I visited goa with a friend of mine last summer. We were just going to leave for bangalore from there suddenly rain started so we found subway nearby, we entered the restaurant and I asked the staff member to provide me a polythene so that I can carry my cell phone and watch in it But they denied and said it is not available  As I can see they had lot of small polythene bags.

Well its okay I ordered 2 big burgers, 2 cokes and a hot-dog. I got the order after 30 minutes of ordering I don't know why they took so much of time as there was no one except us. The hot-dog was not properly made when I complained to the staff member, he started arguing with me and got very aggressive, My friend managed me to cooled down and we had the lunch over there. I decided not to visit there again very bad experience with any restaurant.

Subway, the name itself makes me happy. During my last visit to Goa I had been to Subway, Calanghute which is situated near Calanghute beach. Subway has many outlets spread all over the city and others part of the nation. We went to subway in the evening for a quick bite to satisfy our hunger pangs. And as usual Subway was able to fill my tummy with its good sandwhich.

The variuos types of bread, sausages, different flavours of sauce, tikkis are made by Subway itself.My personal favourite is Honey Mustard sauce. They offer wide variety of stuffings to choose from. They also has option such as freshly cut cucumber tomatoes, onions rings etc.Also they offer footlong or half portion of footlong bread. I selected a footlong regular bread with variuos different sauces and freshly cut cucumbers and onion rings.It was quite pocket friendly.I thoroughly enjoyed my evening snack.It was worth my money.

I also bought a soft drink to go with it.The best part is that one doesnot need to make prior reservation.The ambience is cool, music plays in the background add up to the youth quotient.The staffs are helping suggesting what to choose from the set menu.Service is pretty fast.

Subway is very famous for its salad sandwich but the subway at Calangute goa needs a real change. I went to goa with my friends and was searching for some restro near Calangute. We found subway at a very nice place where you find of the rich crowd in Goa but the food was really not upto the mark as the subway standard.

The veggies used in the sandwich was raw and in my friends salad it was other way. This really disappointed us. The stuff and the manager were good enough and replaced the sandwich and salad but still the replaced was not good. need to improve in standard for this branch as people really expect more from subway
