pros:

Cons:

I want to share my review on Samsung fully automatic top loading washing machine and it is 6.2 kg washing machine and the cost of this machine is high but the clothes are not free from dirt after washing and feel the money is wasted a lot and I am using costlier detergents but no use in its washing.

Ease of use:

The way of operating is a little bit difficult and we need to set everything on the top like water level and quantity of the clothes and a time indicator to show the time left on the display.

Durability:

The durability of this washing machine is very less because it got damaged within the span of one year from the date of purchase.

Ease of cleaning:

The way to clean this machine is difficult because it is an electronic device and the weight of this device is high.

Style and the design:

The style and the design for the top load washing machine are different from the front load and the top load has more operations.

Service and support:

The service and support provided by the Samsung company are very poor and they resolve the problem after taking more time.

Finally, I won't recommend this machine to anyone

I want to share my personal opinion of Samsung WA62H4200HB washing machine.Samsung is a very famous company and this brand makes most of the products.It is one of the good brand.I purchased a washing machine of this brand in the month of April 2015.But I am not satisfied with this product because of its performance.

The look and design is good and made with a good quality.But the working process is very slow.It takes a lot of time to wash the clothes.The stains on the clothes are not properly removed.

There are no good features in it.It is not useful to wash more than 5-6 clothes.The dirt on clothes will not even after a wash.

This washing machine was not up to the mark and the performance is poor.I would not recommend it and it is not a worthy product.

I purchased LG top load, 7.5kg washing machine in 2011.i am glad that I purchase this product.This product is awesome.it saves my time as well as energy and it cleans the clothes that they look like the new one.Iam happy to have this product.Overself can do filter cleaning also.

This washing machine takes much much more watrer to wash 6.2 kg of cloths and it also takes approximately 2 hours. In 2 hours, one can simply wash 6.2 kg of cloths with bare hands.So, Its a waste of money, time and also water.

Its durable nut who wants to waste money in such a slow machine.

Cleaning is not so good as it destroys the quality of cloths after 4-5 washes in it.

Also, its size is quite large which is not easy to place in a room. One has to suffer much problem.

Service is quite predictable after reading the above reviews. Thank You.

Pros:

1. Service and support is available everywhere. it is good to buy as service prospective.

1: Cleaning is not as good as it should.

I have purchased this product before 3 month. It's performance is not good. I was shocked why I have purchased this.

Continuing it's old strategy Samsung has started producing it's all product. At First it designs a product. Then add a little bit of extra feature to collect extra 2000-3000 rupees more from the consumers.

I think It's previous model is better than this

DIFFERENCE- ( 1) :This model has panel in the upside.but the previous has in the lower.

( 2) : This model has an capacity of 6.2 kg while the previous has 6.0 kg. Only0.2 kg difference.

I am reviewing both the model with the extra feature mentioned above.

( 3) :This model has a little power saving facility.( little not very much)

The main feature of both the model in common are briefly discussed below.

DRUM TYPE-It has diamond drum. I mean the holes in the drum is very small. So that the speed of the water comes during rinse of clothes is very high resulting a better rinse.

Also certain fabric like sarees with stones are safer in this drum type because though the wholes are small there is no way for the stone to stuck in the wholes.

MAGIC FILTER- it's drum is provided with an extra magic filter. It helps to carry out the small wools or cotten that often came out from sweat shirt and T-Shirts.

WOOBLE TECHNOLOGY- Due to the high price range of front load company make an way to introduce wrinkle free technology in top loaders as it only present in front load.In this two additional rollers are fitted in the bottom part of the drum to rotate the clothes up and down resulting a 3d wash. As the clothes are rated clockwise , anticlockwise along with upward motion there is no chance for the clothes to form a loop or wrinkle. Even if after the wash it remain wrinkle free.

Apart from these three there are also some other facilities which are very common to all the washing machines. They are no need to mention here.

Samsung is one of the top company and produces qualitative products. The Samsung WA90F5S4QTA top loading washing machine left me disappointed. The machines performance is not up to the expectations.It soon got damaged and came to repair. The machine always sounded loud and there was no water agitation.This machine started using more water and energy. The service is also poor in such a it started giving trouble with in a week. I asked the retailer to exchange the machine with a new one and as we ordered he gave us another one and it is also not so good almost with same features.The performance is also so bad and the clothes are not getting washed properly. It is using large amount of laundry detergent. There is no use with this washing machine.many other Washing machines are available in market with good qualites and working performance. I got it for31, 000 and the delivery charges are free and the machine weighs 9kg. I don't recommend this to you guys. Waste of money

This washing machine is good work at starting days and its price not more but I disappointed with this washing machine after two months. This washing machine is not clean clothes, and its motor was not fast move. I call to customer care and the technician came at my home after three days and made it but this service is not good for me because its create same problems again after two weeks. So finally, I made it from a local shop of washing machine and good work at this time.

I am using this washing machine last one month. I was very happy because it working is very nice and easy to use and clean but I faced problems four months ago, its motor move very slow and not start after few day. I call to customer care and technician came at my home within two days. He made it but I face same problem after one week, so I went to local mechanic shop and he made it and pay extra payment. This washing machine is good at this time.

The Samsung WA65H4000HA 6.5kg washing machine is working effectively, it has got the top loading capacity which prevents clothes from getting entangled and damaged. Washing machine having only warranty of five years on motor having probelms in cleaning and scrap removal very bad service response engineer charges 450 rs every time and left behind some problem for next to come having very poor response for baby care mode clothes life will be degraded also lock frequently between modes to complete after 1 year of use no troubleshooting guidelines is given nor not perfect demostration of errors given by engineer

We sadly, purchased two of these machines less than 3 months ago, one for a house which is 20km from nearest retailer or repairer. Both machines, within a week of each other had the base of the machine floating up, there was no water agitation. Always been loud, since purchase. Retailer directed us to repairer for warranty, we wanted them replaced. I saw another base the same in the repairers truck. He indicated it was a common problem. Waited two weeks for the one in our home to be repaired, still waiting for the one we dropped off a day earlier to the repairer. Now three weeks. We have had to purchase a third machine( other which washes beautifully). I have just washed a sheet and a pillowcase in the newly repaired Samsung, that were clean other than I was trying to remove a greasy mark. They have come out covered in black stuff( have never used fabric softener in this machine). Washed them again, now have even more black stuff on them. Waiting for retailers response. Hopefully they will replace the two Samsung crap machine with one decent brand. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE.

I have purchased it but it's not as good as shown after some months I stuck with that I go to showroom but he was not helping me then I go for online complaint after 3 to 4 working days I saw that company told me that an engineer visited my house and solved the problem. Few months back I got this WM it's totally a waste. It takes of all the threads of my clothes and most of my clothes are damaged. Further if you put washing powder in the tray it remains there only it does not get dissolved and clean your clothes. Be careful beforebuying This, the salesman will lure you to buy this only because they will get a good commission but u get what you want to get. It's a total waste of money and your clothes

I would like to share my personal experience about Samsung SWF-P10 washing machine. This company is very famous in the world and many people like this company washing machine. This machine is ease of use.

I bought this washing machine last two years ago and working is very nice in initial but its working is very poor at this time.

This washing machine is very comfortable ease of cleaning but its part is very comfortable to open for service. Its looking is not good.

This washing machine service and support is not good, if any part of the washing machine is not work then company is not exchange part and some time face few issue about service. This company do not give home service.

I m using this top loading fully automatic washing machine. This machine having wobble technology n water saving technique. Power consumption is also very less n giving best performance. 1 kg section is extra for light clothes washing that is nice feature. Extra trolly stand given for easy movement of machine.

I have been using samsung washing machine for last the 10 years. Last year, I decided to replace my old one and brought a new one.- 7.5 kg Fully automatic Top loading from Reliance Digital, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore(Nov'15)

My experience from then on has been horrible. The machine does not wash properly and creates a fabric stain in almost all clothes. I complained to samsung and then made a technical visit(Jun'16) and replaced some parts and informed me that it would work better. I did tried changing washing powder, liquid detergent(all brands) and the ordeal continued. I once again raised a complaint with samsung in Oct'16 and my issue is still be addressed with no proper communication from Samsung, their service partner, PRISM. No one is able to clearly give me a timeline on what is the root cause and how are they going to solve?

Service is pathetic - Their service managers whose # have been shared by contact centres and are supposed to resolve customer issues are clueless and height of it, not willing to even take the phone calls of customers.

Overall my experience has been horrendous and the brand has lost its credibility atleast with me which they built over years.

My opinion on Samsung WA62H4200HB washing machine it is not so good as I am using it for one year.This product is somewhat poor just go for more internet analysis before choosing this product.

-This washing machine was very slow when compare with other washing machines as it nearly took 4hours to complete the wash.Even the tap is in full flow of water, I think the machine is taking water very slow, I just put some 8-9 clothes in the machine it took 4hours to wash the clothes where the time led shows 60mins. in a fuzzy mode.

-This machine is not at all suitable for heavy clothes.There is a pathetic wash a with dirt on clothes, even after changing the detergent and segregating clothes based on fabric type.

• The design was nice and has a wobble technology.But I am really disappointed after buying this washing machine where the dust and stains on the clothes were not removed properly.
