SRS Travels, Chennai

SRS is more concerned about their cargo than passengers. Passengers are just incidental to thr journey. They have caused a 3 hour delay in reaching the destination due to loading and unloading cargo, stopping so many times on the way. I have traveled in other services in the Bangalore-Udumalpet route and each of them is better than SRS. Change your travel plans if needed but never fall into an SRS travel.

Worst staff. Very very arrogant. They dropped us in the middle of the highway where the electronic City flyover ends near silk board. With 2 small kids below 1 year+ aged parents it was a nightmarish experience to cross the road. Also they did not wait for my parents to get down, n started the bus.I again had to run in middle of the highway tapping the bus to make the driver stop the bus. In this whole episode the driver was swearing at us in front of other passengers. In terms of facilities provided by the bus it is better not to speak. The driver refused to keep our very big bags/suitcases in the dedicated space in back of bus or in side compartment. Instead we had to carry our bag of 25kg inside the bus and keep it at the last seat. So much attitude for the worst service. I saw many other buses whose drivers were sensitive enough to stop at road side next to the pavement and helping passengers with their luggage. If there was a rating of 0 I would have given it. A big NO to travel again n will recommend my family n friends the same.

Seat number issue: I was booked ticket from Dindigul to Bangalore in red bus (11:15pm to 05:45am)and seat number 12U(it is windows seat as per redbus seat layout view).

But after enter into bus, 12U is not windows seat.. I explained to driver. But he said don't follow redbus seat layout view..

{The redbus layout view and actual bus layout (name plate) view are different}

Timing issue: As per schedule srs bus need to reach at 11:15PM but it came at 12AM. Also I asked to srs agency, that why bus runs late , then he replied that "Bus will come late and reach late, don't expect to on time"

We are okay for 15mints late or strong late reason.. but without reason 1h or 2h lates are not acceptable.. because bus drivers not wait for passengers for 1mint late..

Hope, this problems will solve in next my journey in srs travels..

In the buses are very hot and they seems like they do not provide enough water for that matter if you need it along with some looting probably really happens if you are not smart enough to catch them lately. What do you think about it? Me for now no.

Worst bus compared to garbage lorry.atleast people clean that.

I travelled with family from kodaikanal to Chennai route with srs non ac sleeper. Had an awesome travel with superb climate end with horrible return back journey to home with this worst srs bus. Three Window side full of vomitting (previous passenger) uncleaned with unbearable smell. Asked bus in charge to make it clean and came up with worst reply " They can't clean and they will keep spray. People without sense and with no option left made us to travel with that . Horrible experience. It's not an bus its worst lorry. Hardly suggest anyone not to choose this. See the pic also

Hi to srs, 15th Jan Kodaikanal to chennai..I had a worst experience with ur travel today, , ur employee.. who has wearing a Sabarimala..malai .. think so.. , (think we used to call Samy..)and a driver. ..also. spoken a uncorked language.. never expected this type of employees in a prestigious travels.. my wife and my 3 years old daughter sleeping with cover.. unfortunately without any intimation he opened the screen ..and asked for a ticket... got too troubleshooting.. .. I showed him and explain.. but he raising his hand and .. behave vulgure... he too try to hit me with his hand... (Happened by 12.10am) 9944244122

Terribly maintained bus, not at all clean. Don't get misled by how it looks on the outside. The bus wasn't up to date at all.

I traveled in SRS travel from Chennai to munnar and munnar to Chennai. During my travel i completely observed that driver and his assistant is not kind enough. They were not even responding Properly. At least they would have look at my face and talk

I have choosen this travel per my friend suggestion but my personal experience is very poor. Sorry

Sunday 12/01 bus PY 01 BU 3272, started late by 40 mins, Only one driver who drove yesterday night started the bus. Near ulundurpet, sharp at 2.30 AM bus slides from the road and and rotated passengers hit hard.

I had booked a bus ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 13/09/2019 for departure 7 30am from Bangalore and arrival 4 30pm at Hyderabad, (6 25am pickup from Marthahalli), pick up arrived at 8 30am, did a long Bangalore Darsan for 2hrs and dropped the passengers at their depot near Majestic. The main Bus departed around 10 30am from Bangalore and soon at 11 30am the driver stopped the bus near his FAVORITE eatery for breakfast despite passengers opposing this(he spend solid 30min there). Again the bus stopped at all their favorite places for further meals and finally reached Hyderabad at 08 00pm - late by 3hrs and 30min. I also had experienced multiple similar late services with SRS travels in the past, so thought of putting this for public view. They never wash the blankets provided in the bus, always stinking, you may get infected and fall sick if you ever use it. Stay away from SRS Travels and their RUDE STAFFs, SRS IS NOT AT ALL A GOOD BUS OPERATOR.

Comfortable bus but rash driving. They costs money for AC but switched off the AC inbetween itself. We felt very difficult to travel till end. Just waste of money. So far I've travelled in other services. But comparing all, worst one is the srs travels. Waste of money.

Very rash driving. Over speed. The drivers behavior and speech was very rough. Never met a driver like this before. Very bad experience in my lifetime.I thought sure he Wil hit any vehicle but Thank God.. It didnt happened.. Kindly appoint good drivers

9.00 PM is my boarding time and it been almost 1 hour im waiting with my wife and 3 year old kid near porur but the bus still not reached the boarding point. When i tried to enquire the bus driver the response is very poor and harsh. Worst ever bus service I ever seen. Bus No. TY 05 B 2484

I have travelled Bengaluru to sirkali on 7th May. They stopped the bus nearly 2 hours for dropping their parcels one hour in Pondicherry and one hour in chidambaram .

Driver asked to go some other buses for our destination. Is you run the buses for people or for parcel.

I booked a seat in this travel service from Chennai to Nagapattinam. The bus should have arrived by 12.30 am, but it came at 1.30 am. Most of the passengers were complaining to the driver, but he gave an unacceptable reason. We were half way through our journey and suddenly the bus got flat tyre. It was annoying to review in mouthshut. Dont trust this guys
