These guys are fraud, they will promise everthing on the earth and never fulfill anything. The MD Chandra Shekhar Reddy is a big thug and he employeed all his relatived in his office.

They ask you money by promising to complete the registration, development etc but after you make payment you need to keep runing after them for years together. They will tell you hell lot of escuses and will keep postponing the registration.

My sincere advice never invest your hard earned money with these thugs.

I am running after them for past 5 years, I dont want you to suffer in similar manner. Kindly share with your family friends and colleagues and ask them to beware of them.

They had opened a sister company called Keystone to cheat the people as the people are not investing by looking their name. Which they already closed.

They will use this tactics to sell/cheat others by different names before paying to any one check the documents or the Encumberance Certificate and check to whom it belongs to and then do the payments.

Paid 25% and made agreement for Sultanpur Spring city in 2017. Kept on asking them when the registration will happen. they kept on post phoning . two years ago they said pay full amount and they will do registration in one week. so I paid full amount but no registration happened till now. They kept telling some stories whenever I call. very bad customer service. and delaying the process. I just came to know that a cheating case got filed again Managing Director Chandra Sekhar Reddy and his wife and they got into jail. I am just hoping that at least now I will get my plot registered.

Please do not trust this guy. They do not deliver what they promise example Sandstone Paradise in Mokila. Even after 8 years of the delivery, they have not completed any infrastructure work and the plot is in the worst condition where local drunken are partying with booze. when visiting the office, the director of the company never meet you and some office will give an evasive answer. they looted the gullible buyer. They never give you a phone number to contact and forget about informing buyers of development. I had to fight to get my registration paper also.

Why SandStone Infra India Pvt.Ltd started sister companies?

Sandstone Could not completed any project within time, they have bad feedback in the Hyderabad market. There are lot of buyers lost their money.

I booked in Sandstone Paradise in Mokila 2014 but project is not completed even now. no registrations done so far. tried reaching the directors but they are not responding. Even visited their office but they are not sticking to their commitments except pushing out the completion date by 6 months over last 7 years

Anyone else who has booked in Sandstone Paradise and in similar position please reach out to me in email. we need to figure out next steps.

Maybe if we approach collectively it will help.

Don't buy a plots with them. They are big cheaters, After agreement they will keep on drag andthey will not do registration ever. MD itself does not have Ethics/values then who will save you.

They should remember, one family pain, Never be benefitted to company, it's proved all the time in the real world.

I have purchased a Plot in Spring city, it took 3 years to get the registration. finall they have registrated the plot. they should be more transparent in updating customer if any delays in completing the project, should not ask the customer to pay full amount before registration.

  1. Plot size they change as per their wish



  2. Asking to pay more amount without giving assurance on the LP number and registry date from 2 years



  3. At the time of sale agreement before 2 years asked to give 25% amount and then rest at the time of registration with same rate.



  4. Don't believe in their sale agreement as it changes every time. They reduce the plot size without asking customer and complete layout for which initial sale agreement was given.





Sale agreement is the agreement between customer and seller but sandstone sale agreement is sole to developer only(no where customer exist. They change the layout without even telling to their customer.)



  1. They did not mention important point in their sales agreement that' 25% amount is paid and rest 75% amount will be paid in front of sub registrar at the time of registration'



  2. Within a Day they will change the agreement and play with emotion of customers. No value of sale agreement for them.



  3. 30% more they are charging on per sq yard for the old customers. Customer in complete trap that what they should do to come out of it as increase in the rate from original selling rate and reducing the plot size and not giving confirmed date of the registration.

I had paid amount of 10 lakhs and agreement is done now it's been almost one and half year I have been chasing them, to get the plot registered. The only answer we get it's in progress. The agent with him I went is totally fraud and now when I call him he says land value has increased and you are in good profit. He says to go to office for enquiry and we are dogs to chase them after paying them the amount. Please if there are such more people let's get united and book a cheating case on both MD as well as agents so that they won't cheat people.

I booked a plot in spring city by paying 7L and made an agreement in september 2016. They said that they will be getting the HMDA approval in 15 days. But till today they havent even got the land registered on their name.

Complete fraud company. Dont ever book a plot in this company. Very dangerous guys. Rude behavior and careless attitude.

Hi All, Who all are booked Sandstone infra company Isnapurvillage Sandstone Squar Venture plot please email your whatsapp mobile number to "sandstoneinfra.square.isnapur@gmail.com" so that I will create a group since this company is not giving any update about layout approval till now and always they reply it will take more 1 month. I have booked plot in March 2017 and paid 25% as booking amount and they promised in 1 month LP number will come. But recentlywhen I checked with near by farmers who have lands beside this venture they said company has done AGPA with owners but not paid full amount and some farmers who have land in the company provided survey numbers in the advertisementbroucher those owners are not interested to sell that land to that company.

Note: Company not doing any further bookings in that venture as this will confirm the info which I got from village native farmers is 100% correct.

Also, if you write proper negative review on Google then automatically all of the sudden you will surprise by seeing positive fake review in next 1 hour which is nothing but company own people will give fake positive review.

I am guy who looks in ten different places to purchase one item. The same I did for the open plot investments. I had visited 5 to 6 real estate companies and had a look around few ventures. I felt good seeing some ventures. But the problem is they are over valued. When I visited Sand Stone and thinking of previous overvalued ventures around hyderabd outer ring road, I am little doubtful. The MD Mr. Chandra Sekhar assured me that the best value will be provided in the market. I had a look at the venture and enquired details about it. And finally I am happy to invest on Sulthanpur for the best value. Keep Shining SandStone! Kudos!
