I got a 1st response from shopperstop on 17Apr'23 through email saying that the return product was received at their warehouse and after that no update from them.
Then I myself only have phone(1800-419-6648) called them on 29Apr'23 to know the refund status and they said that the return product Quality check has been failed.
(1st doubt: Why they"shoppersstop" themselves didn't let the customer know this reason in a framed timeline).
Then I have emailed them the images which I clicked before making return stating that the product was in good condition and no damage was there at my end.
But they refuse that and keep on saying that they have received a damaged product.
Followed up them for over 100 times in last two months and still there is no refund made.
I have attached two images here for reference. One was clicked by me and another one was sent by their quality check team.
The Shoppersstop fakes the customer by saying lies. They blame the customer for mistake/damage happened at their end.
Or they must be doing this purposefully to not REFUND the money to customer.
Apart from this issue just check what I have received in box.
It was "Giordano" brand's lens cleaning cloth being sent for "Polaroid" brand's sunglass.
So this makes a doubt that the product is Genuine or Fake.?!
