I ordered Bed from Saraf Furniture on 27th Sep 2024, but till today i.e. 21st Oct 2024 it is showing in Production. When I made payment through the website it showed 15-18 Oct. But after placing order while tracking the order in few days it showed 25th Oct, and now it is been told that it will be shipped most probably by month end.

This is pathetic customer service that I have observed till date.

I had ordered a Toby Bar Cabinet from saraf furniture for Rs 27, 789. It was scheduled to be delivered in 5-7 weeks. After 7 weeks I received and its amazing. This is a very good experience store where you can see the product quality and material & place the order with get extra discounts a part from the website price.
