I had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members, Roopa Thakur. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional, as she used abusive language and displayed a complete lack of respect towards me. It was very upsetting, and I was shocked by her poor communication skills. A staff member should always treat customers with respect, and unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. I hope this issue will be addressed to ensure better customer service in the future.

The overall experience was very good. They take good care of the clients. Good drivers. The driver was extremely nice polite knew the places and routes. Cars were comfortable and safe. Choice of hotels were decent. Good follow up and tracking and after service by All India Tour & Travel. We were happy clients Thanks To KIRAN BALA mam.. your service is very very good & fast... Very very thanks to Kiran bala mam..

Hi All,

We used their services in last week of 2020 for Shimla Manali tour so sharing my recent experience with All India Tours and Travels, Shimla. This company is a FRAUD and full of LIARs. At the time of booking they say YES to all your demands and queries but they don't provide anything as said. Word of caution - Always take things in written in mail and PDF otherwise they won't consider that you even had any conversation on whatsapp or calls.

During the tour we found 2 groups who faced the similar issues with the company that's the reason I am generalizing this.

We entire family went to Himachal last year with SOJITRAWALA ALL INDIA TOUR AND TRAVELS and they changed the hotesls committed to us, food quality was very poor.

Mr. Patel who took our booking went to US and after that no body was properly replying to us. We had asked for the seprate vehicle as were entire family they charged extra for the same provided us the common vehicle.

It was the nightmare. Tour guides were not responding to us. My parents are in their 50s and they asked them to take their own luggage, we had to walk for longer distances for the sight seens. Next time you plan a visit neger go with All India Tour and Travels. We also went to Eastern India through Akshar Travels once and it was a very good experience we had. You can prefer Akshar next time to plan to visit domestic tours
