Wash quality is really good and we can reply on it. It's very good matching with required functions.
But when it comes to service it is pathetic and highly shocking. No resolution or call engineer visit till date. Customer call centre are great, they talk as they are doing favour to us and we asking them something for free. They are arrogant and don't have customer service attitude or positive attitude to resolve customer problem or satisfy customer. They stated due to COVID 19, service center has not checked the mail, they will attend once they check the mail. Do what u wish to.
I have raised query on 29/05/2020 for engineer visit, same was closed asking for detail which was already provided and no call received.
Again request raised on 31/05/2020, same was again closed. Again on phone call centre request was raised.
On mail only one reply, we have forwarded the request, be patient will receive the call since last 3 days same false reply. Customer care phoene service is Great they are arrogant and don't have positive service attitude toward customer. They stated service centre has not checked the mail due to COVID 19, they will resolve once they check. It's your wish you want you can do what u like.
To be honest Samsung does not have service or customer friendly attitude and nor they are willing to satisfy customer.
I have to find alternate way to fix problem with my washing machine.
