I have whole range of kitchen products from siemens , they are good till the time, they work, once its stop, backup service is pathetic , technicians will never come in time, neither they take your calls, recently i complent about dryer, technician order the part , it took 3 months, without any estimate, when part came , he came while i was not in the house , by call , I told him before fixing late me know the, amount, He never did that, He fixed the part and sent me bill of 5000, and first technician had told 1800 , he was also sent by simens , when .i spoke to manager, mr Ritesh sharma , from qdidgi service limited pune airport road, instated of appoligitic he was rude, I was force to pay , first person sent by simen was saying two parts to change, it will be 1800 , new person never gave estimate till the time he fixed the part, how can you do that, i have everything on record, a year ago also , same thing happened , I had complaint , nothing have happened , till the appliance we have to cope with this nuisance. Or be the victim.( ,

The Worst Ever Experience of after sales service from Siemens in comparison to all the brands. Its has been over 8 days precisely, 4 calls to customer care on different days and not a single call from service centre received. I was given the contact of Mr Ankit Vohra, the Area Service Manager whom I called on many occasions. He didn’t take calls, nor calls back. Left him detailed message on WhatsApp and he kept it unread for days. Now I am calling General technicians to address my problem. SO THE CRUX OF THIS REVIEW IS THAT DO NOT EXPECT ANY AFTER SALES ASSISTANCE IN CASE YOUR APPLIANCE NEEDS SERVICE.

The services was very poor. No solution even after 14 days of service request. The customer support team keep saying it will be resolved soon but no luck till 14 days also. We had thrown it and took LG washing machine

I am very much happy with this product. using this for last 21 years and only the door rubber sealing changed once. ene though the front panel started rusting, the machine is working perfectly.

I am writing this review with a heavy heart after encountering significant issues with my Siemens washing machine. Despite regular maintenance, the machine started producing excessive noise and vibrations within just four years of purchase.

Upon consulting a Siemens service engineer, I was advised to replace the drum, which comes with a hefty price tag amounting to 40% of the original machine cost. This unexpected expense is particularly disheartening, especially considering that we have not fully utilized the machine's capacity.

Despite our commitment to proper care, the premature failure of a crucial component raises concerns about the overall durability and quality of Siemens appliances. I expected better longevity and performance from a brand like Siemens.

I urge potential buyers to thoroughly research and consider the long-term reliability of Siemens washing machines before making a purchase. Customer satisfaction should be a top priority, and unfortunately, my experience has fallen short of that expectation

We have had our 2nd washing machine front load from Seimens ! this one is 3 years old ! started making a loud sound in tge middle of the wash cycle ! called the service team ! made 5 complaints ! post this technician visited without parts ! still waiting ! Company sells machines but cannot support with parts ! what are we supposed to do with 2 weeks load of clothes ?!

We bought siemens machine top model of 65000 inr. The company offered only 2 years of warranty also did not register our contact info for warranty claim after billing. Moreover after 2 years the motherboard is dead, lock system ain't working n they r charging 10, 000 rs to change it plus saying that this will give warranty of only one month again if it's dead the machine is of no use. Never buy this brand. REGRETTING TO WASTE MY MONEY ON THIS.

Worst possible service. Paid 7300rs repair. The bill they gave only for Rs 5950. Yet haven't received any response on call or mail. Do not recommend Siemens washing machine to anyone.

I bought my seimens drier which started having issues 3 months to the 2year warranty expiration. The technician repaired it three times. But it never performed as when it was new. Since then(the machine is about 4hrs old) it as been nothing but a headache. It does not dry clothes, the water leaks the lint goes everywhere but in the lint box. Right now I am sitting with a useless box. For the price Siemens charges for this product I would tell anyone thinking of buying it to stay clear off. YOU ARE BETTER OFF SPENDING YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!.

Had an issue with the washing machine, called the Siemens technician, he put a damaged drum charged me 14, 000 and left. After making multiple calls to the technician and the customer care. Siemens completely denied that they sent a technician. Have the bill and call records but they conveniently denied that the technician is theirs! Horrible service. Would not recommend anybody to but Siemens products

I bought machine 3 years back and when called to fix up the non operating machine firstly they have outsourced to some probder , lands up a technician n takes 650/- bucks for visit wants to carry motherboard and when we check on service centre toll free number they suggest some other person and then the struggle begins . No engineer able to find the issue and it’s a month we are struggling . Worst possible device, never buy it as it will be expensive buy n no reliable services

I had bought front loading Siemens fully automatic machine 3 years back..almost a monthbackthe machine suddenly stopped and since then I am continuously calling their service centre … but the services are really pathetic… after a week a technician came and told me that a particular part had to be replaced… he told me it wil take a week atleast… he got the part but it was a used part and naturally it didn’t work … he hadn’t reported about the part so it was not ordered claimed by authorities… I have spoken thrice to branch head of the area Mr.Achit Suryavanshi and he said he’ll follow up and get back to me … but he never did … whenever I call him he says 3/4 more days but nothing happens ..have spoken to his Bosses too but till date I am waiting for a definite reply from them … I hv used IFB machine for 12 years and Samsung for another 10 years … but never such a callous attitude I have faced … I will advice my friends not to buy Siemens products … an aggrieved customer still waiting for machine to get serviced for past one month … Hope my message is read by seniors of Siemens in India and they look into this matter asap

On a 4 year old front loading machine i have had to replace the motherboard twice in 2 years. The 1 st time they said voltage flictuation and charged me a new boar and this time i had a stabilizer still they are giving same reasons.

We purchased Siemens iQ300 Front Loading Automatic Washing Machine a few years before.After two years and two months, water leakage resulted when washing machine was switched on for the purpose of washing.I called the service engineer who informed the cost of replacement and material amounting to Rs.15, 000/-.Its drum got cut resulting in its replacement with the front loader of washing machine.It was really humiliating as the Siemens iQ300 Automatic Washing Machine was used by us only twice a week.It was a manufacturing defect and I will recommend my friends to avoid any purchase from Siemens as their service centre is useless.

Our Siemens Front Load washing machine is being scrapped now. After about 7 years of purchasing.

Reasons? MANY.

1. Every visit costs us 800/- non refundable. We have already spent more than 15, 000/- for routine service till now.

   
   




2. After visit smallest expense is 2000/- even for filter clean.

   
   




3. We spend 2400/- every year to “descale” the machine.

   
   




4. The bottom of machine Body has totally corroded.

   
   




5. The inside of machine is also corroded.

   
   




6. Clothes get stained within washing cycle with permanent rust marks.

   
   




7. Service staff insists an expense of 14, 000/- to rectify, which is having limited warranty by them.

   
   




8. The motor may have to be replaced as per service staff.

   
   




9. We have always used best washing detergent, comfort care clothes softener, descale machine every 3-4 months, Still these problems.

   
   

So. IF you want to use Siemens Top model washing machine, be prepared to spend at an average of at least 5000/- per year for SERVICE. And WRITE OFF 8000/- to 10, 000/- every year ( as you will have to scrap the machine after 7-8 yrs max)

Mind you, we are a 2 person family, 60 yrs old, careful of equipment operation, living in upscale apartment.

This is our frank opinion. After being totally disillusioned and lured into buying worlds supposedly best brand & machine !!!

I purchase the washing machine in 2014 with in few months it machine was replaced because it has technical snag.(the reason give it is machine and can have problem any time. So it is technical problem.). No professional service like whirlpool , Samsung and LG. Some local person come for service no proper guidance or suggestions. I have paid 38k in 2014 used for 3 years machine body is rusted and It's lying unused and packed. The seimens instead of satisfying customer it is asking handsome amount for body replacement.

The have no value for customer and customer money. They are here in India to earn money like Britishers.

It's mere shame. I have done biggest blunder believing in friends word and purchasing it. Seimens It shameful to have your product. The company management is just not bothered. They are mere sales man and want to make money. It's shameful and pathetic.

I had purchased SIEMENS Front-loading washing machine in February 2016 which was quite expensive. On 14th May 2019, when washing operation was going on, it suddenly stopped working. Burning smell was coming and little amount of smoke was also coming out. When I called Siemens authorized service person(who took Rs. 800 as visit fee) to check the problem, he said that the drum is out of order. He also said that the problem can be solved only by implanting a new drum at the cost of Rs. 9035/-. It's a big amount just within 3 years after the purchase. IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE AS THE MACHINE HAS GONE OUT OF ORDER JUST 3 YEARS AFTER THE PURCHASE. I have taken Bajaj allianz extended warranty of 2 years, but this company has bluntly refused to offer any financial help. I HAD BOUGHT SIEMENSS WASHING MACHINE CONSIDERING ITS HIGH REPUTATION, BUT MY MACHINE HAS RECEIVED A MAJOR TECHNICAL PROBLEM JUST WITHIN 3 YEARS. THIS IS NOT FARE. FRONT LOADING WASHING MACHINE:MODEL 48426. So never buy Siemens expensive washing machines. Also never take extended warranty from Bajaj allianz as at the time of buying this warranty they never explain the details and intricacies of policy and when your claim is of high amount they simply refuse and tell this part doesn't cover under extended warranty.
