My experience with the reception and the Insurance Admin is the worst, even if the insurance is approved, they are forcing us to pay extra 20000 Rs more with out any bills and they haven't reimbursed the amount at the time of discharge . The reception people are acting as if they are goondas(I remember one of the person name is Basha). The hospital is not clean enough. wont be recommend this hospital to any one

Worst   insurance  Admin in this Hospital & his not respond any support. I have experience insurance policy issue. in this hospital team provided dummy bills. not included any reason so not validate.i lost money money.

Finally insurgence admin not taking any signature for final insurgence approve & after.i consulted to admin his told just send me email.

But After I sending email not getting any response. Again I consulted But his answer my mind blowing.  He is irritating for consulting for my money . His just saying consult to insurance bank. How to consult? Bill are dummy .    I don't go to next time  this hospital & I don't refer any one.
