There's no proper billing....Customers have to wait for more than 3 hrs in line...they're writing the bill like people do billing in drumstick shop...worst service ever.

I purchased a bed from saravana store padi but the bed very bad in quality. It sounds on every move while i sleep on it. It is really annoying.

I thought to return it but found no return policy.

The staff are harassing the customers by unloading the goods in the ground floor for checking even after the goods have been checked at the respective floors. Still worse is their insistence in checking the personal luggage brought into the shop and sealed at the entrance after shopping. Worst experience at the shop as other customers saw us as shop lifters. Incidentally we are regular customers since it's opening and we are super senior citizens. An apology from them for their behavior is required.

The billing centre is the worst of all.... The 7th floor items are allowed to bill only on the 7th floor, which caused a huge crowd. We were waiting for 2+ hours. Whereas the billing centres in other floors are empty. What a FOOLISH IDEA made by Saravana stores.... such a STUPID IDEA...

Hello Everyone

I along with my parents had visited Sarvana Stores at Paurasavakam, Chennai in the year 2014. Believe me guys the store is full of unique items viz Garments for Men, Ladies as well for kids, shoes, chappals, Fitness items even vegetables and fruits and much more.

Each of the floor is approx 1500 square feet and fully centralised airconditiinered.The store had a wide variety of goods from lower range till higher range. You will get everything in one roof.

I purchased a pair of Chappals worth Rs 380/- only which is quite cheap from my hometown market. The staffs behaviour is very polite. It's a great place to shop my friends.

If you willing to visit Chennai then visit Sarvana Stores once.

People are very lazy to guide and show the needs whatever is asked.No proper Maintenance of arest Rooms.If we ask any varieties, they just simply pass it on.No clarity un the workers there that what they have.

I suggest Never buy mobile from saravana Store, Padi specially Nokia Mobile. I bought a Nokia C21 mobile from Saravana Store, Padi, Chennai. Worst .Not working. always hanging without any reason. . They Offering replacement warranty. But they will not replace. & faced Bad experience from the seller

I really fedup with the purchase i did... Working staffs are really rude to the customers... Yesterday i purchased lot of birthday items in padi saravana stores... In that I missed two of the items in counter itself and the same has been billed... When found that I came again to shop and enquired about the missing items... They told they didn't even see the missing purchase in the counter... And they don't even bothered to check in the counter and gave bullshit reasons.... Working staffs should be cautious on billing... We are not getting money from the sky.. it's hard-earned money... And they are thieves stole my money in this way... Definitely the shop will face a very big loss soon if they steal people hard earned money like this. Worst worst experience...

I wanted to avoid certain things in my life including this saravana stores total group shops. I have lots of bad experience with the girls working there. They are so cheap. Lazy to work. And always want to chat with boys and they are very rude to customers, scolding some times, show very much attitude . Past few years I'm relaxed that I avoided this cheap shop.
