We are having a very bad experience with this agency. Their service is highly unprofessional, and they have provided irrelevant and misleading statements. I will be sharing this experience across all social media platforms to warn others. I strongly advise people not to book any trips or travel with this agency.

They should work on the cancellation policy. They simply loot customers token amount if they had to cancel for any reason. Do not trust and pay big token amount.

I would not recommend these fraudsters to anyone.

If you are booking with smart holiday have a look at cancellation policy before paying the amount. Don't listen to what the agency says just have a look the policy. I payed 20k and want to cancel and I lost total amount.

During the time of corona, the agency charged a hefty cancellation fee of 12000.

I have booked my honeymoon package to Bali from SHS. Initially I thought that it can be a risk for me because SHS work from Delhi and I reside in Mumbai. But I would like to tell you that SHS is the best company and they have given me a very reasonable package for honeymoon compared to other companies. From start day to end day everything was very smooth. I really appreciate Hemant for managing everything in a very friendly and in professional manner. Experience was fabulous. Travelled to Bali with Smart Holiday Shop. I was little apprehensive initially when I finalized SHS for my trip arrangements as this was my first time engagement with SHS, but trust me guys, I had the best experience and I am happy that I selected SHS as my trip planner. Price quote was better, package included more activities in lesser price, provided very good hotel & awesome Villa for accommodation, the tourist guide in bali arranged by SHS was very good & helping.

Lastly but most importantly, all the credit goes to Hemant Bhasin to make my trip a memorable one, who from day 1 of the engagement was available at all times and responded to all my calls & watsapp mesages, fair in all transactions & advises. I will plan all my abroad trips through SHS and highly recommend to go with SHS for your trip plans.

Hiii friends, This is Deepak Jangra and I would like to share my personal experience with the Smart Holiday Shop.

This review is regarding as my personal experience with this tour agency.

I used this tour agency when the smart holiday shop draw out a discount tour for goa and they were going goa by bus.

So I had to think goa. I booked a ticket.

The tour will go after 5 days.

So after 5 days I went out for Goa with them.

The bus was luxury in which we went in goa. When we reached goa we stayed in a hotel which they booked.

The hotel was 4 star and had a good service given by them. They maintained the service 24×7 hours.

The staff of this tour agency was superb. They behaved with the passenger very polite.

They had a good knowledge how to talk with customers.

In goa they went us on all tourism place. The tour operator was very helpful. He gave all the information about tourist place.

I enjoyed a lot of much on the tour with smart holiday shop.

I suggest you friends if you want to go on a tour try this tour agency.

All the arrangements was really good, the guide / driver was really nice and he was on time everyday to pick us up for sigh seeing.Thanks for Smart Holiday for reasonable price and good accommodation and guide. Trip was fantastic with all the arrangements in place. Everything was provided as planned and promised with no extra charge for anything inclusive in the package. Driver was polite and helpful. Hemant is approachable at anytime and hence doubts were clarified faster. Hemant made arrangements after mutual agreement and also made changes per our convenience. Overall we enjoyed Bali and have lots of good memories!

Hi Hemant the arrangements were too good, v didn't wait anywhere, right from airport to hotels, n back to rayong, n to bangkong n airport, d programmes.Thanx to u SHS& red apple. Just came back from my 14 days long honeymoon trip( malaysia, singapore, cruise, bali) . and I have no words to describe, it was just an awesome one . My special thanks to Smart Holiday shop and Mr. Hemant for planning everything very precisely . Everything from hotel to city tours to private tranfers were very well organised .

The only Reason for chosing again Smart Holiday will be prices . I think I got more than what I had paid to Mr. Hemant . the Best Part was the Kanishka Villas in Bali . That is just awesome .

So my overall experience was very good and they are the genuine people to plan your trip.

Earlier I was little skeptical about the services from SHS holidays but he has put all my worries into rest by suggesting best options for my stay. I have compared the prices with any other travel service providers and have found him honest in delivering good service with competitive commercials.

Overall I would recommend him and will surely use his services again.

I booked my family trip to Mauritius thru smart holidays, and it was really good. If compare with other popular sites who provide holiday packages their pricing was less. But their package and hotel they provided was looking intrested I checked on tripadvisor so I decided to go with smart holiday. Intially was scared but now I can say that was really a good decision. Everything was upto mark and deliver quality product and hemanth the contact person was very helpful and always available to provide any information we require. So thnks to smart holidays for making my trip so comfortable and nice.

Just one recomendation for future traveller, who planning to go mauritius during your island trip dont book lot of activities as the people who provide those facilities are not ver managed so you spent lot of time in waiting and missed the oportunity to chill and explore a very beautiful island.

The Bali Trip was really good. Thanks to Smart Holiday Shop for making my cousin trip so memorable. I have booked a Bali Trip with Smart Holiday Shop for my Cousin and they made the trip really enjoyable and services are really good. In terms of prices also they are very reasonable and best. I have compared the prices with around 4 or 5 agents but there prices was really good so much of inclusions & freebies in that.

We tried booking a holiday with this particular agency. After we had shifted to Tilak Nagar and wanted to try a new vendor. So we thought this might be a great option.

I wouldn't term this as a bad bargain or an agency with the worst services, but this is not a winning situation either. It can offer exactly the same price as any other agency can. There is no unique selling point about this travel agency.

I would say here- if I am already paying the commission, why bother coming down to your store; when I can book tickets online? Besides, online booking sites are more reliable and quick to respond.

So- no thanks, for now.
