She was Better known as Chandini because of one of her movie with Rishi ChaCha, she played the role of Chandini who always keep on phating on the mouth of Rishi chacha. Then suddenly one day she was bathing herself because she used to play in kicher and water level of the bath tub suddenly rises and because of her weight she submerged in the tub. And her husband ( the sathayal Buddha) namely booni kapoor starts laughing at her. She was the mother two worst actors of hindi cinema Janvi kapoor and Arjun Kapoor.

Hi, friends.we know that Sridevi is first female Superstar in the bollywood.Sridevis real name was Shree Amma Yanger Ayyapan.She bron in 13 august, 1963 in Sivakasi( tamilnadu) .Sridevi was an Indian actress and film producer who starred in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayam and Kannada films.She was the recipient of five film awards.But its bad news She was passed away death in 24 february, 2018.

I have watched her movies from the childhood. I think she was the most beutiful and brilliant actress indian film industry has ever got.

Even in movies like tohfa or Mr.India which were not performance oriented she stood out.

And in performance oriented movies like Sadma, English Vinglish And even her last movie mom, no one could have done better than her. She was flawless and looked every bit of a fiercely protective mother who could go to any extent to take revenge of assault on her daughter and In English Vinglish a submissive yet very firm and determined gogetter.

My personal favourite is Chandni in which not only her performance was the best but she looked beitiful beyond imahination as none other actress has ever looked in any movie.

We are going to miss this awesome actress for her beauty n performance.

In india there is a award on the name od sridevi . it calls sridevi award for best actor female . She was the most powerful and biggest superstar of the bollywood . when she died I am sure bollywood industry lost its very big superstar. Everyone calls her lady amitabh because she was first lady superstar of the bollywood industry. We will miss her always.

Everyone love sridevi. Sridevi was only one who deal on 1-2 crore in 80s and 90s for movies.

She was famous , wonderful and most most lovable personalities of bollywood .

First of all this is really very disheartening & painful demise of legendary actress " Sridevi ". She moved her fans to tears & pain with her sudden exit from the world as she is portraying another fascinating character on 70MM Screen. But this time this CHAALBAAZ have moved to another world in peace & claim.

The fan following of Sridevi can be acertain from the fact that her Funnel was followed by Huge fanbase confirming the fact that she was among the few Top stars having HUGE / IMMENSE fan following base. Infact the credit of South Indian actress acting/ moving to Bollywood goes to Sridevi only. She started her acting skills at the age of 4 as

a child artist. Slowly gained popularity in South Indian Cinema with her pretty charm looks & great acting skills. She almost worked in every southern Indian language like Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada & Telugu.

In the early stage of her career she did some Hindi movies like SOLVA SAWAN which did not make mark as Bollywood, but she strongly come with Stunning performance in SADMA where she showed her real potential in terms of acting & skills sharing the sliver screen with KAMAL HASSAN . This movie really mark her dominance in Bollywood. During this time she acted in several movies with Jitendra, this audience finds a great chemistry between Sridevi & Jitendra with movies like HIMMATWAL, MAWAALI, TOHFA .During her career She almost worked with all star & superstar likes KAMAL HASAN, RAJNIKANT, AMITABH BACCHAN, MOHANLAL, MAMOOTY, ANIL KAPOOR, SUNNY DEOL, RISHI KAPOOR, FEROZ KHAN, VINOD KHANNA, SALMAAN KHAN

LAMHE, CHANDANI, NAGINA, CHAALBAAZ, KHUDA GAWAH, MR INDIA, JUDAAI ETC . are some of my favorite movies. She steal the screen with great performance in JUDAAI movie & overshadowed every one.

She was fitness freak as during her entire career she never put on excess weight compared to other actress who after keeping aside from the silver screen. Age is no bare for this stunning, beautiful, gorgeous actress.

I personally feel that She was unclaimed 1st Female superstar who ruled Bollywood & will continue to do with her cute smile, stunning looks, Great acting skills & versatile personality. Sridevi's sad demise is a greater blow & loss which cannot be replaced or replenished ever.

Late sridevi was born in 1963 in Madras state. She has started her film career in 1967 as a child artist in a Tamil film. Then has done a ton of good films in Tamil, hindi, Malayalam etc.

She has been very popular in 80s and people admired her work. People loved her performance. Mostly she was famous in bollywood film. She worked with different famous star actors. She become mass popular.

Her personality was very charming and positive. She was a loving wife and mother as well.

Her film career started in childhood. But after that she started impressing mass with her performances. She did different roles in films and all roles are very known. Her one of the dialogues is which I specially love "BALMA" from the film Chalbaaz.

Sridevi died in 26th Feb 2018 in Dubai. I pray God give peace to her soul.

She was an extraordinary actress with beauty mixed with excellent acting.in my words she is the first lady superstar who made us believe that comedy can be assossiated greatly with heroins also. I saw her firstly in a malayalam film devaragam.was a nice introduction in my film memories.later I beacame her fan during my childhood movies like mr india.i dont know which was released first but I have seen like that.after that seen a lot of movies till english vinglish.she is so talented even in her 40s and 50s. Considering her personal life also.i was wondering how she could manage both work and family go together so nicely.her priority was for family I think.as a mother she was a great success and it can be seen from that obedient and mature girls.she always cared them inspite of her busy schedules. Her death anyway is a great loss for indian cinema.and surely she will live in hearts.forever.

Sridevi was an Indian actress who acted in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi films. She was born on 1963 at Sivakasi, Tamilnadu. She started her career as a childhood artist in a Tamil movie and later got'Best Childhood Actress Award' for a Malayalam movie'Kumara Sambhavan' and soon after proved herself as a leading heroine  at the age of 13.

Sridevi established a perfect onscreen chemistry with Kamalhassan in Tamil films and they were described as

greatest romantic couples on celluloid. Later her pair with Jeetendra in Hindi films helped her foothold in Bollywood.

She is regarded as Indias first female'Superstar' and the highest paid actress in 1980s and 1990s.  She worked with iconic directors like Yash chopra, K.Balachander, Bharathiraja, Bharathan etc in several languages.  She became popular all over India by her out performance with her veteran co-stars like Rajinikanth, Kamalhassan, Chiranjeevi, Krishna, Sivajiganesan, Amitabhbachan, Vishnuvardhan, Dharmendra etc.

Moreover, when she was at the peak of her career, she offered a role in'Jurassic Park" by Steven Spielberg in Hollywood but she refused that  role because of her dates.  She has also appeared in TV series in'Malini Iyer' after her marriage. Her success in the context of male dominated industry made her a recognisable actress in three largest film industries like Kollywood, Tollywood and Bollywood. She made a come back to films in'English Vinglish' and was last seen in the film'Mom' in 2017.

Sridevi was voted as'India's greatest actress in 100 years'.  She was deemed as one of the few female superstar capable of huge box office success without the support of a male hero. She has won many filmfare awards and worked in 300 films of various languages.

The government of India has awarded her the country's fourth highest accolade "Padmashri' in 2013 for her contribution and performance. Sridevi  was passed away on 24th February and has left a gaping hole in Indian Cinema. Her stardom was deserved and recognised her as the Board of Directors of the Asian Academy of Films and Television. She is my all time favorite heroine.
