The company is charging brokerage on F & O Rs 100 per lot Not per Order. E.g. I have placed order of F & O of Sensex 125 lot at Rs 16/- so company has charged Rs 12500 brokerage for buying and Rs 12500 brokerage for Selling. In Lot of 125 sensex, company has charged Rs 25000/- brokerage. Suppose if I gain profit on this F & O call i.e 20000 the company charged brokerage of Rs 25000/- so there is Loss of Rs 5000/-. So Customer please dnot trust company. Other company in market is charging brokerage approx Rs 20/- per Order not Lot. so my total brokerage is Rs 40 not Rs 25000/-. I have been cheated by company employee.

I have an demat account in sharekhan. From last 4 years my portfolio had 20025 shares of syncom formulation which were visible in my portfolio. 2 days back i tried to sell the shares but somehow my orders got rejected . I called my home branch and they had no clue on this. In afternoon i got an call from my branch and they told that i have 19925 shares only, 100 i bought in 2020 were not delivered by exchange and went to auction, this divya gyan they got only when i tried to sell my shares. From last 4 years my portfolio was showing 20025 shares... Overall this is very 3rd class company and better to have an demat in zerodha or any other reliable one.

As one review said, everyone is good support, they don't support us by giving us a number and calling us. I had an experience yesterday. Not only that, I bought 2000 rupees worth of stocks 9 years ago and I didn't know about it then. My friend set this up and he was doing it. I used to get dividend for a few years and then there is no information. When I went to sharekhan office yesterday and asked them, they said that it was a stokes cell, but I did not do it, but they did it. When I asked other people they all said the same that sharekhan is a scam. so no one sharekhan apple. I am sharing my experience.

Very bad experience, koi proper planning nahi hai , baar baar mana karne par hi intraday trading karte hue mera kafi loss karwaya hai .

Please dnt join this company as a employee. Dont leave ur current job. Go for someother company not for this one. There is a manager name tanmay who treats every one like a sales person he tries to handle all the departments over there. He himself dont understand anything. He himselfs is sales person and treat every one from every department as a sales. Just a gaawaar he is. Dont join this company very pathetic.

Under the name of Advisory, looting money via brokerage charges. Not good Advisory also very very bad experience. There sub brokers and Sharekhan company too. Angle one is much better than this. Don't deal with such a fraudy companies. I lost my money by using their Advisory, their interest in how to get more brokerage from consumers.

Sharekhan is a FRAUD company.. There are many more much better options available in the market except sharekhan.. They change (increase) your brokerage without informing you and there is no solution provide by them even after sending escalation to CEO level..Let me share my case here.

I'm trader in stocks and some time I use to do option trading. I did option trading in sharekhan in July 23 when my brokerage was zero in FnO and when I did option trading last week on 5th Jan. They charge me 50/- per lot brokerage. They changed it without informing me and now when I escalate it to CEO level, nobody is bothering to give serious response. Infact they refused to return that brokerage amount..

BEWARE of this FRAUD company.

I am using Sharekahan for last 3 years. I have been facing issues like the application will not work when needed and losing your change to book profit. You cannot find a Proper person who can support you when needed, you will always find some one from customer care who doesn't know other than raising tickets. From last 3 months I am not able to use the portal because I am not receiving OTP . Even now they are not able to figure what is the issue . I have been sending 2 mails a day but no response other than raising ticket every time. If they cannot analyze an issue with their own software how can they analyze the market? Which makes me realise the blunder in did by taking account in Sharekan and invested lakhs of rupees

Reference was a good close friend working with Sharekhan and he genuinely tried helping by giving reference as he shifted to another place , but other associates hardly responded but inturn gave me another number to contact , they responded on first call later they would either give alternate number or don't pick calls , if they attend second they would suggest an investment on third they would msg saying they are on leave and wouldn't be able to pick calls , when i call them after few days they say they aren't with the same company ....i have almost spoken to 8 -10 Employees there who did that ....i wouldn't suggest Sharekhan as I'm also winding up in loss .

Very disappointing to meet with such a shabby response from Sharekhan education after they took registration money in a free online webinar. I was told I will be refunded if I don’t want to attend their classes…I sent some documents and then withdrew asking for a refund on my registration amount. This was on 14th March after being pestered by incessant calls from Sushant in marketing. Seema Vishwakarma, the counsellor I was assigned will not answer or return my calls or wassap messages. It’s been a month and half! Meanwhile they shamelessly approached me to join the next webinar! Let’s see if Shailesh Solanki delivers on the topic now! I will not leave this matter and am saving all communication with them as proof!

My experience with sharekhan is very bad. The staff do not respond in time. The phone nos provided in the website are fake. Not able to close my account in sharekhan which is locked for more than five years.

Never trust these people for your portfolio, they are just interested in doing experiments with your funds without any study ultimately leading a big loss to us..And most annoying part is they will never take responsibility for the same very arrogantly the staff would try to tell that it's our fault that we didn't intimate them to leave the position.As they will anyways receive their brokerage they are not at all trustworthy.... never ever take the portfolio service from them..

Also as compared to other companies they charge very high giving no extra or beneficial service.

I was having account with sharekhan from 2008. off late, I am seeing this team is completely confused on the policies. once they say aadhar is accepted as address proof and the nearest branch office will say it's not accepted.

They take all the liberties of the account. They will move the account to a place which is far away from you to make your life hell.

If you have time to go and argue with sharekhan team at their office, then it's a good place to release your frustation.

If you are serious trader, then search for some other broker.

I reached out to Sharekhan team with some feedback on an experience I have had with one of its branch employees. My intention was to bring it to the attention of Sharekhan management so that they can improve their service.

I was pleasantly surprised to not only get an acknowledgment to my message right away but to also receive a prompt followup call within a few hours. Mr. Jafar who I first spoke with understood my concerns very well and promised to do his best to provide a resolution. True to his words, he followed up internally and made sure a quick resolution was provided that matched world class customer service. I traveled the world and can say that the kind of redressal provided by Mr. Jafar is the best of the best. Truly world class. Many thanks to you, Mr. Jafar.

As I often say, brands are built by its people and I hope Sharekhan has more people like Mr. Jafar in their customer service and relationship management teams. Also, thanks to the local branch executive and Ms. Afrin for being on top of the issue and closing the loop.

Don't open your account in Sharekhan

Very bad experience

The Sharekhan Customer Care services are very unfriendly and non-cooperative

Worst Customer Care Service

No one should never open an account with Sharekhan

There is no query which can be resolved by them, until you follow up for weeks and after that also not sure it help

Pathetic Service

The call center always sleeps its like “ YOU ARE IN ENDLEESS QUEUE” as if they have built their call center in MARS!

I plan to close down by selling all my shares and move to somewhere else.

BETTER GET RID OF SHAREKHAN ACCOUNT MY FRIENDS, better late than never.

Sharekhan is very expensive

Amazing decor Presentation 10/10 but the prices … Mixed grill £25 too expensive Drinks £3 !! And CHUTNEY you charge £2 …??????? Waited over 45 MINUTES AFTER my starters .. WAY TOO LONG ..It was ramadaan but i felt like i was Fasting Again …. Plz sort your Prices out ????

An application for account closure of my DEMAT Account with Sharekhan has been submitted two weeks before.They rejected my application due to signature mismatch and my account's balance Rs.5/- which I am unable to withdraw. This clearly shows Sharekhan's unwillingness to close my account. They have no reason to reject.I tried customer care several times but not received even a single answer. I am going to approach SEBI in this respect.
