Spark Realty, Pune

Spark Realty company is a fraud. They have cheated us and many more with false claims.

We have booked a flat in Wade bolhai area near wagholi pune, with them. After many follow ups and they have done documentations.

But never did we got complete documentation with 7/12.

Now when we are trying to get in touch with them, they seems to be absconding and not picking up the calls as well.

Sumit Bhalotia is a big cheater. He just talk good but absolutely worthless.

We have filed a complaint against him with criminal charges. He was on bail and ran away from pune / Maharashtra.

He fooled poor people by cheating with them. He is master in lying and fooling people.

I request not to entertain him in future and stay away from him.

I have preferred Spark realty. The team is very much helpful and understandable. The service was quite good and on time. I really like the services provide by them related to all the projects. The facilities were also very much pleasent.

Very beautiful and peaceful Society. Rooms are quite spacious.place for parking and jogging/walking/playing. On an all a very good living experience.

Thank you spark realty.. Finally i and my friends got our plot registered today. Sumit came back and doing excellent work by solving all issues with full cooperation. My Col Kolekar i had 3 plots at spark realty and my friends other Col had few more plots. My plot no 118 , 119 , 120 90 and 99 . NOw i m relaxed and happy. Great come back Sumit. Thanks

The guys who have given good feedback are all the builders people. The entire staff of spark reality are 420 people they r fraud guys.

Earlier sumit balotia has looted ppl in hyderabad n bangalore n now they have done t same in pune with 3 projects initiated. Took money from people n ran away.

These kind of mudblood should not be trusted.

He(sumit balotia) has cases registered in hyd n blore.

Now he is in punjab to repeat the history.

He should be behind t bars but he keeps running.

Pls do not invest in his projects.

Around 200 ppl r suffering because of him.

Fraud Builder? Is Spark Realty office in pune closed? Mr Sumit Kumar Bhalotiya is missing as per their office staff. They have reported his missing case in Viman Nagar Police Station. We have paid for his developed land plan located in Bakori, project name Beverly Hills, Bakori, Wagholi, Pune.   After paying all money, we try to reach him and found not reachable. Not sure what happen to him so I will wait for another week. if any positive response comes from his office then well & good otherwise no options left to go to Police.

I am one of the property buyers of Spark realty…… the team of Spark realty is quite helpful and understand the needs of their clients. I found their service quite quick and timely, the material they use in my flat is above the mark. I have visited almost all the project and always observe that the way of engineering is different not like regular builders. The service they have provided me was out of the box. I am quite satisfied with their services spark realty provided me the best facilities on pocket prices……. I just want to recommend them to other buyers.
