Subway, Janakpuri, Delhi NCR

The best part is that the food is healthy. this is one place where you do not have to think what to skip because of unhealthy content.

This is a good place to take kids out as you are not worried about the ill effects of the food. also you get to make your own choice of bread and stuffings. I always recommend health over taste. I also like indian style but many at times it is been served with tons of calories and carbs.

Yesterday I went to the subway it was a bad experience. I ordered some of the things but when I taste it was tasteless and the money for which they have given is expensive.

Ambience was also not good very few customers were their if you naturally go to other subways many customers are their eating subway food but yesterday only 2-3 persons were their who were eating. After eating in that subway I also realised that not every subway is good and worth it.

I visited subway janakpuri with my friends last week. we entered in restaurant it was vacuous, no one was present in the subway restaurant, that moment we realized that we have made a mistake. We ordered 4 veggie delight which cost us rs110 each.

I disliked about subway is its bad ambience there was no music no LED screens no wifi or any other facility and it was a very small place there were only 3 tables. sandwiches were cold like frozen food, I did not like the flavor of food, jalapenos were too sour in sandwich dominating the whole sandwich flavor, I did not even ate my whole sandwich and portion size was very small according to price. Food in subway is expensive not value for money.

Staff was not very responsive I did not like that. Speed of service is not good they took 25 minutes for frozen sandwiches. Reservations are not necessary in subway. Overall I had a very bad experience at subway. I suggest you people do not visit subway. thank you.

THE PRICE OF THE THINGS ARE NOT POCKET FRIENDLY IT WERE SO EXPENSIVE .ALSO THE TASTE OR PRESENTATION IS NOT UP TO THE MARK .THE FOOD IS COOL NOT HOT .WE TRY TO COMPLAINT ABOUT THESE THING THE MANAGER DIDN'T REACT CAREFULLY ON OUR PROBLEM . I recently went to subway in  vasundhara

and bought  a chicken sub for rs  230 with extra cheese and toppings

I was really hungry and I had heard a lot about SUBWAY

so I just went in

I DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT TO ORDER AND HOW  TO ORDER

THE GUY GUIDED ME(it had a good costumer support)

but when the sub came to me and I had my first bite

it was so damn bad

it tasted hell bad the sauces

and  even the traces of chicken could not be found in it it had small pieces of chicken

I did not tell it or left it as I did not wanted to dissapoint the people who were so gentle and kind to me and also I was hungry

so I had most of it in search of that some peice of chicken gonna pop up in my mouth but sadly no one did

I do not recommend to try sub at all

it has very bad preparation and taste

BUT COSTUMER SUPPORT IS NICE

AND STAFF IS REALLY HELPFUL

Poor service by subway, got a message for 65 mins delivery and order delivered in 120 mins, what a service. And no aplogies given by delivery boy, poor customer service with all soggy subs. Will never order online from subway

I have visited this place twice or thrice.

Its in small space but yes it's not crowded at all. Subways are best but a bit expensive. The best is mexican patty 6inch long in veg.

The best combination is woth minute maid pulpy.Cost for 2 people is actually approx 400 with taxes.A good thing is that it offers so many sauces approx 6 or maore than that. If your are  a couple of persons then only this place is good to sit because seats are limited. The beat subway I found out near me was subash nagars, lifestyle mall subaway and there is ample of seating place there.

I want to share my experience regarding Subway at Janakpuri Distric Center. when we entered in Subway it was too dirty, it was stinking, no body was their to clean that place. a person who was preparing our sub, he was too rood too us his hand's were also dirty, we asked him to clean his hand's or to wear glove, first he ignored us then he told that if you want than I will do it in this manner.

food was also not cooked properly, and service was worst.

their is no proper  sitting arrangement, we sat outside on stair's.

I am a big fan of Subway and order at least once a week. The food is good but the company definitely needs to look into and improve the quality of staff they employ. I am not satisfied with the staff of their Janak Puri outlet in New Delhi.

Last week we ordered some sub's along with ice tea and brownies. I specifically asked the guy on phone to tell me the order value including all taxes etc. because I had only Rs.800 and hence wanted to order within that budget. I was told that the order is for Rs.780 but when the delivery came the deliveryman asked for Rs.900 approx. Upon enquiry it was told that Rs.780 was without taxes etc. and the person taking the order must have goofed up. It was very embarrassing as I had to borrow money from my friend. I hope the same is not repeated again.
