OPD service is very bad and they waiting 5 -6 hours to patient out side and test charges is very high according to other hospitals.

No time value of patients and they are just making money

No time Commitment of reception staff and nurses.

Especially ICU security staff name is vijender singh and others security staff and food quality and quantity not enough

My experience is good at sarvodaya hospital. I came in this hospital one month ago for the radiology test. All the staff behivour is good. My wow experience is with two persons one hemant and Ruchika . Their behivour is very nice and coperative towards patients. I wish good future.

The persons who are appointed at Lifts entrance, their behaviour is very bad.

Even they know raghu wing lift not working, they force me to use another lift but not emergency wing lift.

I requested him that there is some issue on my foot so unable to walk long distance but he has a pre loaded memory card no you can not use this lift.

This is the basis problem of Sarvodaya hospital.please note good employees make good organisation.

Secondly I have a complain regarding the admission desk, they decide the room based on Insurance amount . Even the lower category room available they will say room not available please go for single AC room Or Suit room. I do agree making profit is good but ethics also follow at the same time.

Nursing staff are good and very professional.

Today I took an appointment to see Dr Sumit Aggarwal. Customer care provide me the mobile no of coordinator of Sumit Aggarwal. He advised me to come today via opd card procedure. I came and took opd card with token no 308. I was told that I will take one hours to meet Dr.

Meanwhile he is accommodating few others patient without token no I.e. direct . I am a senior citizen of 66 and ex employee of PSU Engineers India ltd. When I feel that my sugar gone down considerably I again request him to adhere to my token no, but in vain. He is regularly accommodating other without no. You may check from your record. I am also raise this to his seniors.

One Madam came to me to solve this problem in a threatening way . Also alarmed the Gaurds and shut the hospital door for me without consulting the doctor( for which I pay the prescription fee).

This was done to me who is a ex. Govt. Employee and what else they can do with others.

Service is very daily waiting 2 - 3 hr after dr appointment patent very suffered .in case you have no appointments dr check in 3hr to 4hr for patent .it so irritating ??

I went in their GK medicentre branch for my annual health checkup, ut was an early morning appointment. Overall the infrastructure of the centre was very good, but in any medical centre the main thing is staff and doctors. When I went to reception they told me to wait, now I had full body checkup booked, whether it was xray, bmi or blood tests, all were done very unprofessionally. Also all the reports gave false data like pre standard done by them as I had another checkup with other centre and it showed different data. Then I again had to check with other, this showed that sarvodaya data was wrong as rest two gave same or similar results. Also they didn't shared reports on time, and doctors were also absent during their appointment. Very unprofessional place, had worst experience.

Sarvodya is very unsafe for females. They are trying to harassing females patients and attendants by using male staff. Their male staff enters the room during mid night without knocking at the door. They are harassing by saying next time you go to ESI hospital for treatment if you want that make staff should knock.Miss Monika from Admin department misbehaved like this with us.She is supporting the fact that if females are harrased then it's completely fine. Shame to such staff and shame to such hospital for keeping a staff like this
