation with the employees.

In terms of job security if you can handle the boss and workplace politics you're more than welcome in Summitworks Technologies.

M joined this company and very bad experience and all people work there suffer from many problem.there is no work environment, Too much politic, policy of company differ person to person most employee in company are relative of higher position people of company. and for same post there is different salary for different person.and if you r tester than very good company for u becoz if any error in application they never ever blame to tester but if your developer you have perform two work developer as well as tester after testing any error came it's ur responsibility that why error came not tester how he/she tested.
