I bought a watch for my boy on his birthday from Ahmedabad-380061. On third day after bought, the switch key point of watch fall down due to loose manufacturer fitting. When I connected to Shop keeper he told that it's not under warranty/garanty for the same. I can bought same model watch in half price, but due thought of Desh-bhakti and Ratan Tata manufacture i have one build trust and so I bought this only.

My Uncle gifted me a Sonata watch(Stainless steel strap) for Rs700 in the year of 2008 and now it was 2022 it was still running perfectly.

But definitely buy the watch from a authorised store don't buy online discounted craps in the name of Sonata...

Outstanding service by Sonata. I am really impressed by this brand. I recommend everyone to buy a sonata watch who want a decent watch within budget...

This is a good watch. I have brought a ladies Sonata watch with numbers on the display screen and it's easy to to determine the time as it is numbers. And in my watch the short and long hand is pink colour and the display is surrounded by a aluminium border. And the rest of the watch is blue colour. The watch is very lightweight. And the width of the the watch is very small and length of the watch is average. It is perfectly fitted to my hand. The watch shows the perfect timing. And it is also waterproof. The watch is perfectly good looking. I am using it for 1 and half years and I think its durable and sustain for a longer period of time if we didn't make any manual damage to the watch. Overall, it's a good watch to buy.

The designs are very old fashioned. There is not much difference in design of watches but there js a lot of difference in their prices.

I was looking for some new design but didn't found any.

Features are also not that good.

Because of regular advertisement in Facebook I decided to try SONATA wrist watch. Well I am very fancy about wearing wrist watches.

I bought the watch one month ago and used roughly, did not find any battery issue but the problem is about the strap.

The strap quality is so bad that just after use of one month it got cracked.

I tried to fix the issue with glue but that is also not so worthy. Repaired in one area with glue and cracked on other area.

This SONATA wrist watch totally disappointed me. I am not going to recommend anyone to purchase this product. I do not want others to get disappointed as the way I got.

Experience has not been good so far. I bought a watch in August 2019. Since then it had gone out of order thrice. Every time I returned it to the concerned supplier/dealers to repair it, they did something and returned it to me with assurance that it would be fine. But despite their false assurances, the watch has again gone bad for the fourth time. It is causinggreat inconvenience to me. On requesting them to replace it with a new one, the reply was that there was no such provision. Now it is very strange that neither they can replace it nor they can repair it once and for all. What to do?

I purchased a watch on this company from an online website in in June 2019. The watch takes 7 days to reach my house full stop after the watch was delivered to me. I use this watch for about one month dam vande the watch goes off. But the watch itself is fixed after a while, after a month some of this watch problems again appear and the watch is off again. Then I contact the website from which I purchased the product full stop but customer care cold not solve the problem, then I called this what companies customer care. They to take the watch to their companies service centre after taking the watch to the service centre they went 7 days to repaired the watch I returned to the service centre 7 days later and took the watch after taking the watch home, I noticed the problem was not solve, but the problem increased full stops then I called customer care again at this company but they did not solve my problem.

Three weeks before, I purchased a Sonata watch from a watch dealer and it stopped working within a week. I took to the dealer who changed its machine from another watch. Surprisingly, it again stopped working after two days.I requested the shop owner to change the watch.He said, "Titan has not allowed us to do so and argued that it is your fault and the company is not responsible for the same".I have sent a legal notice to the company stating my grievance and refund.

Sonata watches are very old but now it was getting boring . The classical style is not attracting us . The strips used in the watches are very old fashioned and quite irritating too. I had purchased many watches from sonata but not feel satisfied. The analoge function is very worse. The quality and style of the corners and the buttons is very disgunsting .

When it comes to wrist watches I love the bold look. Searched for big dial and found sonata a suitable watch. Has 4 Sonata dial watches and 2 smartwatches. Look out for Sonata SF Rush on Titan e-store. Sonata Elite, Sonata Reloaded, Sonata Volt, and Sonata NXT are my favorite collections.

I bought sonata white dial womens watch for rs 480 from amazon for my mom. The watch looks cute and beautiful. It has a pink colour strap and my mom liked it very much. The watch has a 1 year warranty. The watch is working perfectly and those who are going to buy this product can buy it without any doubt.

Recently I buy sonata nd8073ym01 ladies wrist watch from Snapdeal price of watch is rs 843 delivered me in time when I unbox it .

Then watch is fake sonata and already used product never buy watches from snap deal they are sending cheap dublicate product

In place of Snapdeal amazon and flipkart are good to buy branded watches

Say no to snapdeal

Lots of buyer from Snapdeal are switching

Because of their pathetic service and copy product are selling by their seller

No buyer protection

I would like to give my honest review about the brand sonata a tata's product its very renouned brand as well but its bit disapointed me by there service and wirh there product . 15days ago I brought a formal sonata watch for myself to use during my office. But this was my desaster decision to buy this watch look wise its suit my personality but the problem is that its stop working after 5days of use and I have to visit service center for its repair again after repairing the product after working 2days its again stop working this was horrible experience I ever had with any product I bought this product at a cost of ₹; 925 which is not at all value for money. I am feeling like I have wasted my hard earned money on that cheap quality product. I dont recommand anyone to buy this watch and from now I have a big trust issue on sonata brand. Here I am atteching my useless watch picture.

I got this watch for my daughter on January 3rd 2018 from the beginning this watch had a problem, it was either fast or slow it never shows the correct time .We bought this from PORR and Sons, it had one year warranty.We visited the Adyar showroom about 7 times. Even after repeated services for all the seven times it continues to be the same, Very, very poor quality from Sonata, a TATA product. My daughter doesn't use the watch. Waste of money.
