I am using samsung fully automatic top load washing machine my home for the last 10 years.I like this very much because it washes the cloth very clean and spins it automatically in a minimum time without wasting the water more.NO complaint and repair and very safe to use.there is a childlock option in it. so it is safe for kids also.It has the following excellent features.

Samsung WF8550NHS is a fully automatic washing machine from the Samsung family, with a front loading option to give a complete cleaning solution for your clothes.

Design and Construction: Samsung has introduced WF8550NHS model with front loading capacity; fully automatic with 5.5kg in full load. The stainless steel drum is equipped with strong tumble wash incorporating different wash cycles. Type of cycle is spin both in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction with a powerful water jet. The multi nozzle water jet creates pulsating action and removes toughest dirt in a gentle way.

Performance: Samsung WF8550NHS has different mode selectors which can optimise the wash with pre-defined programs and adequate water level. General wash program consist of Prewash or soak, Normal, Heavy, delicate, Hot water wash and Quick wash. In total it has eight in built wash programs. It also has rinse hold function which is an optional feature. After wash spin, cycle can be adjusted for optimum dryness along with existing pre-defined wash programs. The door comes with auto lock facility. Once the wash program is selected, it is safe and door will remain locked until the wash cycle is completed and drum comes to a full stop. This ensures the child lock facility.

Wash Time: The hot and cold wash cycle can be adjusted along with detergent requirements. The wash program can be selected depend upon the load and type of cloth. Samsung WF8550NHS comes with wide detergent slot which is quiet enough for the heavy wash needs.

Other features: Samsung WF8550NHS model has digital display. The digital display mounted conveniently above the drum comes with a full touch sense function. The tuff plastic body makes it durable and long lasting. The rubber shock absorber is resilient to absorb the vibration. Samsung WF8550NHS is available in White colour and comes with one year onsite warranty.

The warranty covers only the equipment parts, but limited to the functionality. It does not cover the wear and tear or the plastic body or common defects caused by mishandling. The warranty can be extended with some selective retailers, where they provide the service warranty on additional cost.

Hey, so we were looking for a washing machine with integrated heater dryer, and went and picked up this Samsung WD80J6410 washing machine with integrated heater dryer from Chroma store in bangalore(invoice number - SLF02A058010169960, time: 18-01-2017 8:52pm). It worked wonderful for 2 months, then the heater dryer just stopped functioning. We got in touch with service team(service request nos 4237491734), nobody turned up, then a second request(service request number 4238594056) and one Mr.Manjunath was assigned, then again nothing happened, a third request(no.4238736224), and after many calls the service team came and picked up the washing machine and left. Pictures attached(Note: NO locks for the drum in place, this is necessary when the washing machine is transported, to prevent damage to the drum, all new washing machines come with the drum locks which is removed before use)

Machine came back, its been a total of almost 2 months from the time the machine wasnt functioning to the time it was supposedly fixed and returned, the machine was working fine. for a few weeks more, and problem stuck again - heater dryer not functioning. Called the service centre(no. 4241961112), nothing happened, then again(no.4242583123) and again a certain manjunath assigned, called him and kept saying he will come. Still nothing and now the machine is defunct for over 4 weeks, finally went to croma itself and registered another complaint last sunday(6th of august 2017), and followed up with them, eventually managed to get the service engineer to come over and fix it.

There are tons of cheaper options of washing machines out there, the whole purpose of going for this relatively expensive version with integrated heater dryer was lost, in the 7 months we have had this, its been non functional for 3, and while we have been fans of samsung products, this experience just kills it, their service support is painfully slow with no firm solution.

Today I am going to share with you all my real experience with Samsung WA62H4200HY 6.2 kg Fully Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine. This washing machine is not user friendly at all because when it goes to washing clothes through the washing machine, it can not be properly cleaned, the collar and the scalp on the side of the hand are stored in the same way as it is in the washing machine at all There is no strength and this washing machine consumes much more power.

This washing machine does not have any tolerance at all because in this washing machine, when there is heavy cloth If this is done then the stops stop and stops, due to which the clothes can also be damaged and the clothes can burst. There is a very shortage in this washing machine. The washing machine part is not available in this washing machine. Due to which the customers have to face a lot of problems, they have to do the work of drying clothes themselves, due to which there is excessive waste of time and money.

This washing machine does not provide complete facilities at all, because there is no new feature and new equipment available in this washing machine, which can attract more customers. This washing machine has many drawbacks, such as the clothes drying part available Not so, the washing machine has to face a lot of problems by the washing machine. Style and design of this washing machine The same as the washing machine, there are only two colors available such as White Black Red Blue etc. The washing machine should have had a lot of strength so that the clothes could be well dust. This washing machine’s support system and service system is bad at all. It does not show satisfaction in customers results, resulting in an inferiority complex. And by that they become a bad thing in the future so I urge you all to choose a good washing machine. Make a boat that can prove to be truly useful to you.

I purchase this product, the fully automatic top loaded machine works very great it has an 6.5 kg weight capacity.there are also having a sepret manual seting very user friendly and fluent washer.you just having to select the mode that you want to wash the cloths type, in the machine filter are present for safety and the most thing is that ut take water and drain it automatically durability was great. and comfertable for placement due to small and stylish design. about service and support they will always up to date and friendly. great product to buy best in that price.

I am directly come to the point I am using this washing machine more than  6 months and I am get really bad experience when I wash cloths here using all instruction like just put the cloths powder in the box and other all things are done by washing machine  But this is not good cleaning cloths the pattern cloths washing is

1.taking water and washing

2.removing water

3.drying cloths

4.taking water again and washing

5.removing water

6.drying cloths

7.taking water and washing

8.removing water

9.drying cloths

this is 3 time process but cloths are not cleaning some time I see the powder layers on cloths like  white and black line drowning  on cloths . so its completely wastage of water and and time and you get nothing you need to re-clean cloths using hands.

Now my mother using this machine for only drying cloths nothing else because 3 time taking water and cloths are not cleaning very well its completely worst product I ever seen. Now I am thinking to buy LG washing machine its really better than this tell me my friend mother.

You can see I am using this machine in attachments and reviews reader please don't buy this washing machine.

I am using this product for last eight to nine months. Samsung is famous for its mobile, television, air conditioner but not very much popular in washing machine segment but this product is really good. Any body is capable to use this machine because its function is simple.

Specially wobble technology is good features in this product. But few problem are there like fully automatic washing machine consumed much more water than semi automatic and if your clothes are very dirty then this machine could not performed very well. Overall performance of this product is good.

Some how machine is good in years of service with it all the peoples go with with the brand peoples wont care the budget when the brand comes and after that this type of machine has good working condition machine but after the months or years goes on maintenance should be taken where the pressure of water should be constant other wise where pressure load pipe inlet gets it suddenly hot after the washing is started.

And after some days pipe inlet gets damaged it should have to replace with new one cost of some 800 rupees after that don't put more pressure on the machine means more clothes on the machine inside rollers will get damaged if load is more so take care of this type of fully automatic machine it was very delicate handle it very carefully.I suggest all this machine for buy.

I bought this Samsung Fully Automatic washing machine two year ago and was not satisfied with its performance.

Its washing speed was nowhere near the 680 rpm advertised speed and was noisy too. The end result was not great but satisfactory as it was unable to remove dirts completely from the clothes. The water consumption was high as well as the washing powder consumption.

The design was very attractive and beautiful as well as very user friendly. Seemed like all the attention went into its design and neglected the performance.

The control buttons were conveniently placed to make it handy to operate. Durability was ok and reasonable enough to last couple of years. Support was ok and their staff were helpful enough to make the machine convenient to use.

The instruction manual was full of images rather than advisories and should have been avoided.

This is a perfect brand washing machine for everyone to buy.

it comes with nobble technology and drum head and it it good when you just put cloth and detergent into it and get you cloth auto wash and also get warm and it is most unique for monsoon because out clothe take longer time to wet.

it is good and washhing is also a good not need to worry and it will comes with 20 years motor waranty and 2 years machine warranty.

it has fuzzy system which takes arround 45 minutes to complete wash.

After buying the samsung front load were too happy initially. But later after 1year the drum which rotates broke. we contacted the Samsung person. They said it will cost 8000/- rubbish. we decided to give to the junk yard and buy a new one.

From then I know there is nothing like brand value. our trust is broken, Samsung tells its washing machine lasts longer and longer.but to the contrary. So don't go buy brand go buy performance.

I bought this Samsung Fully Automatic washing machine last year and after seeing its performance I can say that it was an expensive deal for me.

The cleaning effect was not satisfactory with traces of dirt clearly visible after washing the clothes.

It consumed too much of water and electricity but didn't give me the perfect result.

The durability was ok and didn't face much trouble regarding its durability.

The placement of control buttons could have better to make it more handy and user friendly to operate.

The only thing I liked about it was its design as it looked beautiful and stylish with good coat of colours.

The support was nice from Samsung and offered good enough support for long. The instruction manual was not much of help as it looked incomplete. All in all the machine had nothing to justify its heavy price tag and not had much value for money in the long run.

We all no know Samsung is not well settled in washing machine market but they launched good product in top loading in good price as compare to LG & IFB. One thing about Samsung will appreciate that is after sales service. I got a call by Samsung engineer on same day when I purchased it about to know installing procedure.

Second day visits to installed & given guidelines how to use it. Almost 5 years completed & till date no any problem. If talk about feature it has all standers features with timer. If your budget is below 15k & looking a best washing machine, definitely you have to go with Samsung 6.5 kg fully automatic top loading washing machine.

I purchased this Samsung Completely Programmed clothes washer a year ago and found that the machine was very little effective and it's cleaning time was much more than the opposition.
