When I booked vehicle they promised for good driver and good condition vehicle. When I actually traveled, AC not working, Driver very irresponsible, not listening to us at all. seats condition were pathetic. they spoiled out complete 3 days tour and finally during the tour vehicle broke down in middle of journey so could not cover the places we want to go and finally we had to hire a new vehicle to come back home. Overall experience was really bad.Not recommend this to anybody.One more thing never pay full amount until you finish the tour, This guys will keep on asking for money for different reason. but never pay them in full.

Take sls car service for my toure to kodai and coonoor

Mr. Pradip pick us from the bangalore air port

He is spot on time

He knows his duty, knows every thing, help us to plan accordingly

He is always on his toes to serve us. His judgement on timing is spot on. Car given to us was in great condition.

We enjoy the hospitality given to us by mr. Pradip and the company

Don’t prefer this travel agency, they are cheater. I hired a AC tempo traveller for Mysore, Ooty& drop at Tirupati for 4 days.

Worst experience with driver& travel agency, AC is not properly working.

Road tax is not paid for same tempo traveller due to this driver wasted our 3 hours at Andrapradesh border check post.

They are very irresponsible they denied for giving support even I have tried Mobile Number for 10 times, after dropping message. After receiving call he is asking for money rather arranging another bus. Very pathetic.

Hi SLS Team and all aspiring travellers who should not approach sls travelers,

Our group( 17 members) have been to bangalore, bandipur, mysore trip and unfortunately we ve approached sls tourists for the 20 seater bus requirement.

Bus number: KA 01 8980

Driver: Naveen( 09741068655)

Service of MD Madhu initially was ok, he has given me the details of the bus driver, good condition bus before we started journey a day before.

Unfortunately, the entire group had a terrible experience because of this PATHETIC, RUDE, ARROGANT, MINDLESS DRIVER - NAVEEEN.

This guy took 3 hours from Bangalore to reach 78 kms( on the way to mysore)

He did not had sleep properly, and it was evident due to the sudden brakes he had been applying for more than 3 times. It was clear that he did not have enough sleep the previous night.

When we went to see him, his eyes was completely red and it was evident that he didnt had good sleep. When asked he was denying that and saying to go take a seat and he was perfectly alright.

This guy was not at all professional, did not have any courtesy to the bus members. He was rude and was not taking our calls/ listening yo various requests.

We had no other alternative since we already started our trip and went to bandipur.

He was not even listening to the Travels owner MADHU, infact he was saying that us to call owner and he cares a least.

While going back from Mysore to Bangalore( our flight was at 8 15 PM)

we started at 1 30 PM from Mysore and we were stuck at Bangalore ORR due to heavy traffic at few places( at 6 30 PM). When asked he was trying to make us panic saying it would take another 3 hours to reach bangalore airport(which means we would easily miss flight which costs time and money for entire group)

He then stopped at once place on road for 5 mins WITHOUT INFORMING ANY OF US just to talk to his fellow bus driver. And here he started playing around with the group and also saying he would'nt continue further if we ask him questions.

MD MADHU was not answering our calls( made 7 calls and no answers). This arrogant creature(Naveen) stopped the bus 5 kms before airport and was asking to settle amount and we had just 20 mins left for flight to catch.

He even infact was abusing our fellow group members when asked about his antics and was trying to be physical too.

MD MADHU was not at all responsive over calls and had any courtesy to listen to our complaints or harrasmment this driver has shown. He just messaged that some action will be taken, thats it. We demand strict action against this Driver Naveen.

WILL NEVER EVER EVER APPROACH SLS TRAVELS and WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS TRAVELS TO ANYONE.

We have booked Tempo Traveller for 9 days during April 2018 from SLS Tourist. The vehicle sent at the airport for pickup was in pathetic condition. AC not working. Broken Seats. Worst Driver. Continuously speaking on mobile. After we informed the agency, they changed the vehicle after wasting our 2 hours. Even the other vehicle provided was not in a very good condition, and the driver was also very rough in speaking. He was also continuously speaking on mobile while driving. Was least interested in showing any locations. My Advice - Never book through SLS Tourist.

Booked 4 tickets to and fro kerala. on the day we were traveling to kerala, we were made to wait at the travels for 2hrs and then were told that there was no bus. we had to board the bus from hosur. We were made to stand in that chilling cold at 00:45 outside near petrol bunk.

The bus we were given had no water and blanket. it was a horrible journey with family and kids. bus engine burst. acid splashed on drivers face. on the next day, we had our return journey. on the way bus broke down near salem early morning and we were asked to board another bus which was already full.

When i spoke to the MD Madhu, he promised that he will refund the money. but now he doesnt answer the phone nor reply to the emails.

never go by this bus.

SLS Tourist is just plain cheating...
