Samsung is one of the top company and produces qualitative products. The Samsung WA90F5S4QTA top loading washing machine left me disappointed. The machines performance is not up to the expectations.It soon got damaged and came to repair. The machine always sounded loud and there was no water agitation.This machine started using more water and energy. The service is also poor in such a it started giving trouble with in a week. I asked the retailer to exchange the machine with a new one and as we ordered he gave us another one and it is also not so good almost with same features.The performance is also so bad and the clothes are not getting washed properly. It is using large amount of laundry detergent. There is no use with this washing machine.many other Washing machines are available in market with good qualites and working performance. I got it for31, 000 and the delivery charges are free and the machine weighs 9kg. I don't recommend this to you guys. Waste of money

This washing machine is good work at starting days and its price not more but I disappointed with this washing machine after two months. This washing machine is not clean clothes, and its motor was not fast move. I call to customer care and the technician came at my home after three days and made it but this service is not good for me because its create same problems again after two weeks. So finally, I made it from a local shop of washing machine and good work at this time.

I am using this washing machine last one month. I was very happy because it working is very nice and easy to use and clean but I faced problems four months ago, its motor move very slow and not start after few day. I call to customer care and technician came at my home within two days. He made it but I face same problem after one week, so I went to local mechanic shop and he made it and pay extra payment. This washing machine is good at this time.

If you want to buy this washing machine, please check it quality and service otherwise ready to face problems.

Washing machine having only warranty of five years on motor having probelms in cleaning and scrap removal very bad service response engineer charges 450 rs every time and left behind some problem for next to come having very poor response for baby care mode clothes life will be degraded also lock frequently between modes to complete after 1 year of use no troubleshooting guidelines is given nor not perfect demostration of errors given by engineer

We sadly, purchased two of these machines less than 3 months ago, one for a house which is 20km from nearest retailer or repairer. Both machines, within a week of each other had the base of the machine floating up, there was no water agitation. Always been loud, since purchase. Retailer directed us to repairer for warranty, we wanted them replaced. I saw another base the same in the repairers truck. He indicated it was a common problem. Waited two weeks for the one in our home to be repaired, still waiting for the one we dropped off a day earlier to the repairer. Now three weeks. We have had to purchase a third machine( other which washes beautifully). I have just washed a sheet and a pillowcase in the newly repaired Samsung, that were clean other than I was trying to remove a greasy mark. They have come out covered in black stuff( have never used fabric softener in this machine). Washed them again, now have even more black stuff on them. Waiting for retailers response. Hopefully they will replace the two Samsung crap machine with one decent brand. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE.

I have purchased it but it's not as good as shown after some months I stuck with that I go to showroom but he was not helping me then I go for online complaint after 3 to 4 working days I saw that company told me that an engineer visited my house and solved the problem. Few months back I got this WM it's totally a waste. It takes of all the threads of my clothes and most of my clothes are damaged. Further if you put washing powder in the tray it remains there only it does not get dissolved and clean your clothes. Be careful beforebuying This, the salesman will lure you to buy this only because they will get a good commission but u get what you want to get. It's a total waste of money and your clothes

Power consumption is also very less n giving best performance. 1 kg section is extra for light clothes washing that is nice feature. Extra trolly stand given for easy movement of machine.

I have been using samsung washing machine for last the 10 years. Last year, I decided to replace my old one and brought a new one.- 7.5 kg Fully automatic Top loading from Reliance Digital, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore(Nov'15)

My experience from then on has been horrible. The machine does not wash properly and creates a fabric stain in almost all clothes. I complained to samsung and then made a technical visit(Jun'16) and replaced some parts and informed me that it would work better. I did tried changing washing powder, liquid detergent(all brands) and the ordeal continued. I once again raised a complaint with samsung in Oct'16 and my issue is still be addressed with no proper communication from Samsung, their service partner, PRISM. No one is able to clearly give me a timeline on what is the root cause and how are they going to solve?

Service is pathetic - Their service managers whose # have been shared by contact centres and are supposed to resolve customer issues are clueless and height of it, not willing to even take the phone calls of customers.

Overall my experience has been horrendous and the brand has lost its credibility atleast with me which they built over years.

My opinion on Samsung WA62H4200HB washing machine it is not so good as I am using it for one year.This product is somewhat poor just go for more internet analysis before choosing this product.

-This washing machine was very slow when compare with other washing machines as it nearly took 4hours to complete the wash.Even the tap is in full flow of water, I think the machine is taking water very slow, I just put some 8-9 clothes in the machine it took 4hours to wash the clothes where the time led shows 60mins. in a fuzzy mode.

-This machine is not at all suitable for heavy clothes.There is a pathetic wash a with dirt on clothes, even after changing the detergent and segregating clothes based on fabric type.

• The design was nice and has a wobble technology.But I am really disappointed after buying this washing machine where the dust and stains on the clothes were not removed properly.

I was take a new Samsung fully Automatic front load washing machine. With 6.5kg it was working excellent with good results fully wash Add washing powder and first time it was wash very good but when it running power off the main door not open up to power got .and it will wash in rinse to much off water taking .clothes , jeans , bedsheets blanket s also wash very good and power also take more compare with semi auto washing machine. I was like the one thank you to Samsung.if any one want to buy a new fully auto washing machine go and but samsung .its very very good

My name is Krishna Kant and here I am going to write a review on Samsung Washing machine.

I bought it yesterday itself on the occassion of dhanteras and found it not useful anyhow. It had to pay 2000 more than its available price online shopping plateforms. Anyhow I would like to say that there are a number of other good branded washing machines which are better than this.

Let me tell you that inspite of the suggested quantity, it washes well for only 4 kg clothes and it buzzes with a terrible sound while it is operated.

Further, it draws very high power and requires a large quantity of water for its working and due to both of these facts it is not economical to use this one.

Guys, once you want to have a washing machine in your home, you must go for the brands better than this one.

This was my suggestion as per my experience!
