On line shopping had worst experience after looking at the invoice they charged me 69.62rupees for shipping charges then 47.2 rupees for handling charges and it was written on my bill free delivery nothing else was mentioned


and there was deduction of 99 rupees if you buy certain items .I did complain but got reply from customer service that we have changed the policy. In this hard time with when cost of liviing is high how come starquik is riping off their customers online shopping.

Their app is the worst app I have ever experience.


I order the stuck and they cancel it for no reason without notification. After trying multiple times, the order get delivered. .


If there was a option to give negative star , I would have given the same

I ordered groceries and I got only few and rest was not delivered, it took 5 days back and forth calls from me, they don’t even bother to call back and after long wait for almost 30 mins I get connected and they don’t work before 10 am and close by 6 pm. Netherland my ordered is delivered not my money is refund,

I placed my first order with StarQuik last week and experience is horrific. After reporting over phone and mail I was informed that product will be taken back and refund will be provided but one week has passed no one came to take and there is no reply of mails. The response over phone is frustrating. There product quality is very poor and packing is unhygienic. Excise caution while placing order with them.

Pls. I request don't use starquik. They are not capable of on time delivery. Every time 2 or 3 items missing. No proper customer service. This time many dairy items missing. If ask delivery boy he is telling what can I do I have to do per day 12 to 15 order. For their internal issue not sloving my problem.


Not yet returned my money. How to go about this. Any body has higher authority phone no. Or mail id I wanted bring awareness about this.


Everytime when I complain without resloving they close my complaint.

Charged double delivery fee of 236/- for They are fraud, 1200/- rs. Total order value on adding items to same slots delivery of previous undelivered order. Missing items but denied to compensate. Overall just a fraud app and management

My view is that Star kwiks overall policy of low prices is good but it is not so good as to justify a 100 rupee charge on every order- so someone ordering goods worth 500 rupees to end up paying 100 rupees as delivery charges is actually paying 20% more overall- which means for example if one were buying five items for 100 rupees each it is actually costing him 120 rupees each. so when you see blink it for example charging you 110 rupees for the same item and star kwik charging you 100 rupees you might at first glance think star kwik is better but is it? it actually cost you 120 rupees-i do think Starkwik - needs to review its flat charge policy and like Big Basket have a policy of a sliding scale- the larger the order the less the delivery charge- Amazon is likewise but Blink it is best no charge once you cross a small threshold- its delivery timing is between Big Basket who is really slow and Blink it which is really fast- the worst one is Jio Mart Finally i do think that StarKwik needs to improve its customer care department- try complaining to Blink it and see how quickly you get a response my experience is it is very good albeit after a few hours.

Beware of Star quik delivery. Alert for all those who order online. I have used this quick star app for the last 6 years. And this was my favourite online grocery shop. But in the last 2 years, I have been gradually getting pissed off with their service. Everytime I order Every time I get partial delivery and puts me in an off mood. Many times I have complained about their customer service, but there is no improvement. They also charge abnormally high delivery charges, 118/- for every order we place So I have finally stopped it. This time, again, I thought of trying it again, as there were very good offers going on. Many products are at steep discount, like 70% or more. And to my disappointment again, it was partial delivery. The discounted items were showing out of stock. It was marked with the pen on the top 'out of stock', and so I really got angry and asked the delivery guy to take it back. I don't want this order, I am not paying 99/- plus gst as delivery charges for partial delivery. The guy not only told me but was insisting to accept the delivery and pay me for the out-of stock items and that he will bring the out of stock item morrow. I still insisted and asked him to take it back. He left and after half an hour some other delivery guy came with all the products and the 'out of stock' mark on the pen was cancelled and rewritten. So the bottom line is, star quick courier are cheaters. So it is not only star quik is sending partial delivery even their delivery agents keep the product what they want and deliver us less product saying it's out of stock. They remove the discounted items and give us partial delivery saying it's out of stock. How is it possible that within half an hour they are back with full order in. And my place is atleast 45 mins away from the Star bazar. So going and coming back from the store clearly takes atleast 90 mins, non-traffic times. Please look before this cheaty delivery guy. Hope Star bazar takes strong action against them or change their delivery agent. Attaching below the invoice for reference.

Please do not purchase from this site as they provided us expiry date frozen chicken packets and when we called them to change or for cash back they refused to do so


And also talking so rudely and when we said we will complaint on website they said do whatever you want we don't care


So we are very disappointed with the service and the people

Worst and horrible experience with starquik. They took order and their delivery boys have worst attitude. They argue and insult you and when you complain to store they dont listen and back questions who. Also they posted in app for cashbacks etc all offers are fake . Their products of vegetable amd grocery are of extremely bad quality

Placed order today. Paid amount through net banking and amount was debited / paid. The delivery was scheduled for tomorrow between 10 am - 1 pm. Now they have on their cancelled my offer.


The same thing happened during my last order also and the amount was refunded after 10 days after repeated reminders. They don't respond to complaints or phone calls.

The most pathetic service ever, place orders delivery slot 1-4, I did not know until 7 pm whether I am getting the delivery or no, No helpline response, no online chat, app was showing dispatched. Eventually gave up and cancelled the order, recieved partial refund. Unable to reach the helpline.

It is sad that i am complaining about a TATA co. I had ordered goods worth 1950 and delivered goods worth 700. All items with discount had been cancelled by them on delivery day and mainly vegetables were delivered. This was my first order to Tata StarQuik. Also i had booked sunflower oil and with prices increased next day, they just cancelled it. I was not expecting such service from renowned company. When i saw the review, i find similiar experiences. Customer should be careful in ordering with them.

These people are just sitting and giving a time to customer of 24 hrs and enjoying there office hours . It's been 2 months . Still they haven't refunded my amt . I have never seen such a worst service you people just imagine it's been 2 month . They are not at all showing interest to returning my money . They are such a careless and having a disgrace attitude towards customer not at all bothered about customer .

StarQuik sometimes charging products more than the MRP. Recent instance - we had ordered Patanjali chakki fresh atta having MRP as Rs 350/- . Though StarQuik online was showing it as Rs. 425/-. When mail sent to them regarding to return and refund , they are just keep on making fool since last 3-4 days by responding everytime saying - wait till tomorrow EOD and be assured.


Very bad experience with the Customer care , product rate and return & refund procedure.
