I had to send kurtis in India so we decided to buy it from some ecommerce site so that it could be delivered to our native place. We have searched the google and found lots of results but considering the reputation and name of times group we have decided to go to indiatimes.com

We bought raakhis on 19th august and made the payment using my BOB Net banking account which I believe is instant payment method. after a long wait when we have checked the status we found that the item was shipped on 24st August and then it could not be reached after one day of kurtis. The worst thing is we are given an AWB number to track the item from AIRMEX Courier.

given AWB Item was absolutely wrong as AIRMEX told us that it could not be more than 9 digit code. We called AIRMEX Delhi, AIRMEX Mumbai and even after putting all the effort we dont know the status of the kurtis. We have made a complain / query regarding this and got the response exactly after 48 hours saying that due to large volume of orders and query they are not able to update everything instantly.

I am a regular user of amazon, pixmania and lots of different website in the UK and never faced such problem. They are very quick for status update and I have faced similar problem with parcer force worldwide. They failed to delivery my packet in 5 days time and they paid full amount as refund which we can not expect at least from indiatimes.

I would highly recommend NOT TO USE THIS PATHETIC ECOMMERCE SITE. if you want to safeguard the time and proper customer support services.

I am taking about online shopping website shopping.Indiatimes.com, I am using this app. this website give many product. I have already purchased many things. I always shop on shopping Indiatimes.com this is not best site for shopping. Features of this site is really very bad. The product quality of this is really bad. Costumer service of this site is very bad. They takes delivery time minimum three days to maximum one week. Reliability of product is not good. This is the bad website in India. I am really unsatisfied to this website. I wish you never use this website.

guys me and my friend ordered a gift for his mom 25 th birthday at discounted rates from debit card.

so they tolf that this will take 6-7 workinh days and after that.we found that we are getting that mobile phone more cheaper.so we decided to cancel the order.

So guys here the real scam.when we cancelled we should get money back through bank.but we didnt got.

we contacted customer care alot means alot but no reply worst customer care. they reply we cant retutn I said why man if I have cancelled itmust return.

I’m sharing my personal experience about shopping.India times.com website the issue which I faiced.It is very established website as per the market demand and I never believed somehow the website are fooling their customer all over the world.

More than a month ago I saw them in social media there are few good collection with very reasonable prices, I liked very much and I immediately took decision to order.I choose one of the winter jacket order number 327 1035, and the Internet delivery charge Rs.99 in cash on delivery so I paid through online transaction.

On the same day evening my mind was changed and I saw some customer review about the same jacket cloth quality is not good so I decided to cancel the order and get The money. Immediately called the customer care for the cancellation process on the help me on that. I was waiting next four days to get the money but there was no update can I call customer care they said wait for next 72 hours it will be credited on the same account from where I paid.

It was very bad experience and I disappointed with There delay process finally on the fifth day I called customer care and I almost blast them like anything then that took on serious and raisin complain about the delay process and also given me the incident number. The told me they already send the cancellation to the back and team now it’s Rasam selective to transfer the money to my bank account from their back and team. I asked him to transfer the call to them but they replied is not possible then only can request them to process soon.

The product what that but ice on the social media or available on their website that took very good way for me using good graphics to attract the customer to sell the product but many cases I heard from my friends the quality of the product is not that good. Guys do not believe or buy from India times.com better I will suggest go for go to website like Flipkart, Paytm, Amazon, Myntra.

They don’t have the bandit quality of product all our Chinese and foreign brand it will look very good but can be usable for long lime.And also that what is meant picture and really to deliver the product completely will be there in a difference believe me.

And I have some problem so I canced my oder to get my money .But after canceling my order is not refunded my money .After 3days I contacts it customere care services they say it is impossible you can't get your refund money if you ordered.they says sorry to me.

So I soaked at a time then I decided to change the talking topics about refund money and then I have to change my plaine agains.I say I want reoder but not pay for that . Then they say sorry sir without payment you can't oder any thing you have to pay again for its and say .

we given you better quality products you no need too cancel I said sorry once more never.

Dear friends

Let me share my personal shopping experience from indiatimes shopping. This is neither too bad nor too good. I bought only few things from it, I actually got the stuff in some time but not very satisfactory. Long back I placed the order for shoes I did not get my ordered pair of shoes but got some more expensive pair of shoes.

Conclusion: not trust worty site. Anything can happen.

Friends, before you proceed reading this review, let me tell you that indiatimes shopping is one of the worst online shopping portal.

Just when I was surfing indiatimes.com I found their shopping ads regarding combo offers on jeans and shirts. I jumped to their shopping site in excitement and surfed there for almost 4 hours. They had very good combo plans with very attractive price ranges. I was in heaven at that moment. I calculated the price of indivudual items from the combo packs. Oh dear, they were so cheap. I ordered combo of six jeans and combo of five shirts on one go. I carefully selected my size and color, because I did not want to put my self in some trouble. I ordered and paid Rs 3600. I was waiting for the items. And that day came. When I got the parcels I was full of excitement and in my mind I figured out how I will use them, what color combination will suit me. I opened one of the parcel. Oh that contained jeans. I took one of them and tried, that was nice. Size was perfect, I got the send one, that was also nice. I thanked indiatimes for giving me this happy moment. I got the third one and I tried, hey my waist size is not that much, whom I will put with me in that pant. Some how I colled my mind and I thought that can be adjusted from any tailor. That is not a big issue. I remebered the dialouge from DDLD " Bade bade saheron mein aisi chhhoti chhoti baatein hoti rehti hai senorita. I got the fourth one out, this time indiatimes was really kidding with me. When I tried to put on the pant, I could not move that up after knee, It was a kids pant. The fifth one was also the same. The last two were for kids. I checked the portal whether I have committed any mistake. But I had ordered correctly. After that I made up my mind that I will pass these two to some one else as gift.

That's not enough. When I opened the second parcel. That was horrifying. Out of five shirts I got none of my choice. Now all the shirts are stored in my room as show piece. The size, color and design, indiatimes had done everything possible to disappoint me.

So friends never go to this portal to buy things. Go there at your own risk.

Indiatimes is a online shopping portal that claims of high discounted products. About a month ago, I ordered sports shoes from Indiatimes. After the shipping, I was shocked to see the quality of the product. It was very cheap. So I decided to return the shoes. I called helpline and asked to solve my problem. They said, it is a process of 20 days and you product will be returned. So, I decided to keep my shoes due to complicated process. You can't believe, within a month threads started breaking. India times is a cheater company. Never trust this fraud people. Their call centre is also fake and they are also cheater. Once they will receive money no one will reply against your complaints. I ordered one product for which they dont offer cod option hence I paid by net banking. I havent received the priduct till date and when I called to customer care they asked that they dont have such requests. Again I called them then same no. Is not available. Never trust this shopping website. It is not a trust worthy group.
