This machine can be destroyed easily by Rat and Cockroaches, within a year time also service charges applicable INR 550 every visit, if you ask the customer care this is not covered under this warranty.

This product has come into the market without protection of machine.

I have already complaint about this, so far no one has come to repair it.

The Samsung washing machine developed a fault and Samsung refused to repair it saying that the spare part was not available. According to the company spares are not available for machines that are 9 years old.

Here am going to share my experience with washing machine since 7yrs ago we brought Samsung 6.2 loaded washing machine it worked good in the starting but after using for 2yrs it started noisy and it consumes more power if it need water for one it consumes 4bucket of water it consumes like that full washing time it takes 5times water to wash 20 bucket of water it'll use for once we want to wash the clothes in machine better to wash by hands is easy than machine no power need no much water need no noisy very very double double work we have do if we use machine so am not support this product please improve the product

Hi friends ! I am sharing experiences about the Samsung WA85BWMEH Washing machine.

We are purchasing that washing machine in two years ago . And if you count the use time period then only three months . Not more than one day also , because of their working condition and performance .

In starting , it has not clean properly clothes then also we are adjusted . That problem we are saying to service center also then they says before wash it can mix water for ine Hour .

We are doing many experiment but no one are working . The clothes are not clean . So if you washing with hands before use then its can be working . Then what's use of washing machine ?

It can create more sound when washing. Most of the washing machine was not create sound , but what problem of that Don't know. Our next floor also all people's knows that we are On washing machine. Like that irritating sound was making that .

The switches are loose after some times . Our alarm was stopped working after some day's . So after half hour need to check again and again. Our complaint that in service center but they are not responding us.

The pipes are less strong . It can be easily break down. Our wastage water are going outside that pipe are break on middle so all water can be spread on bathroom.

The internal water was going , their one part it can clean the water and take Inside fresh water that net also after some time breaking so all water going inside as usual .

The durability is very less . So after some time its can be stopped working .

We are repair many times . But it cannot be working proper way . So we are best wat to replace it .

That much we are disappointed them .

Hello Friends today I am going to review on Samsung 7.5 Kg fully automatic washing machine. We have been using this washing machine in our house from last 3 months and it is still working pretty well. It washes the clothes perfect and not hard so the texture and softness of the cloth remains same and clothes remain maintained.And another thing is that it uses less energy and doesnt increase your electricity bill that much and in 3 months we havent faced any problem for it.And the another good thing is that Samsung provide fast and reliable service.They have a really good service centre who pick up your call the moment you called them.So nice looking machine, its fast and cleans your cloth easily and cleans them thoroughly.So I reccommend this washing machine for perfect washing of your clothes.Thanks for reading.

I purchased a Samsung 6.5 Kg fully automatic top load washing machine(model No. WA65K4200HA) on 8th Apr 2017 from Parakh Galaxy, Untwadi Nasik.

I think this people sold me a demo machine( I says this is the worse samsung seller in Nasik). After few month machine started to having plenty of technical issues. So first I made a call to samsung center and technical person came and investigated the problem. After one week or more he changed the PCB( complaint number for this issue is 4248102011 dated 24/10/2017).

Then after a month water level issue came in machine and it is fixed by 21/11/2017 co number: 4250315989.

Now again this machine is having both the problems. Last month complaint is registered but there is no response from samsung and local samsung representative are very rude to us.

Co Number: 4251104328 dated on 10/12/2017.

After passage of merely one month this washing machine has again stopped working. I have again lodged a complaint in this regards vide complain No. 4253072603 today on 12 Jan, 2018. The frequent recurrence of the same problem despite of all efforts clearly reflects some major technical fault in the machine. Due to this I have no option left but to get it replaced immediately. Owning and maintaining of this machine has become a mental harassment for me.

I am totally disappointed with the attitude and approach of Samsung on this issue so far.

I therefore, request you to take necessary concrete action for replacement of my above washing machine or refund the amount paid for purchase of this product along with compensation for the mental harassment.

Samsung fully automatic washing machiene am using about one year. Its very useful and helpful for my big family. We have ten members in our family. So washing become a burden towards me. But samsung make it easy. And also it uses only a few amount of water. But the dresses become shiny and tidy. Using of comfort fabric conditioner is also good for clothes

I've taken this Model wa90j5730ss on 1st November 2015. The machine was working fine till August 2017 since when I started facing an error "4C" I raised my complaint on 10th of September after trying all necessary first aids listed in the service manual. Since then till date there have been 8 to 9 visits 2 parts replaced also yet the problem is the same now it's said that the water pressure is less so it's giving a problem. My question is for 2 years the water pressure didn't cause any problems so why suddenly now. Samsung doesn't have any answer and 8s just buying time. I've made 5 complaints totally till date just for this problem and out of them 2 were just closed with stupid and weigh reason. One of them the latest was by a technician who has visited my house twice and been there for for more than 6 hours witnessing the complaint closed it saying "complaint cancelled due to improper address"

I had a LG machine I took it in Feb 2005 and sold it in November 2015 I had just called the technician from LG 3 times in course of of 10+ years and here already 5 complaints and 8 to 9 visits have been done within 2 years. What a product.

I liked it very much. Its supposed to be fully automatic but we are using it manual water filling due to few reasons. It has got lot of features which cannot be completed in 250 characters. It has been more than six months and it cost us nearly 20000 including the powder for washing. I especially liked its silent and delayed wash features. This is review of lg topload and not samsung.

I have been using SAMSUNG 6 kg fully automatic front load washing machine since july 2016. This machine has completely satisfied. The fully automatic front load provides us the best wash quality. It's rpm is 1000 due to this the speed of spin becomes higher therefore the time consumption for drying clothes is very low. This all qualty of this machine provides us less power consumption. Normally, we can not get any problem within warranty time but if any get than the authorized service engineers come and solve your problem.

Quality& working:

Smart design, looking nice and trendy.Tempered glass is available on the front.We have to load clothes and put surf in the slot provided in the front.We have two outlet pipes, one is for connecting to the pump, and other one is to drain away the water after cleansing.Still my machine is working well, without any problem.Clean everything notonly casual wears, bedsheets also washed very neatly.It takes only less power.With in 15min, it washes the clothes.Good service.Installation and demo is given by the technician with free of cost.Only the disadvantage is, that the pipe used to connect to the pump is very short.We have to buy extra pipe to make it is comfortable.

I am using this product since last 8 month , its very good wash machine. And easy to handle to thanks for samsung. To top load has a single tub load for great wash quality.

The wash is automation its very good and it has almost no noise while in operation. This is very lower price wash its very awesome. I like it. And its performance is very better and custom wash. The really good.

Simple logic used for entire operation and value for money. The product is perfect and user friendly and durable.

Samsung machine having similar features is 5 water levels compared to 700 rpm to higher the spin speed and 6.2 kg.really I love it samsung wash machine.

I want to share my experinces about samsung washing machine .

I bought this machine 6 month ago . I used this for washing clothes and bedsheet but it has no more capacity to wash like it takes only 7 kg and it takes lots time for wash . I wash all clothes in a week so I have lots of clothes for wash and also bedsheets towel and curtain . But it consume my more time . I compared this product from other I am in loss because it is costly than other but have same quality and function . And more thing it has no gurranty for plastic . I have problem I my machine and I complaint in his customer care but they response me very late I suffered from his services . it is costly and I donot like this product .

so I am not prefered any one for this product .
