Regd. - Complaint for Rajiv Tiwari (Emp Id - S20139)
I am regular customer of stopper stop and done stopping every month min Rs. 5000 - 10000.On 16October I visit under given Stopper Stop store for stopping.

I have witnessed and happened with me unusual behavior from Rajiv Tiwari (Emp id - S20139) 1st floor, he speaks to me in very rude manner and even person standing besides him convey him that be polite and speak in good way. Matter is only that I ask him why I need to sign at back and he speaks to me in very rude way that I can not help "jo karna hai kar lo etc...” I understand that need to sign at back of debit card but to convey this is this is a way? And what right he has to speak to the customer like this. Moreover he kept us waiting at cash counter for more then 45 min to reach to the place where we standing at. This even not happen to me one another customer standing besides me the people at cash counter behaves like this inline instructions from Mr. Rajiv Tiwari (Emp Id - S20139), and person at cash counter even said that I will loose my job if I speak again to Mr. Rajiv Tiwari (Emp Id - S20139). Then that customer convey to them - is this is a "Pan ki Dukan"- How's to speaking to me or customer standing across to me (referring us), unfortunately he not logged any complaint for this.
Then I ask him where I need to logged complaint regarding his behavior and Mr. Rajiv replied https://stopperstop.com, still I reconcile my self and ask him can I speak to your senior, he again replied there is no senior apart from me. Then again I said I need to talk to someone who understand the industry and speak in right sense then he said Manager Corporate communication and I ask him to call him. I appreciate this person as he just took 7 min to reach to us listen us very politely and ask us to logged a complaint so that some action can be initiated. He even discloses to us that about this 1st floor, even in past we have received complaints but very few customers like us come forward and tell us formally. I have given him a written complaint Regd. Mr. Rajiv Tiwari and he assured me that some action going to be initiated with in 48 hrs, but he also said he belongs to different department so can not make any commitment. That a reason I am also passing on this written complaint from email so that my efforts should not be wasted and he (Mr Rajiv Tiwari (Emp Id - S20139)) given some right message. Now as said above, I appreciate to take some action against "Rajiv Tiwari (Emp Id - S20139)" so that Stopper stop value (customer friendly) remain interact in market’s think you should see this, such bad mouthing can hurt your business and try to address my concern.
This email was circulated in our internal group which has about 7000 members, out of which 4000 live in NCR. Almost everyone in this group is your potential or current customer. They are in the right age group, have the spending power and care about quality of healthcare and service, because we represent a service based industry. Such emails within the IT community spread from company to company and have unimaginable reach. I know you can chose to ignore this, but so can your potential customers/guests. There are choices available to people now. My sincere request is to kindly take this up within Stopper Stop and try to address my concern. Appreciate to see some concrete things happen to this so that everyone can have wonderful experience with in Stopper Stop.
