Unlike othe fully washng machines that are not upto to the mark with the washing quality this machine will change that trend of avg washing quality the extra tub also plays a good role to scrub the clothes quickly the quantity of washing clothes is great. clothes are not getting stuck together. it has multiple modes and easy to operate. the performance of this machine is quite good . the features are also good. A user can use a specific mode according to  his requirements. nothing need to do manually. fully automatic and a fantastic product by a samsung.

Hi everyone, samsung washing is my first front loading before I used semi automatic, this one is completely different .taken on 2012 price of 33, 500 at bajaj electronic dsnr, hyd.the product is good cloths come fresh and 70 dry in spin use.very

nice look strong body

no heating issue

fully electronic dial setting, no problem till now

setting are very good we can adjust heat setting low or high, which cannot be done in other models

low current consuption due to invertor motor

bad

spin noise is high if flooring perfect it can be reduced

no stand

color fadding sometimes

handwash not working

We had purchased a samsung washing machine having digital display. It having good design and color but it is not durable and not reliable. It suddenly stops while washing the clothes and shows as error 4. We are not aware of that error but I can say its not good because it stopped working within a year.

I did not expected this problem from a company like samsung and its very costly washing machine. Please guide in solving this issue. Thank you.

I buy a Samsung Washing Machine price of Rs.26000.

we all know that Samsung is a oldest company So, I was thinking that nothing goes wrong with this product.But I was totaly wrong about it.

After 1 week from buying it's creating some problems.When I turn it On it's creating sounds like bike.And it's not cleaning completely after all.

Then I realized that some of it's switchs are not working.

My said when she was going to use it, she saw that some fire smoke out from it's back.Then I called service center but they came after 1 week and solved the problem but after somedays same problems happening again.

I was really disappointed.Really bad expirience from Samsung Brand that was not expected.

Samsung is good brand for home appliances and it iss well known also. I have an samaung washing machine at home. It is of good quality washing machine.

This is 5.5 washing machine. It is sufficient for me because we are only two fily members at home. It has different washing modes. It is fully automatic. It does not consume much electricity.

Once I face problem with it and then I called their customer care. They came and solved the probles within three days.

Not it works very good and never got any problem with it. Overall this washing machine is very good for home use

Samsung karisma It's an old quality bands company  it as fully automatic machine when we have purchased it from  the past even today we have not made any complaints about this Samsung karisma machine its 2years over but there is no problem in itwe have Washing every week once but we have surprise to see other comments that they have really had problems in Samsung karisma machine but there is no doubt about this product really good am like it .

I just gifted Samsung washing machine to my wife on our marriage anniversary.

It s awesome machine.one of the best in its range that is of 7.0 KG. I found it more attractive and worth than other washing machines.

the best thing in this is spin section. if you want to use best of it then set the timer to 5 and you know what it works best from 5 to 4 timer set.

It works too fast.

The service is too good. demo man came to our house and told me about the basic things about what I wasnt aware.

if you want to purchase the washing machine, , , , then go for the Samsung machine, , , ,

It costs you around 13k.

I got if financed on the down payment of rs. 1000 only.

I bought Samsung WF550B0BKWQ/TL 5.5 Kg Front Load Fully Automatic Washing Machine 2 years ago and at first, It worked like a charm and it just used to was all the clothes very neatly with all the stains gone but for more than 3 months now, I have been experiencing some problem, My clothes are still dirty after washing them from this machine.

No stains are removed by this machine and I recently realized that I paid high price for the washing machine. And Now I feel that my money is wasted for no reason. I should have bought some other washing machine. And service is also poor, my machine is not fixed yet, Its been 3 months now, and no response has come from company's side.

At home most of the products of samsung brand. Actually I am samsung lover. L.E.D, washing machine and microwave oven etc. I have all of samsung brand.

I am using samsung washing machine from last 2 months its being a very nice machine, the cleaning quality is good, many wash programs are there, you can adjust spin speed and water temperature. most importantly due to direct drive mechanism this machine is making very low noise and vibrations.

This machine gives give the quality of washing at par with competitors Bosch, Simens, IFB with a relatively lower price. and samsung service is much better than its competitors in most of the cities in india. I had purchased the washing machine with intention that steel drum will not rust and give me good clean wash. I was even told that having steel drum will not give any problems. I believed the company salesman and bought it. I had also purchased the Samsung brand as I had a top load and had no issues for more than 10 years but I came to know the truth which type of machines are best for washing and long life. Usually the front load will give clean cloths but the drum require change very often and the spare drum will cost a huge money. Actually the problem is not with the drum but there is wheel behind the drum which rust or become soft which eventually will get cut and entire drum is replaced as the Samsung will not just provide the wheel replacement but the entire drum and there  no is option left for comsumer but to purchase .

This way the company is cheating the customers with the spare parts. When the Samsung mechanic told me that front loading machine have such kind of problems in all companies washing machines. Now a days the companies are making money through this means.

The parts fitted are of a quality that they last for 2 to max 3 years and you have to either purchase new one are replace a spare parts which is nearly half the price of new machine. This is not eithical part of the companies these days. The part which was damaged is just a small three folked instrument with pulley where the turning wheel is attached. I had replace the entire drum which costed me 6200 rupees, if the exact part would be available then the cost would have been few hundred rupees. I was a fan of Samsung products but I have come to know the strategy of Samsung now and will no more buy any of their products.

I'm sure many people would have come across such products where you find the spares are very expensive and feel cheated. This is not just relevant to washing machines but most home appliances have this problem. The products are made to last few years only. This is how the big so called companies are stooping down to make money.

I had purchased this  samsung washing machine 3 months ago and I am sharing my experience about this product.

The product is deliverd and installed after 4 days of my purchase.The product works good for 10 days but after that it started making problem.

I contacted samsung service centre to get my servicing done. The Samsung engineer told me that there is a problem in wiring we have to change it this all cost me around 600rs which is very expensive in my opinion. I will not recommend this product to anyone because of pathetic service provided by samsung and I think the price of the washing machine is little high

I contacted samsung service center to get a servicing done. The samsung engineer told me that one of the part of machine damaged the new part cost me around 900 rs which is in very expensive. I will not recommend this washing machine to anyone because of high servicing charges there are better option available at attractive price

Friends, today I am reviewing about Samsung WA82BWMEC 6.2kg model Top Load Washing Machine I bought it form a Electronics Appliance Store before an year ago.The main problem of it was water leakage, its a main issue of this model.

I contacted several times to service center and check, it will run fine after one week when they came, after that again the same problem happens.

And Wobble technology is not effective.
