They stop 2 times in 12 hrs. They told my 70 years old mother to hold pee for 3hrs. They told my mother will drop you here. Very rude drivers.

Very WORST behaviour by driver, He behaved very rude, He stopped the bus for allowing passengers for rest room, Before a senior citizen boarded bus he started the bus, when asked to stop vehicle for few seconds he started shouting and misbehaving using foul language.

Ban this travels. We had travelled from Sivaganga to chennai by this worst service. Driver's rash driving almost killed my wife and 3 year old son. When nearing the dropping point chrompet, driver asked us to come front. and when we are standing with kid and luggage, he has put a sudden break which made my wife and kid fell down and dragged forward from middle of the bus to the front. Both got severe scratches and injuries.

The similar incident happened in previous dropping point Tambaram. but the driver have not learnt the lessons and playing with passengers life.

I would have lost my wife and kid now because of this idiotic driver and this travels. Please ban this travel and save passengers life.

I had booked the bus to and pro from Chennai to Kodaicanal via redbus. Bus operators are really worst and so is the bus quality.

Buses are sleeper coach but none of them are volvo, that they do not mention in the description.

Bus operator can understand only tamil and no other language. So it's very difficult to ask them where is the exact place for pick up and drop. They never try to call you and inform that they will arrive in so and so time, even though they are running late.

Bus stops in extremly poor and third class hotels in night for dinner. So please have food before get into the bus.

They stops the AC in hills and its extremely suffocated to seat in a bus when the AC is switched off.

Finally the bus stops only twice in 12 hours of for going to toilet. If you want to goto toilet in between or feeling ommitting during journey, the staff behaves extremly rudely.

Avoid the third class bus . Most of the time you will find the bus is empty till last date of journey.
