Shree Siddhivinayak Refreshments is a restaurant located just next to the famous Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai.
It has undergone renovation about 2-3 years back and its a much improved restaurant than it was before.
Whenever, I visit the Siddhivinayak Temple with my family, I mostly go to the restaurant after Darshan.
The ambience of this restaurant is just really awesome with the interiors having pictures of Lord Ganesha.
I have had mostly snacks here like the Idli Wada, Punjabi Samosa and I must say their quality of food is reasonably good and that to at an affordable cost. An Idli Wada plate which includes 3 pieces of either Idli and Wada would cost you around Rs. 55/-.
They also have fasting snacks(mostly on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Ekadashi Days) like Sabudana Wada, Potato Toast, Potato Chips and many other.
Whats more, in the morning you would get the tasty Upma Seera, and the Usal and Misal pav.
They also have the Maharashtrian favourite Puran Poli and the famous Ukadi Modak(which consists of an outer covering of steamed rice and the inner filling with grated coconut and jaggery.
The service of the hotel is really fast and the waiters are down to earth.
The only problem that I would face is of Parking as you cannot take you car inside the premises and parking could be a problem here.
Timings: 7.30 am to 10.30 pm.
