I had admitted my dad on 7th June with the complaint of Brain stroke. He could have surely survived only if the doctors and nurses had taken the proactive treatment at that time but unfortunately everything was delayed from their side. I was asked to meet Dr.Rajesh Binyala and Dr.Kayur Panchal (Neurologist) from our family Dr.Sheraz Ahmed, they both attended my father but at there sweet times because it was just a patient he was not his family member. My father needed urgent and immediate treatment, but the neurologist lady doctor only came to see him at 7:00 pm 5 hours after my father was admitted at 2:00pm. Also the doctor in charge on the day Dr. Biswas did not know what to do and seemed unsure of how to treat my dad. Today my father is not alive because of the Doctors & Staff there were lazy and let go process. In Sanjeevani Doctors are there only to mint money they don't care about Human Life. I am requesting everyone from my Bottom of heart please don't take your loved ones to Sanjeevani even for small illines. Please think before taking. They have machine to take Humans life. Also, the staff in the hospital are very rude and have no compassion or patience towards the patient or the patient’s relative. My father will not come, but I want to give everyone this message. Please take care.

1. Too overloaded

   
   




2. No care for patients.. nurse don’t give important injections to patients (like remdesivir) and lie to relatives

   
   




3. The bipap/ oxygen machine often malfunctions which can be life threatening

   
   




4. Bathroom gets filled with smoke suddenly to worsen the lungs of already a COVID patient (this is done purposely to make a mild case severe)

   
   




5. Dr Nilesh from icu acts as Yamraj to worsen the experience of patients relatives. He won’t leave any stone unturned to give a heart stroke to relatives and is totally rude and unprofessional

   
   




6. Dinner is served to patients at 10pm. No idea when the patients are expected to rest!!

The intensive care unit at Sanjeevani Hospital, Civil Lines, Gorakhpur has a state of the art intensive care unit for adults and kids and my child was well taken care off and she is fully fine now.
