THE DEALS ARE NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. I received two faulty dresses from them, one I returned the other I kept and had re-stitched. My mother in law received one faulty dress. My sister received another faulty dress, and my mother's dress never arrived more than two months after the order was placed. they make excuses when you return the dress to them, so that they can either be no longer held responsible for the return shipping - or they will split the store credit to force you to make more purchases and in turn give their business more money.


I have reluctantly placed my replacement orders, more than 6 months after the original dress was returned - according to their demands, because if I didn't they would have definitely stolen my money. They refused to give me the contact information for their management, after repeated email requests to numerous departments. When I called Sandip Nandi to give him an earful, I was told he cannot give out personal information. Ankit Jain supports Sandip, even when Sandip is wrong. There is no one higher up you can contact,  who can solve your issues or take complaints. The customers are HELPLESS, They don't care about customer service or shipping quality products. BEWARE!

I had horrible experience with sareez. I just tried once to see how it goes so that I can always order online my Indian ethnic outfits. It was utter disappointment. I should have checked the reviews first and that's why I am writing here so that other people cannot me scammed by them. If something goes wrong you will lose your money. They are bunch of unprofessional people running the business. They have chat 24 hours but no one replies.


I ordered a salwar on Oct 10 and received the Nov 3rd. Had to follow up with them twice and there was no response at all. I would be even fine with that if my product was good but the irony was my suit was ripped all over the place when I tried to wear it first time.The reason for that is the fabric they used. Either it's too old or because if the stitching. I just put it on me to try and it was all ripped.That's not my fault I paid for stitching, shipping.


When I asked for refund they are asking the product back for store credit. There is no way you can get your money back. Never ever buy from them. I did n't see any positive thing while doing business with them

Ordered twice online to Sareez.com. Very dismal experience. Don't keep up with the delivery date and shipping what it says in their website. Don't pick up the phone when you call customer service no matter whether you are dialing 1-800 number or their direct number to India.


Online chatting is equally frustrating and often they merely have an idea with the order. They would keep you waiting inline for hours without any response for checking the order. They are rude and non-apologetic. Never the product came on time what they have promised.


Their promotion is often deceiving. Strongly recommend not to buy from this website.

I ordered 2 sarees a few months ago, for the first time. I made it a point to order 10-day express items. Since the sarees are custom-fit, I assumed that meant 10 days, even when it is being stitched. After a month of it not shipping out, I thought maybe they only mean 10 days on unstitched items. I still don't know if this is the case. It is hard to find such information on the site, and I think it should be made clear. I used the chat service 3 times, I think. I always got a vague answer, like it will be shipped by the end of the week, even when I asked for a date. Days went by, and it didn't ship when they said.


I was pretty scared, because it started to feel like a scam! I wouldn't have had such a problem with them being honest about when the item will be ready! I'd rather get a later date than have them lie 3 times about a date, and have to worry they stole my money! Finally, they actually did what they said, and it shipped out when they said, the last time I asked. Once it was dispatched, shipping was very fast! I opened my package, nervous, but the sarees were beautiful! The stitching was fine and accurate, and the quality was lovely (although I think the website needs more detailed photos). I was just happy it wasn't a scam.


The clothes are reasonably priced, good quality, look how they say they will. The fitting is detailed. But if you have a frame of time that you NEED your items, I'd go elsewhere. Especially if it is for an important event, I just don't think sareez.com is reliable enough to rely on for a special event in which you need your item in less than a month or so. I'm a U.S. customer, by the way.


I would have given sareez.com a better rating, if it wasn't for the lack of clarity on the website, in customer service, and lack of reliability in time. If you do not need your items immediately and urgently, I would recommend sareez. But I would avoid them for urgent events!

Oh thank God I can leave an actual review, b/c the service team on the website has control over what you post there (there is no way all 1100 something reviews can be positive!) The store does take everything personally, which is horrible if you're in business.


Take the reviews and try to fix it, not hold a grudge. I tried leaving a negative review and they emailed me and told me to send in a detailed complaint, and they erased my neg. review on the site. So I had to leave a better review. I've ordered from them twice, the first time I ordered two things, both with diff. shipping dates.


Be warned you get everything at the later date and they don't ship things separately. So, that was what my first review was about, which they erased. My second order was 7 Day Delivery.


I didn't get the email that the item was shipped until the 8th day (literally) and now it's taking over 12 days to get here. I can't complain, b/c I feel like they hold a grudge against me now, and I'm trying to be patient. It's located in India, so go figure.


Also, when I send a detailed email about shipping, the way they fixed the site was so weird! Hence why they don't have free shipping anymore on everything, I believe. They need to do a better job of keeping customers informed about orders, b/c otherwise we're left guessing on stuff we paid for.


And just overhaul the whole website. It needs a lot of fixing. Great products though, just don't take reviews so personally. I'm still waiting on my second order, so we'll see how that goes. With that said, they do a great job stitching and the colors are better in person.


The service team is fast with replying and fairly helpful. And no, don't ask me to send you an email, just take what I said here into consideration. Phew! I'm so glad I finally got to leave a detailed review of my actual experience!

I have been using the services of sareez.com for the last 2 years and they have the best products and their offering is absolutely delighting. the stitching quality product quality everything is excellent. customer care is friendly and I always get my product on time.


At times there are few products which are unavailable, but that is also fine as I believe it is better not to receive rather then receiving something inappropriate. they always inform at the earliest and are always ready to cooperate.


There were instances when I didnt liked the product, without any glitch they accepted the return. I always had a reply to my email within 24hrs. it is a pleasure shopping with this website and I will continue to do so. you can put your money blindly on these guys you will never be disappointed.

I ordered 2 garments; it took eight weeks and several emails before I received the garments. Both were nothing like the photos on the web site. The stitching was very poor. Miss aligned hem was not even straight. Seams were not straight. Zips would not sit flat. Garments did not hang well.


Both garments were different sizes and different styles despite being ordered with the same measurements. Complaints are ignored. When I did eventually get a reply I got the run around. I was asked to return the items but they refused to accept the return and have refused a refund. My negative feedback was removed from their web site.


I would not recommend.

I placed my order with sareez.com in mid July. After paying for my suit sareez.com gets back to me days later to inform me that the suit I bought is no longer in production and that I should choose another. I did. The suit was listed as grey fabric. The suit I received yesterday is forest green. I emailed sareez to ask them if they would correct their mistake and twice from different email addresses they claim that the grey suit on their site only looks grey because of lighting during the photo shoot. This is ridiculous and poor customer service because their site clearly states that the fabric of the suit I ordered is grey.


Colour is a huge deal when choosing clothes and I am disappointed and hugely let down that they would lie. They have not responded to my email asking how they explain the products' description as stating gray. I doubt I will hear from them now that they have my money and have sent me a suit in a different color. In summary, if you must buy from them contact them and get them to put in writing the details of what you are ordering before you send the, your funds.

Initially I felt that the customer service representatives were rude and I didn't get the product I wanted and experienced few other disappointments such as long delivery time. When I had addressed all these issues with them, they were willing to make up for them and provide compensation as I was not satisfied with the product I received.


Even though I experienced few disappointments with them in the beginning, their commitment to finding a resolution and working along with me has helped me to change my mind about them.

I highly recommend sareez.com to everyone who is looking for a good quality and less price. I ordered four outfits from them and all of them fit perfect, with amazing quality. There was a slight difference with color, (which sareez.com already mentioned), so I was ready for this slight difference already. Its actually advisable to order basic colors like red, black, green etc.


Pink was more like a tea pink (which actually looked prettier than the original color that I saw on your website).I will definitely be ordering more outfits in future. It was a pleasure doing business with you guys!

I highly recommend Sareez.com for the purchase of all kinds of sarees. I have bought 5 sarees (of which 3 are lehenga sarees) and I am personally very satisfied with the quality and the uniqueness of the products. The sarees look better in fact that on the website.


I am also satisfied with the online support provided on the website through the chat system. I stay in Mauritius and all the sarees reached in less than 14 days. Sareez.com is a haven for indian wear and I am looking forward to shopping there again.

Products of sareez..com are good in quality . They have huge collection of designer sarees alongwith the different colour variations and prices.

I had won a contest and the saree reached me a month later after several reminders via email. having said that would like to mention that their response, via email, was very encouraging and timely and that's why receiving the saree late did not hurt that much.the packaging of the saree was good and received it in good condition. I would certainly recommend it to friends of mine, and esp to enter contests cause they actually give away those awesome stuff as prizes.

Although for Mauritius the shipping charge for below $50 items is little high but they have promised to look at it seriously.
