We booked our Manali tour through Sampuran Yatra company. We were helped by Meenakshi kashyap ma'am throughout our tour. I will divide the review in 4 sections:

1) Food/Hotel stay: We were provided with good quality 3 star(Deluxe)properties by our tour manager Meenakshi ma'am. Hotels in I Manali had a valley view. Rooms were neat and clean. Service and food was great!

2) Traveling/sightseeing: We travelled from 6th jan through 9 jan 2025. During this period all the sightseeing points and temples in Manali were covered. We spent entire day at solang Valley and enjoyed the snow activities. During this period our manager was constantly connected with us through phone calls to understand our concerns if any. She was very supportive and would call us daily to ask our status and how things are going.

3) Budget: Overall package was very budget friendly with quick support from our tour manager whenever required.

4) Recommendations: I would recommend to avail the Manali tour package from Sampuran Yatra as they are based in Himachal Pradesh and are aware of the weather and almost everything in regards to touring.

They are totally fraud company the took full payment from us and the asked driver to stop the vehicle in the middle of the journey with my family and kids asking us to pay the driver. Please dont trust them

I had the worst experience with Sampurn Yatra Pvt. Ltd.—they are nothing but fraudsters and extortionists. I booked a ₹58, 000 package, which included a heritage stay in Pushkar, but at the last moment, they changed my itinerary without consent and falsely claimed that my booked hotel had canceled. No proof of cancellation was ever provided.

Instead, they downgraded me to a 2-star hotel in Ajmer near a mosque and then tried to extort ₹16, 000 more if I still wanted the heritage property I originally paid for. This was outright cheating and manipulation.

Their staff, Ms. Priyanka Bhatnoo, Mr. Harry, and Mr. Neel, were extremely unprofessional and refused to resolve the issue. They ignored my repeated requests, misled me, and put me in an unsafe situation. Traveling with a female companion, this level of fraud and harassment was unacceptable.

I have reported them to the authorities for their unethical practices. Avoid this agency at all costs unless you want your trip to be ruined by their scams!

Shivani Gautam Mam is the lady of her words. What she tells she does. Returned from Rajasthan trip(Jaipur, Udaipur, Jaisalmer & Mount Abu).Awesome experience. Food and lodging was excellent. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY WILL PROMISE 5 STAR HOTELS BUT NOT EVEN GIVE YOU BUDGET HOTELS. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THEIR SWEET TALKING FEMALE EXECUTIVES. ONCE THEY RECEIVE PAYMENT, THEY DON'T PICK YOUR CALLS, DO NOT RESPOND IN THE WHATSAPP CHAT MESSAGES. THEIR MODUS OPERANDI IS AS FOLLOWS: THEY WILL PROMISE 4 STAR HOTELS AND SAY THAT HOTELS GOT SOLD OUT AND THEN BOOK IN BUDGET HOTELS, AT TIMES THEY DON'T EVEN BOOK IN THEM. THEY TAKE MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMER BUT NEVER PAY THE HOTELS OR CABBIES, THE HOTEL ADMIN WILL HARASS AND TAKE PAYMENTS FROM THE CUSTOMER AND THEN LET THEM CHECK OUT OF THE HOTEL, THE CUSTOMER ENDS UP PAYING SAMPURNAYATRA AND ALSO HOTELS, THAT TOO TARIFF IS DECIDED BY THEM. BETTER TO LOOK FOR HOTELS FROM BOOKING.COM AND OTHER AGGREGATORS. THEY KEEP CHASING FOR 50% ADVANCE PAYMENT BUT THEY NEVER GIVE THE HOTEL CONFIRMATION VOUCHER UNTIL THE LAST DAY, THAT GIVES NO TIME FOR THE CUSTOMER TO REACT.

SHIWANI/CHETNA/DIKHSHA/ WITH FEW MORE NAMES, THEY WILL CALL BUT ONLY FOR MONEY AND DON'T DO ANY SERVICE TO CUSTOMER AND CHEAT THE CUSTOMER.

THE GOOD REVIEWS THAT YOU SEE IS ALL FAKE ONES AND PAID REVIEWS, DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY WILL KEEP ON SAYING "TRUST US TRUST US", THAT'S BECAUSE THEY ARE CHEATERS AND SCAMMERS. THEIR FIXED LINE NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST AT ALL BUT MENTIONED IN ALL THE OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS LIKE ITINERARY, BANK RECEIPT ETC.

Disappointing Experience with Sampurna Yatra Pvt Ltd

I recently booked a trip and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the main issues I encountered:

1. Poor Communication: The agency was unresponsive to my emails and calls. It took several attempts to get any information about my booking.

   
   




2. Inaccurate Information: The itinerary provided was not accurate. There were discrepancies in the hotel bookings and details, which caused a lot of confusion and inconvenience.

   
   




3. Lack of Support: When I faced issues during my trip, there was no support from the agency. I had to resolve problems on my own, which was very stressful.

   
   




4. Behaviour: entire team behave like DAKU and Sadak Chap Gunde….

   
   

Overall, I am very disappointed with the service provided by you. take these issues seriously and improve their services for future customers.

We booked a Super Deluxe package from this company but received Deluxe package. We booked the package on August made the payment on the very date we discussed. On the day of our journey with this agency on 12th November suddenly they changed our hotel to a extremely bad hotel saying it's similar. At the time of booking we asked weather we will get the same hotel or not and they confirmed yes. I had a face loss towards my friends regarding this because they left everything upon us and because of this agency we had so much in trouble. Big Fraud Company. Someday you will also be cheated and that time you will understand. You make the mistake and after that you are raising voice towards customer? Shalu Dogra learn some manners. You are a bullshit of your boss. Go and suck the dick of your boss.

Fraud and Cheater Travel agency..

They took 50%advance and then left us along with the silly driver who harassed us for the payment...again n again asked why you made full payment to travel agent.

Also travel agency changed the three star to 1star hotel and when you are on you half way they talked so badly and asked you stay as they can provide or their driver left us on the way..

Just think with family how we can can tolerate so much..

Their agent Ms. Priyanka Bhatnoo and Arushi and one more girl who is so called senior of them are high level badtameez ladies.. They talk so roughly and rudely that no one can bear..

But in the new city you cant able to do anything.

Advise not to trust them..

No end to end tour manager or representative, useless for senior citizens. These squirrels are making fool of the tourists.

Experienced it at kashmir trip 10 couples.

Brainless hotel bookings without lift.

No one to guide. No help to deal with locals pony ride 4 wheel scooters or taxi required to reach the ultimate destinations. Dirty houseboats arranged just like a, jail. Helpless. Left only on the mercy of travellers drivers. No care seems fake identities in dealing. Just hooking the tourists like a fish & selling it to local traveller bus operators.

Spoiled my dream trip to kashmir, nagging for proper rates, no guide. Just get fooled by at every place.

Shivani Gautam and her team promised Mahtab resort in Srinagar and asked me a package of 32000 for it , they ended up providing Dur Rehman which is situated 5 kms from Dal lake, it's an average hotel with 2.5 star rating , this is what they do to all the customers , flipping hotels throughout the tour and harassing their clients , they don't care and think only of profits , I also spoke with Sanju who is their manager and he is next level fraud who will support all the wrongdoings, their drivers are total unprofessional and have no manners and etiquette, avoid booking with this company as both Shivani and Sanju are tag team partners in Crime, they don't even deserve a single rating , avoid these big time FRAUDSTERS
