Similar fate for us also. lost hard earned money by trusting these developers. Be careful .

On top of losing money, you will lose peace of mind and sleep. They will no call on thier own or send a mail, bug wgen you call, they talk nonsense and argue that only you are wrong. Be careful.

Please be careful while investing at Samskruthi Vedic Village at Gauribidanur. Property papers are suspect, what the developers agree while taking cheque is totally different from what you get.

They say anything at that minute to convince you and act very differently later, as it suits them. There is no value for what they commit to you.

Wasted lot of time and money believing the developer. We paid some advance and there has been no update for 6  months!

When we told we want cancel, they give all sorts of stories and are not returning the money paid. developers are not accepting that they have some issue with clearances.

Very unprofessional and untruthful management. Invest at your risk.hope no one ends up in same situation as us.

ITS BEEN 3 YEARS AND THEY ARE YET TO RETURN THE MONEY!

Good place to hangout with friends and family, One-stop for fresh air, excellent farm land for those who like farming and who would like to live in the midst of green, Nice place view is fantastic food is healthy and hygieneically served

Its a very good place for people planning a weekend home away from concrete jungle, away from traffic, noise pollution & air pollution and well maintained and lot.of other facilities are under construction. Investment option with people with spare money.

I will give 5 star to them overall, nice project, nice plan and good feel after visiting the Site place, Near by complete agricultural farm houses, this is developing area from industries place, near by gouribidanur, Smoke free area and also smoke free environment .

please keep Develop more planing and more attractive projects. I wanted to share my personal experience Interaction was so professional, they give time to finalize they handle the things very professional manner. I searched all near by properties.
