I would suggest to tell people, please don't take service from this tours.My personl experience I told here I had been to thailand for a week honeymoon travel.A week full travel led, no fun, no rest, no activities them.They said that they will give us water game at coral island and they failed to make it.They said that they give us to Royal Cruise Dinner but they failed to take us from hotel and they cancelled it.

Hello friends I want to share my personal experience of using this travel service. actually I booked a bus from mumbai to thane. and I think this was to worst bus experience for me.

first of all the website of this company is really very slow. you have to wait upt 30 minutes for a confirmed seat booking. the other problem is their costumer service which is very irresponsible.

when I entered into the bus there was so many people and there was not proper ventilation in that bus. the seats of the bus was also not comfortable for me. there was not systematic sitting arrangement in the bus. the driver was also not experienced and he was driving very rash.

I will never suggest anyone to use this travel service.

I have booked a travel bundle in Southern goes from Mumbai to Bangalore a month ago.

I have first gone for SRS yet it was completely reserved and afterward chosen to contact Southern Travel Operators.

They said when I booked that transport will touch base at sharp 8.30 pm in my Downtown.So I stuffed everything and came to there at 8.10 pm and held up in a shop.

In any case, transport came simply following 8.50.That is 20 minute late.But I balanced imagining that rush isn't great.

The transport began its voyage and I chose to sleep.I turned my seat.But a woman sitting behind said that she push secondary lounge isn't working.

She called the administration kid on the transport and said him to check what issue it is.

In any case, kid answered that that seat was not working for last five or a half year and difficult to drive it back.

The two of us lost rest and in the morning, I felt appalling back torment.

Presently I books each adventure bundles early and dependably stay away from Southern voyages.

Bus started its journey and I decided to sleep .I turned my seat.But a lady sitting behind said that her push back seat is not working.

She called the service boy in the bus and said him to check what problem it is.

But boy replied that that seat was not working for last five or six months and impossible to push it back.

Both of us lost sleep and in the morning, I felt terrible backpain.

Now I books each journey packages very early and always avoids Southern travels.

Situated in Ghatkopar, Mumbai, Southern Travels is a very bad service providing travel and tour agency.

I was travelling in Southern Travels bus. It had a very bad service providing.

Seats were tore and stinky. No cleanliness at all. Seats were conjusted too.

Food was not tasty. Cold food was served. Presentation was bad.

Bus was not punctual. Delaying was done very much.

Ticket and extra charges were very high.

Staffs like driver and conductors were very ill-mannered.

A very bad experience.

Hi friends, today I am writing about A Travels, Ghatkop a worst service ever I have seen in my life.

Basically , it provide services for southern states, like keral, Hyderabad, chennai etc.

Once I travelled to hydrabad, I had experienced. It service is very poor, delayed by four hour to reach my destination( hydrabad) . And condition of seat and window were not good, there was lack of cleanness, whole bus was stinking, not a single moment you can be comfortable.

It's customer service is very poor, they are not able to provide you correct information about your tour, they never attend your call.

If I say about its charger then, they are not reasonable , if you compare it with there services, total waste of your money.

Southern travels main branch are located at ghatkopar, mumbai. This travels gives a service for mumbai to south indian city like hydrabad, chennai, bengluru, kochin, madgaon, trivendrum, puducherry and many south indian cities.

I travelled when I was gone for my sports competition to trivendrum, kerala. I started journey from Dadar, mumbai. The travel is not properly maintained. The windows glasses were too much noisy. The suspension was not smooth. Even the seats are not repaired. Many of the seats was not have proper handrests. And the smell were coming from last row of seats.

Even the tv sound also not came properly because of noisy window glass. The driver did rash driving. So I experience very bad journey.

Southern Travels are the travelling services provider who arranges various things to make a tour easy and simple. For this they charge  from there customers.

I also used there services,  for that I paid them Rs 29999. I came yo know about this services provider through internet. They said that there company is arranging all types of tour and our tour package will include one time food and hotels to say there.

But this is not true, they make false promises as when I ask them to arrange my tour for Goa then they only arranges a bus ticket and nothing else, when I reached there I am not able to get the hotel and any food as they have not arranged till now.

When I call to there service center then they arranged a third clasd hotel for me where I am not able to stay and leave that hotel.

All this shows that they are not a good services provider,  they does not care for there customers and they charge very high for there poor services.
