Today I went to Start supermarket located at immadihalli main road, Whitefield and had very bad experience with staff behavior.

I noted cockroachs in grocery bins and badpacking covers with water.I informed to staff (Ragine) and supervioser (Rajendra) and their behavior was very rude and negligence.

Very Rude Staff Do Not Know English Or Hindi Properly And Treat Customers Very Rudely Also Manager is not Available If Customer Has To Complaint If You Are A Regular Customer You Get Treated Even More Badly

It's locking mechanism gone in 2 days.

It's unfit for reuse again.

I visited in isro layout branch.

Groundnuts were really poor quality.

We couldn't eat them even after frying it.

It was like adulterated product.

Very hard to eat.

These people are cheating customers in name of supermarkets.

Better don't buy anything here.

Great store in koramangala next to forum mall but extremely poor check out experience starting with poor scanning process and very very invoicing process followed by very slow payment completion

After scanning the items it took more than 45 mins o get us out of that place. After scanning the bills wasn’t generated as the system was taking time. Some items which were scanned was not reflecting in the bill. After making noise and waiting for nearly 45 minutes the billing system was resolved. I would request the manager of the store rather sitting behind closed doors it’s better to come out and check the flow of the system and find a solution rather making customers wait for hours on end.

We needed to do a quick shoppingbefore an appointment so quickly collected our stuff and stood in a queue then gave a card for payment but the card reader was malfunctioning After the cashier tried a few times we asked to make the transaction at another computer. They made us stand in four different lines for more than an hour and each one had one problem or other. Your card readers are outdated and can't read cards from two different popular banks. We should be compensated for our time.

Complete waste of time. The cashier's and managers are pathetic and powerless. They need better training and the shop needs a compensation system for lack of customer service. Terrible terrible experience.

I had visited star bazar RR Nagar store on 30.08.2021 around 6.30pm & very less crowd was there.

A young guy named Srinivas was there near to vegetable & grocery weighting counter when he was weighing my vegetable & putting price tag on it. I stood in the queue & before he finishes weighing my stuff, he started doing for others who were not in the queue & approached him from his backside. Like that he finished packing 5-6 items for a lady kept me waiting . Then I gave my stuff, he did it.

Again he took stuff from somebody else, when I asked him to finish mine, he started arguing.

I asked him " is this the way you deal with your customer?" He replied in Kannada " what's your problem?" Why can't you handover me your stuff faster?

I asked his name . he replied very rudely.

Am visiting the same outlet since 2016, never faced this type of behaviour.

Nowadays finding more guys, who are not willing to provide necessary support, if required.

Must say Customer service has fallen apart.

The reply was we will not be able to help u at any cost..rude behavior n not at all helpful..u may loose customers n business???????????

Last week I visited this store and purchased grocery items. There is a set of packets labelled value packs but PLEASE NEVER PICK those as they are highly over prized. After reaching home I checked the packages and shocked to see the proces.

1 Kg raggi flour 99 rs(outside market price 50-60 rs)

1/2 kg ground nut 130 rs(outside market price 80 rs).

Is this value pack or Over value pack? I usually shop only cloths in this shop but due to lockdown I mistakenly picked the grocery.

Never go to this store, your local kirana shop is far better.

I purchased four times. Everytime more than 3k but not received offered discount. They told that offer is for fix days. I did purchasing on those days even then discount not received.

1) Every product has Dusty, As well as many products are Dirty by Rats.just like Open Product on Counter like mask .

2) House keeping person is also work both at sweeper and Also at Meat and fish( Non Veg Dept) Dept. for cutting, I think there should be Different person for cutting Meat.

3)shop has charges Rs.14/- for Each shopping Bags but bags quality was so good, we can't load more groceries with these bags , And also can't use one more time .So Request provideSome Storng material bags which can easily carry groceries.

4) I got message for Discount Available for purchase of Rs.3999/- And more but Staff says that Discount available for only for saturday and Sunday. So clearly Dates on Messages.

5) So Many Product, Essential Product Range are Not Available,

I got a message that onion 2KG @ 9/- KG before 12 Midnight. I place an order of 3000/- INR and it was showing 9/- while selecting onion but in Bill found it was charged 194/- INR

Similar many items price is much higher in the bill compare to you what you see while selecting item.

No way to reach out to them if you order online and wait hours to respond lousy chat guys

My last purchase bill i was credited with 100 points to b redeemed in my next month purchase but on visiting kormangla star bazaar which I do every time i found the kor star bazaar closed n on next visit I was told that my 100 points redeemed date is over..

Issues & concern about the staffs in star bazaar- Andheri West Mumbai

The staffs in here Mr. Memon, Mr. Navin Pandey and Mr. Sachin Yadav. I believe they are from the security department, the worst department, even the store handling team is such a nuisance. Since the time this

store was open my cousin is a customer for anything and everything he prefers this star bazar little did he a few days back, when he went for shopping for some apparels the shirt he chose had 2 tags and as usual there was no one to attend the customers, he went to the cash counter he knew the billing guy will obviously know what the exact price will be and did not bother and as taking our debit card meanwhile the billing was done and when he was moving out of the store, security Navin & Sachin(bloody loosers) asked him to show the bill etc formalities thats acceptable its their duty we know that. But suddenly they told hum he was robbing the shirt and dint pay for the bill they bullied him for almost 2houra and that's my cousin called us and informed we rushed to meet the staffs and they were bribing for 8000Rs so that they don't call the police we were supposed to call the police but for such a silly thing Calling the police was another pain and that's the reason we don't bother but I can assure you if checked through the cctv it can be seen clearly how my cousin don't bother to check and was ready with his card for the payment. Those loosers Navin & Sachin also forcefully made my cousin fill some form stating he robbed that bloody shirt, and the form was fake as it was the last carbon paper of the receipt which cannot be considered as the form. This proofs how fake this issue was the store manager was called and he dont even bother to know the reason and stood back.

For heaven sake "STAR BAZAAR" kindly look into the matter and do the necessary with these dumb otherwise soon you are going to loose a good number of customers & business.

Star Bazaar is one of the worst supermarkets in Marathahalli and even Bangalore too. They will sell only TATA products mostly. They will not allow other brands in this Super Market.

PLEASE DONT PREFER STAR BAZAAR
