This outlet of smoking Joes were selling coupons door to door. The salespersons came to our house and offered us this coupons and told that we can use this coupons anytime in a year the.we paid 500 rs and bought those coupons. We decided to give it a try so we call them for order the 500 rupees which we had paid that was redeemable but for that we need to go to the outlet this was disappointing. For amy other coupons home delivery was available.So we went to the outlet first of all we were not finding the location it is not easily accessible. We asked few shopkeepers but they were not aware. After some trial of finding here and there we finally reached here. The outlet from outside seems to be very simple you can't even figure it out this is a smoking Joes outlet.! When we went inside to our surprise there was no one sitting in the restaurant. We went inside and place the order and decided to have it there only. Our Pizza was ready in just 10 minutes and I was very much surprised. I knew that there was no one in the restaurant so it is easy to prepare in short time but 10 minutes! ? . I had ordered for spicy veg pizza medium size. When I received the Pizza it was like totally blank very few topings, very thin crust, me and my friend just looked at each other and both seem to be annoyed. Even I could make a better pizza at home. Coming to the quality and taste of the pizza it was pathetic . The Pizza bread was very hard and seemed to be stale bread. The toppings were only very few and the cheese spread was also not enough. And the pizza was not even hot. Within the first bite I was very much irritated and annoyed by the quality of the pizza . firstly reaching here was so difficult and this is all what we get ! The pizza is not at all value for money the price of the pizza was 340 rupees plus service tax. I suggest even if they offer free pizza to you don't ever take it .my 500 rupees was wasted to buy the coupon and I never went there again. The food presentation was also pathetic the chairs and the tables few of them were broken the table we were sitting was like a dancing table it was not on an even floor. No Chilli flakes and water was provided after asking them twice they gave us. The service is also very bad the staff seems to be unaware how to treat the customers. The Ambience is also ugly it is not at all nice. I will never visit this outlet anytime and now I understand why they were selling coupons door to door.

On smokin joes pizza which is there in vasai branch

The smokin joes is 10 min away from vasai station

The interior is good.but when I order the pizza they just told me that they will serve pizza in 10min till that time me and my friend were gossiping

already 15 min pass away but we didn't received they told the man who make is out he will come in 2min

And after 5 min that man came and he started making pizza

He served us the pizza in 10min after that employ came

The pizza was looking good

But when we had that pizza the crust was very hard and the taste was not good

Was not expecting that the pizza will be so bad

Me and my friend was feeling regret after having the pizza

I would recommend you guys to go in domino's better than having pizza from here

I had bought 500/- coupon voucher from them.So I decided to order my first order.first of all we had to go through map for navigation.the place from outside looks like and ordinary restaurant.As soon as we entered tgere was pin drop silence only one couple was sitting.when we entered they started music.It was a very simple place didnt expect this way.the ambience needs to improve alot.as compared to mumbai outlets needs lots of improvement.The service was quick.but the quality of pizza was not good.the toppings were enough but the pizza base was very hard and rubbery like.we had to literally chew alot ! As compared to other pizza outlets this stands nowhere in competition.We asked for chilli flakes then they picked from itger table and gave us and when others asked they picked from our table and gave them.such a famous outlet and only one chilli flakes bottle.? The quality of sauce was very cheap.the consistency was just like water.Satisfied presentation was there.but not happy with taste and quality as compated to price they provide.

Smokin Joes is one of the pizza restaurants who are competiting with the brands like Domino’s, Pizza Hut etc . The ambience here is superb and even the service they are providing is quite good . There are wide variety of pizza’s available with different taste .

The toppings which they use are superb . The pizza here are too juicy, it is one of the emerging pizza restaurants in the country .

Even the location they chose is challenging one because it is next to the Domino’s, so very tough competition and customers love this as the price can be changed and it can be benifical for the customers . This place is always crowded like Domino’s, people are liking to come here and spend their time .

I recommend all of you to try pizza’s here, it’s really amazing . I would like to rate this pizza restaurant 4 out of 5 . The most amazing day to have pizza here is on Monday and Tuesday because of buy 1 get 1 free scheme which they are providing . The prices are reasonable and it is the perfect place to chill out with friends .

If you are dying and Smokin Joe's Vasai outlet offers you free food - DO NOT ACCEPT IT. Unless you want to die faster. These guys are the worst managed outlet ever. They do not have ketchup let alone tobasco sauce. The moment you enter there's some fishy smell that you get. I had bought a coupon voucher the 500 one which these guys sell door to door.

I felt hepless on my 3rd order from here. Cold Pizza, Rubbery base and toppings that I can count on a hand. I didnt even have to use two hands for this. It's just pathetic. The service is lacklustre. Doesnt not give you a feel of Smokin Joes. It feels as if a bunch of nincompoops come to work for the heck of it. They aren't interested to serve you at all. Final piece of advice - Just 50 metres away from this pathetic place is dominoes. ;)
