The behaviour of local cable operator is extremely rude which definitely causes a barrier for further communication for any problem.

Hii guys dis is satykesh singh n m very said to say you if any one think about to take SITI brodband then plz forget it guys cze m take dis service n there is only 5 days to take there connection n I would like to inform u guys in between 5 days three days to down siti internet n siti router blink red light for LOSS connectivity.so plz dont take SITI BRODBAND connection.if anyone want to confirm than call me 8527947581.

Don't use siti cable it's totally fake , bad service , bad people , they only manipulate..pls don't use siti cable, use dish TV, Airtel and other .

Hi Guys, Siti cable is really the worst cable ever for the below reasons,

1. Picture quality is horrible.

   
   




2. Frequent Signal issues and when you complain, they say it will be resolved in 24 hrs but I don't think they know what is 24 hrs. It takes minimum 3 days for them to resolve anything.

   
   




3. Call center Staff: Worst attitude while talking to their customers. They keep you on Mute without asking your permission. ON top of that, they don't even listen to your issue fully and they keep repeating their script again and again instead of actually helping resolve. Unprofessional fools.

   
   




4. Internet Website: My god! This is the worst. I've seen few Govt. Websites which are better than this. I tried to register and it does not allow only. Keeps giving some crappy error.

   
   




5. Adding/removing channels from your package: User cannot login into the website due to their crappy service. Use cannot call the call center and ask them to remove certain unwanted channels from their list. What the hell is customer suppose to do.

   
   

This is their strategy to irritate customer so that they give up on the task of Removing channels and continue to pay them money for their Shitty services and low quality channels.

I think there are better options in market like TATA SKY, DISH TV. May be they are better and if not, then take a nice broad band connection and view the required channels online.

Very bad service and signal... they take the full month recharge amount but provide very poor service... the local operators are also very rude and do not care to support... shameless people..

These guys have worst service

I mailed them with below details:

I did a complaint regarding Star sports 1 channel not available. For past 3 days, I called your team for about 6 to 7 times and every time they said it will not take more than 1 hour But it still not available. So now I want my money back for that channel which is 22 rs including taxes and I don't want that channel anymore.

But I got no call not they are giving back my money and not providing me the channel. After 6 days I have to leave this money and channel

I connect this cable company e setup box in 2018 with my home there was no problem for sometimes after taking connection but after more of this cable has started to get very heavy. iOS 10 contact the local cable operator of this company in my area and call them my problem. They come to me a few times to solve my problem. But my problem was not solved, I went again to to the cable operator of this company but they did not solve my problem the set of box of by this company also gets damaged but the company has not changed me.

Being a subscriber of this channel We find the following dissatisfaction: Bad picture and sound quality of some channels. Why Rebulic TV when open the TV ? Then there is naptol advertisement . Frequently changing channel no to search our subscribed channel.It is totally boring and time consuming.

This is one of the useless cable network. While taking connection they say we have to use only their set up box. But they do not take any responsibility for their set up boxes. Their boxes just burn like anything and they simply say buy another box and they are not responsible for it. Don't take this connection at all. They give very irresponsible answers when we call them.

All the employees here in my society are very rude especially Shweta who is owner of RK cables. She is literally a typical sycho lady who doesn't even know how to talk. Can you believe she told me - Tum Meri ma nahi ho..mujhe mat sikhao..All this I heard when I told her that her instructions did not work. How cheap lady she is. I wish God give her some sense

They charge you maximum but cable doesn’t come for 10 days in 30 days. You keep calling them and they don’t pick phone. They install some random box and take 2000 rs for it. But tv still doesn’t work. People at customer care are too rude. Don’t get this installed ever! Better watch a blank tv

Never ever sign up with Siti Cable on GC Avenue as they are extremely unreliable and untrustworthy in their commitments, customer service assurances and above all their new product/ service installations are never done on time or properly. Spoke to Owner who assured everything will be taken care promptly , followed up over 3-4 days to be informed that new STB has been procured and will be installed by deadline, technicians visit home and say they will be back shortly to install and then finally no sign or update from anyone despite follow ups, calls, messages and worse it was for a new business !

HELLO FRNDS.! I AM SANJEEV KUMAR FROM PATNA , BIHAR.

In patna you can see lots of cable are spread as wires. I setup my cable for rs.1500 . They sure me that we can see full hd pic.and also promise me to providing best services than others.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION CHARGE: -

They charged me per month 250bucks. They told me to provide 1k channel but when they setup cable showing only 450 channels only . Most of channels are skipped like dfter 1 you can got 5 like it.

PICTURE QUALITY.!

If you are talking about its pic.quality then I would like to say that its pic. Quality like 2g net . I mean like your watching videos with 2g internet. Rough quality and some time cuts maximum channels for half hours.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH IT.!

I paid monthly charge but at the last ending days of month a sentence will displayed.

I told about it but they have nothing to do. In future I will cut my connection due to their poor service and bad quality. Lots of cable have cut by people due to facing problem based on its quality.i will definetly cut and setup others users cablle like DARSH.
