Sumangala Finance

My CIBIL score was a little low and I needed loan urgently. I got a call from from Sumangala Finance, and the guy on the phone said that the company provides loan to persons with low CIBIL scores.

They asked my to deposit 4000 in their account as processing charges andsubmit all my documents. I deposited the amount and after 2 days I got a call saying that I need to deposit 2000 for NOC. They said that this was necessary from a local Tehsildar to prove that I had no pending loans and records. I deposited the money into their account and thereafter there was no call from them.

I called them back to know the status of the loan approval. They assured me that the loan amount will be processed in a few working days and the amount will reflect in my bank account shortly. But even after a week I didn't receive any money. I called them many a times and when even after a month when the amount was not sanctioned, I asked for the refund of the amount which I had paid till date. They rejected the refund request and said that the amount I paid was the charges for loan approval and the refund could not be made.

The loan was never approved and I lost 6000.

This is the worst finance company.I tried to take a loan from tbis company and there said to me to pay an amount of rs 4000 as aprocessing fees .I paid it.after that there asked me to pay another rs 2000 as to get noc fron local tahasildar that amount also I paid.but after all this there did nt sanction my loan.they told that company will make a cal to you.till now I didn't receive any cal.its the worst company don't ever take a loan from this company.there customer service is worst

Staff behaviour is very rude.I asked for refund my money there refused very rudely told me that we don't have refund policy and that amount was for loan sanction and its not refundable.

I checked my cibil score online and got to know that it was low  to apply for a home loan at that time I got a call from sumangala finance, they said they will provide loan with low cibil scores.

They are fraud, please dont buy loans from them

Hi friends today I am sharing my review on sumangala finance company.

The company is supposedly provides loan, But the other side of company is really shameful.

First the customer service is good only till they collect the loan processing fee from the clients.Once they got the money they would not even answer your calls.

Rates and charges are very high. Processing fee is very high and non refundable. Loan amount is very less and there are several other charges as well.

I am personally not satisfied with this company as they are just like a fraud company. Sometimes they do not process your loan and you would lose money given for the processing.

The staff is very cheap. They will ask for so much documents. After getting processing fee they wound even listen to you .

Overall I would recommend you all not to go for this company as there are so many other pioneers are sitting in the market.

Today I am here to share my perspectives on sumangala fund. This is not a decent organization. They gives a less measure of credit regardless of the possibility that you are working there. They solicit by the drove from reports with no reason. The preparing expense and charges is likewise very high.

The staff state of mind is bad he is bad by nature point the consumer loyalty is zero it is not a honest to goodness organization I presume. On the off chance that somebody needs to take advance it takes around 1 two months approx. Consumer loyalty is absolutely poor. Rates and charges are likewise high . not a decent organization.

Hello friends today I am here to share my views on sumangala finance. This is not a good company. They gives a very less amount of loan even if you are working there. They ask a plenty of documents without any reason. The processing fee and charges is also quite high.

The staff attitude is not good he is not good by nature point the customer satisfaction is zero it is not a genuine company I guess. If someone wants to take loan it takes about 1 two two months approx. Customer satisfaction is totally poor. Rates and charges are also very high . not a good company thank you

I opted for a loan from Sumangala Finance last December and was really surprised with their procedure.

Firstly, thet disregard your CIBIL score and can give you a loan even if you are a defaulter.

They collect plenty of documents without giving any valid reason.

Their processing fee and other charges were also quite high.

The least I say about the staff attitude the better.

They does have a decent customer satisfaction rate but I am not sure gow genuine that claim is.

I took a rs. 15, 000 loan got it after almost a month of rigorous procedure.
