These guys are worst frauds. they are organised to just cheat people. the fraud starts at the top with Santosh Pawar and wife Priya Pawar. Both are professional cheaters. they have assembled a team of senior frauds headed by Vijay Sarode and his sidekick Deepali. And there Fraud laywer Vrushali who despite being a lawyer is a part of this scheme. She too will soon face the law. They will keep postponing everything once they have received the payment. So my advice to people, if you have paid the partial money, STOP here are seek a refund. If they have paid Full amount, get the agreement registered immediately. Immediately SEEK LEGAL HELP to get this done and get the 7/12 done. No matter what they will not give you the possession. Dont run behind them for possession IMMEDIATELY initiate legal proceeding against these people. I too have joined a group of people who have lost a massive amount of money collectively. these guys are absolutely notorious. WORST PEOPLE, STAY SAFE and START with LEGAL Process Immediately. Dont hope for anything from these people.

I am writing this review to caution everyone about Supreme Reality Pune, led by Santosh Seu Pawar and his associates, including Priya Pawar, Vijay Sarode, Deepali Deshmukh and a lawyer Bhagat. What initially appeared to be a legitimate and trustworthy real estate company turned out to be a web of deceit and unfulfilled promises.

My Experience:

I, like many others, fell victim to their fraudulent practices. I purchased land from Supreme Reality, believing their promises of:

• Immediate possession.

• Clear title deeds.

• Transparent dealings.

However, here’s what actually happened:

   Endless Delays: Despite paying the full amount and completing all formalities, the possession of the land was endlessly delayed.
   



2. 
   Broken Promises: Vijay, Deepali and others continuously postponed deadlines with false promises and excuses.
   



3. 
   Intimidation Tactics: When I raised my concerns, I faced intimidation and harassment from Vijay and other associates. Their behavior was aimed at silencing me and discouraging me from pursuing justice.
   



4. 
   Communication Blackout: The company stopped answering calls and emails, and their office was shifted without informing customers, leaving many stranded and helpless.
   



5. 
   Widespread Fraud: I later discovered that many others have suffered similar experiences with Supreme Reality. Buyers are left in financial and emotional distress with no possession of their purchased land.

Please be aware this company is now operating and cheating people in the name of STARGAZE PROPERTIES, situvated in Wakad.

Do not invest or even visit their office, multiple criminal cases are going on them. Their sales man Vijay Sarode is the one who will purpouesly ask you to do cash payment for some amount and then will never answer your call. They sell same land to multiple people and never get it registered and make you run for your money and will never return.

Nice projects with wide range of variety of land. they have very large quantum of agricultural land and with all legal documents

This FRAUD company and the owners are both fraudsters along with their monkey staff who dance accordingly.

Their main business is to scam people and run thier expenses. They collect money from multiple customers for the same land and never get it registered on thier name and keep them begging for their money.

You can also call it Bunty Bubbly company, very soon they will be in jail. Multiple cases are filed in thier name. They have no ettequests and manners to talk to customers, total slum attitude.

Thier new office is in Wakad, by the name Stargaze properties if anyone wants to visit.

They are running multiple fake companies like Samrajya, Supreme reality, Paradise Landmark, Stargaze properties and another 4 name. They ask people to pay 50% in cash so they can collect black money and not pay GST.

Please do not invest in SAMRAJYA REALTY VASHI . It's a fraud , no registration, no refunds happen if you go with this developer.

Please be careful with SAMRAJYA REALTY VASHI before transferring money to them to buy land. It's highly impossible to get your money back . They promise to register a land (cidco scheme land) but that never happens. They say next week next month festival etc reasons but registration will not happen. And if you ask for money back that will not happen so easily. Mr. Mahadev Zende owner of the company, he never say he won't do registration or he will never say he won't give money. But both will not happen. So be careful before dealing with SAMRAJYA REALTY, VASHI. I have never faced such unprofessional and unthical people in my life. 100% crooks and 100% fraud. I am stuck with 2 acres of land. Paid all the money and these people are very polite till they receive the money and after receiving the money they will just ask stop communicating. their modus operandi is to make good use of people's vulnerability and the fact that is is difficult for people to get together and fight. We all need to find a way to connect with each other and start the fight with this. As someone has mentioned a complaint with the consumer forum of the government, a complaint with the financial crime cell of Police, the revenue department etc has to be filed. These people are just using our money interest free. It seems the cancellation of the bookings is also almost impossible, they will just not pay, delay it as much as possible. We need to act and act fast.

Well at the outset, I missed the reviews here, had I read these reviews earlier, I wouldnt have purchased agricultural land from these people. Unfortunately I am also stuck up with these guys, having paid the money, they dont update you, they just dont feel the need to give you any inputs on the status of the registration. They mentions in their advts about the transparent pricing, clear title etc etc but anything about that is hardly true. I think every one should register a complaint with the police about the fraud, register a complaint on the grievance portal of the Govt, and also file a legal suit against them.

These people are just misusing our vulnerability and we lack the collective bargaining abilities. The best way is to get together and start posting negative reviews on all platforms about these people. Also initiate legal action u/s420 for misrepresenting, fraud and misusing the money. Their project does not fall under Maharera, the only option is to file a legal suit against them. I would be happy to join the group for collective action.

I have been facing tremendous issues with this company. Please do not invest with them at all. Nothing holds true with what they say.
