energy consumption is 0.98 kwh and water consumption is 55 L. it is have a more key features. full electronic control dial for wash programmes. temprature is special programmes it is have a 24 houres time delay and reload functions .

My friend recently purchased siemens automatic massing machine . in banglore from sargam electronics, they have charged 18000 rs from him and make a home delivery . after 20 days of working the machines shows sin of glitches

some of its touch buttons become malfunction and started creating problem after that draining system hangs, he call me because I have given the suggestion to buy this brand . we gone to dealer and share our problem the dealer said that . he has no role in it . you can call the service center. he gave us the no next day we call them and they register your call and given us no . they said the will be at your home in 12 hrs . but what they have done is their representative came at home after 36 hrs and said that the have 3rd party service provider in bangalore

and remove the glithies

so guys be beware of the 3rd party service centres of big brands

We recently bought Siemens washing machine for a dealer. The dealer staff(Vijay Sales, Pune) was well versed in the product details.

However, the bad experiences started only after buying the machine.

1st Bad Experience - The installation team promised they will customize the inlet pipe as per our requirement. But later refused to help. Due to this, I had to hire an outside plumber which cost me money, time and effort(and some civil breakage). It took about a month for them to give the demo post installation. The installation staff(Mr. Sushil More) was very rude and unprofessional, went to the extent of saying, "Jisko complain karna hai karo, koi farak nahi padta". Wow! didn't seem like I am dealing with one of the world-class brand, Siemens!

We started using the machine, and it was working absolutely fine. But then again it was short-lived satisfaction.

2nd Bad Experience - 3 weeks ago, the drain stopped working, the water was not willing to drain at the expected speed. just drain drop by drop. We raised a Service Request, the field engineer(Mr. Anand) called after 4 days, and asked for a visit with a condition that I should be available at the site in 30 mins otherwise the visit will be postponed as per their availability. Well, he didn't come but sent some junior engineer.(Mr. Govind) who without diagnosis said that the filter is spoiled and needs to be replaced, for which I have to pay money as it's not covered under the warranty. And promised he will get back to me asap.

Since then I am chasing Mr. Anand but he hasn't responded, though once he did saying the part is not available and he is not sure when it will arrive.

I have been repeatedly calling the call center, every time a new voice with a new commitment but no resolution.

I have a question, if you don't have the caliber and well equipped after sales service then why such big claims, that you are the world-class brand.

Is anybody listening?

My advice to buyers has checked whether the company has robust after sales service and whether they live by the commitments which they make before sale.

Product may be good but service is what matters.

Its have more key features. Fully electronic control dial for wash programmes, temperature and special programmes. Its have 24 hours time delay and reload function. Its a aquatronic wash system.

And the another features are load sensing, unbalanced load detection, foam detection system, child lock, Multiple water protection, Noise insulation, bottom cover, end of cycle buzzer.

Wash optimiztions are Drain, Extra rinse, mixture, single rinse, single spin, speedperfect, spin speed reduction, sports, start/pause, super 15 min/ super 30 min, and Time delay.

Its have 170 cm length of electrical supply cord. So it can be fixed in reliable place.

Its one of the most useful Fully automatic washing machine.

Siemens washing machine customer service is the worst. Their franchise in Chennai is worthless. Each one comes and tells different issues, it’s been 4 months and I have spent 12k and not a single kerchief is washed with it since 4 months. Feeling helpless that such a company like Siemens has no escalation touchpoints for customers!

Hi Readers, The product can not withstand voltage fluctuation as per their service engineer.

I have bought the machine in 2014. just after three years the Power is gone faulty.

The engineer said this is due to voltage fluctuation. where all the appliances at home are fine so this means the Product doesn't have internal voltage stabilizer. and the cost of the Power supply is INR. 7000.

So if you are planing to buy Siemens product make sure you buy external Stabilizer.

I will not recommend Siemens as you pay premium price and then pay high cost of repairs. The service Engg. Visit cost is 800 Rs.

I had logged the fault and it took 10 days for the engineer to visit and check the fault.

Its the most unworthy product I have ever seen. The aftersale services of the company is very poor. In addition they are not accepting the failure/fault of their machine, instead starts blaiming electrical safety devices you have placed like ELCB. Asks you to byepass safety of your family members to run their equipment and forces you to do so instead of taking the repair/fault finding on the hand. They think that they make so perfect machines which can never fail but finally it fails to satisfy the basic household need of the product. In addition it costs around 35000/ INR. Thrice the value of another washing machines.

Siemens WR-21 Dryer is one of the most disappointing product I have ever used. This product doesn't stand on its customers expectations just because of its lots of missing functions and features which could disappoint its users without any doubt.

The reliability and durability of this product is not so good as compared to others products which are available at the same price level in the market.

I will never suggest any one to buy this product as it doesn't provide all those functions which this product say about.

Its service is too weak and support facilities are disgusting.

Not at all satisfied with product, Have made life biggest mistake buying Siemens home appliance, other versatile companies are best. WM body started getting eroded soon after year, no service, fault on customer. Machine is making noise which is intolerable. Bottom of maching is rusted and totally damaged.

My washing machine is not stable at one place and make so nice that neighbours get updated. Have used old front load for 10 year before buying this machine, no problem, body was intact. But this is shocking. It's just waste of money. No satisfaction and No Value for Money. My neighbours are facing same problem. Please please think thousand time, take review and check before buying Siemens washing machine.

(Hi)story of my Siemens washing machine.Bought in 2013 for 40k INR which is at least 30% more than any other brands(price I assume we pay for German engineering!). This machine broke down within 4 years and had the pleasure of interacting with Siemens and Bosch service team. Service engineer visited and gave a list of parts to be replaced and promised would be back in a week.

Week turned to more than a month and after multiple follow ups, unanswered calls, escalations, false promises we did have the privilege of an engineer visit. But more surprises awaited, as he believes the issue is something other than originally diagnosed and more parts are needed and overall would cost about 30k+ INR! His answer to why such a short life is  "Madam, these machines are not suited for our water and they have lot of such issues".

In short Siemens machines are expensive, short lifespan and coupled with an unresponsive and incompetent service network isn't advisable at least in India.

This washing machine has come with good style & design but service & support was very very bad of this Siemens's washing machine and also no value for money product.

The coordinate measuring machines are very costly.

The CMMs are less portable.

If the operating software cracks down it is difficult to restart the entire system.

It needs to construct some feature on its own as some parts of the workpiece are unreachable by the problem.

This washing machine is outstanding in its choice of wash programes, user friendly controls and general ease of use. But you have to cautious like this machine requires good water pressure. Excellent washing results and drying performance.

It has autostain removal system too. It is fully automatic front load washing machine with 2 years comprehensive warranty. I like its multipal washing options. If you have any problem you can directly call on toll free number and they will assist you within 48 hrs. Go for it.  Totally worth it.

Raised a service request on 30 March 2017(# 0476790771) through Siemens centralized service center and they assured that somebody will call within 48 hours, but didn't get any response.

Again called the service center on 01 April 2017 and got the same assurance. I never thought that it is April 1st. So again I called the service center on 04 April, 2017 and they said that, it will be addressed within 24 hours. Also, they gave local telephone number.

Called the local number and got assurance that they are sending a technician immediately, but nobody turned up.

On 05 April 2017 I called them again and they assured a call back within 10 minutes. This time I got a call back from the local service center and told that they couldn't get in touch with the service person. So, cannot assure when the service can be done.

Great service and superb assurance from a great company.

I am living in a metro city and what the customers in village and smaller cities can expect?

I am having another Siemen's Washing Machine in my home in a village. No I am praying the lord almighty to keep the washing machine safe!

My washing machine stopped working in October 2016. Immediately I registered a complaint(Job# 0473484662). As of now the issue has not been fixed.

Service technicians visited from Gaggenau Service Team. They said lock has to be replaced. Another person visited after a month to replace the lock. When that did not solve the issue. He said motherboard needs to be changed. Three months has passed. Whenever we follow-up, they say that the part has not yet arrived.

Feeling totally frustrated as I do not see any hope of it working soon.

Siemens WM-2020 washing machine is ease of use without any training or knowledge. This washing machine is already give introduction book in the box.

I bought this washing machine in last year and working is very nice in initial days but its working is not proper work at this time. This washing machine is not clean any cloths and also not dry cloths.

This washing machine is very comfortable ease of cleaning but its part is not comfortable to open for service. This washing machine is very heavy but its design and looking is very nice and good color combination.

This washing machine service is not good, if any part of the washing machine is not work then company is not exchange part. This company do not give home service. This washing machine's warranty is very limited and its spare part is very costly in market.
