Oh thank God I can leave an actual review, b/c the service team on the website has control over what you post there (there is no way all 1100 something reviews can be positive!) The store does take everything personally, which is horrible if you're in business.
Take the reviews and try to fix it, not hold a grudge. I tried leaving a negative review and they emailed me and told me to send in a detailed complaint, and they erased my neg. review on the site. So I had to leave a better review. I've ordered from them twice, the first time I ordered two things, both with diff. shipping dates.
Be warned you get everything at the later date and they don't ship things separately. So, that was what my first review was about, which they erased. My second order was 7 Day Delivery.
I didn't get the email that the item was shipped until the 8th day (literally) and now it's taking over 12 days to get here. I can't complain, b/c I feel like they hold a grudge against me now, and I'm trying to be patient. It's located in India, so go figure.
Also, when I send a detailed email about shipping, the way they fixed the site was so weird! Hence why they don't have free shipping anymore on everything, I believe. They need to do a better job of keeping customers informed about orders, b/c otherwise we're left guessing on stuff we paid for.
And just overhaul the whole website. It needs a lot of fixing. Great products though, just don't take reviews so personally. I'm still waiting on my second order, so we'll see how that goes. With that said, they do a great job stitching and the colors are better in person.
The service team is fast with replying and fairly helpful. And no, don't ask me to send you an email, just take what I said here into consideration. Phew! I'm so glad I finally got to leave a detailed review of my actual experience!
