Sighri Restaurant, Janakpuri, Delhi NCR

I had ordered Veg Manchurian and Tandoori Roti ftom Sighri restaurant when there was Surya Grahan. The taste was nice as per rate but it was late delivery service but overall once a try at sighri restaurant. Delivery boy was very polite. There are so many north Indian cuisine you should try without your pocket burden.

I HaD Tried SIGHRI RESTAURANT For The SeconD Time, As I Had Ordered The Food Through Sighri Resturant One Time Before Also But At That Time I Visited At SIGHRI RESTAURANT With My Family, But This Time I Decided To Order FooD Through Home Delivery.

~ The SIGHRI ResturanT Is Very SMALL But GooD In Ambience, It Has Sitting Arrangement Outside For The CustomeRS, It Has a RANGE OF FOOD CATEGORIES LIKE NORTH INDIAN, MUGHLAI, CHINESE, PUNJABI. After My First Visit I Prefer For Home Delivery As There Is Not Enough Seating ArrangemenT TheRe.

~ I Recently OrdereD FOOD LIKE COMBO OF FRIED RICE AND MANCHURUAN, PANEER TIKKA, FRIED MOMOS AND TANDOORI MOMOS. They Had Given Me MAXIMUM 1 HOUR Estimated Time Of DeliveRy, The Courier Boy Has Arrived At My Home In 1HOUR 15 MINUTES, I Paid Her RS 710

~ The FooD Looks GooDs In PresentatioN, Also The Taste Of Every Single Item Is Delicious And Tasty, Specially PANEER TIKKA AND TANDOORI MOMOS.

I Will Recommend It To Everyone As The Ambience Of SIGHRI Is GooD, FooD Is Tasty And Delicious.Though The Price Is Bit High But Still Its Nothing, WheN Your TrieD It.

Sighri at Janakpuri is a well-connected eatery with a variety of veg and non-veg items. It boasts some of the best Chicken Tandoori Momos in the entire city. I have been to the restaurant a few times. The sitting space here is extremely limited, so you cannot spend much time here. Fed up with this, I tried their home delivery service last time and boy wasn't I completely miffed up by that!

First of all, it took a lot of time for my order to get placed on call. I was at my friend's house, which is just 10 minutes away from the restaurant. The order took more than one hour to get delivered, which was just horrible.

Coming to the food, it felt warm and we decided to have a go at that. The Tandoori Momos were perfect and succulent. One of my friends had Butter Chicken and told us that it was way too sweet. He had to abandon eating that dish. The taste of the dishes varied from the last time when we visited it. The Tandoori Rotis were not properly cooked. They tasted half-baked and dry at times. Even the Tandoori Mushrooms were below expectations. Some of them were not aptly cooked either. The gravy in the Kadhai Paneer too should have been better.

Overall, I would advise you to eat at the place itself instead of ordering from here. Their home-delivery is worse and the quality of the food in the home-deliveries too is not the best.

I heard from my friends that this restaurant is serving amazing tandoori momos with some special sauces to compliment the taste. I ordered some starters and curries as there is a family gathering in the house. After that on all occasions I started order from sighri. Tawa chicken was a bit more spicy than I am used but but it was delicious.

Afgani chicken is their speciality, the best ever afgani chicken I ever had. Staff is good and help thrir customer in deciding menu and explain the dish in breif, music is soft and nice. Food is served very fast. The naans was very soft and food is packed well to avoid any leakage.  Reservation is not necessary, outlet serve the customer as first come first serve basis, one have to wait for the table to be free. Overall it is a good place to hang around.
